In Bangladesh, since the beginning of 21st century, the poultry industry has become an unparalleled platform for a quick profit, the generation of local employment, and the production of cheaper animal proteins. This paper summarizes poultry industry-related facts and figures for Bangladesh, starting from the very beginnings of this sector when poultry farming was part of subsistence family farming only to today's highly commercialized horizon, through personal experiences, secondary data analysis, spot visits, and the sharing of views and ideas with stakeholders. A critical analysis reveals that the poultry industry in Bangladesh may become multi-dimensional and more stable in the near future as it establishes sufficient backward and forward linkages to input and output supplies. We can foresee its passing the very fast growing juvenile stages of higher net profit earning and less responsible then becoming fully mature. The projected demand and production potentials of this sector are increasing, but at a slower pace than before, in the face of some important challenges like emerging disease, higher prices of inputs, consumer preferences, and strong market competition. However, evidence suggests that the production systems of poultry in Bangladesh are entering a new era to cater to the needs of consumers, society, and government as it produces healthier and more diversified, further-processed foods, in the coming years. A better economy in the country, a more health-conscious population, and the availability of new and affordable innovations in this sector might be the driving forces to support the foreseen transformations.

The supply chain of online digital contents industry differs much from the supply chain of offline industry which produces and supplies physical products. Portal facilitates the creation, distribution, and usage of online digital contents by providing efficient and convenient content distribution platform to contents suppliers and users, resulting in enhancing competitiveness of portal supply chain. Each portal builds it's own supply chain and various participant firms like CPs(Content Providers) and SPs(Solution Providers) are collaborating together to survive from the fierce competition. However, there is few research work on portal SCM to explain how to design and implement a Portal SCM in a successful way. So, this paper investigates the structure of Portal SCM and the differences between traditional SCM and Portal SCM. Also, this paper proposes seven research issues need to be addressed to design and implement a portal in an efficient and effective way.

This study aims to analyze the characteristics of the smart city governance through the multi-layer governance model, which includes administrative governance(AG), technological governance(TG), and global governance(GG). The results of the smart city governance are as follows. Multi-layered governance was modeled to enable cross-checking of each element of the propelling process and types of governance. AG has transitioned from a public partnership to a public-private people partnership(pppp) through a public-private partnership(ppp). TG has the characteristics of information communication technologies(ICTs) - eco technologies(EcoTs) - Spatial technology convergence including physical center, information software platforms such as the CCTV convergence center, and virtualization such as the cloud data center. GG aims at developing killer applications and ICTs-embedded space with intelligent buildings such as a smart city special zone to enable overseas exports. The smart city roadshow and forum have been developed as a platform for overseas exports with competition as well as cooperation.
This paper investigates the Synergetics based Damage Detection Method (SDDM) for frame structures by using surface-bonded PZT (Lead Zirconate Titanate) patches. After analyzing the mechanism of pattern recognition from Synergetics, the operating framework with cooperation-competition-update process of SDDM was proposed. First, the dynamic identification equation of structural conditions was established and the adjoint vector (AV) set of original vector (OV) set was obtained by Generalized Inverse Matrix (GIM).Then, the order parameter equation and its evolution process were deduced through the strict mathematics ratiocination. Moreover, in order to complete online structural condition update feature, the iterative update algorithm was presented. Subsequently, the pathway in which SDDM was realized through the modified Synergetic Neural Network (SNN) was introduced and its assessment indices were confirmed. Finally, the experimental platform with a two-story frame structure was set up. The performances of the proposed methodology were tested for damage identifications by loosening various screw nuts group scenarios. The experiments were conducted in different damage degrees, the disturbance environment and the noisy environment, respectively. The results show the feasibility of SDDM using piezoceramic sensors and actuators, and demonstrate a strong ability of anti-disturbance and anti-noise in frame structure applications. This proposed approach can be extended to the similar structures for damage identification.
The purpose of this study is to measure the user experience of Netflix which is a representative global OTT service, Watcha and Wavve which is a representative service of Korea. Using mobile applications, qualitative research and quantitative research on user experience of OTT service were conducted with task test, in-depth interviews and surveys. As a result of the study, The usefulness and accessible of the OTT service has not shown much difference between OTT services. Rather, contents based on personal preferences has a significant impact on OTT service selection. The study found that Netflix needs to secure contents, Watcha needs to improve interface and recast categories, Wavve needs to present contents that are focused on and improve interface of main screen. The study expects to help a build a differentiate user experience in the face of growing OTT platform competition.
The purpose of this study was to investigate the difference of ground reaction forces of swimming athletes during their starting motion and to find out the most effective starting motions which were used in swimming athletes. The subjects were 9 male and 8 female high school swimming athletes who were athletic career over 7 years and used three starting motions in competition. The ground reaction forces were measured from each athletes performing three starting motion each of the open grap starting motion, closed grap starting motion and track starting motion. For the measurement, the force platform of AMTI company was utilized, and the analysis on measured ground reaction forces were used of Biosoft(Ver. 1.0). The items measured were stance time, Fz max deceleration force and Fz max deceleration force time, Fz mid stance force and Fz mid stance force time, Fz max acceleration force and Fz max acceleration force time, Torque maximum and Torque maximum time, Torque average, Excursion along Y axis of center of pressure of foot, Excursion along X axis of center of pressure of foot, Length of center of pressure of foot, Average velocity of center of pressure of foot. The data measured by the closed grap starting motion, open grap starting motion and track starting motion were analyzed by one-way repeated ANOVA. The results were as follows ; 1. The Fz max deceleration force time, Fz mid stance force, Fz max acceleration force, Torque maximum and Torque maximum time, Excursion along Y axis of center of pressure of foot, Average velocity of center of pressure of foot were significantly fast and large in the closed grap starting motion then open grap starting motion and track starting motion. 2. The Excursion along Y axis of center of pressure of foot was significantly long in the closed grap starting motion then open grap starting motion and track starting motion.

This study aims to investigate the impact of wide use of digital technology, in particular, the Internet, on innovation process and corporate strategy in electronics industry. The introduction of digital technology has changed innovation process, business model and organizational structure of the electronics companies. With the introduction of digital technology, the entire value chain of electronics industry from procurement, sales, and marketing to R&D and manufacturing has been restructured. E-commerce has been a major agenda for e-business. Recently, collaboration among electronics companies through e-marketplace has emerged as an important issue. A web-based e-commerce standard, so called RosettaNet, has been developed for facilitating e-transactions of electronics firms. The development of digital technology has dramatically increased the processing speed and sophisticated the virtual reality technology. As simulation becomes easier and more effective, the uncertainty and risk involved in R&D has decreased significantly. Another positive impact is closer cooperation between R&D and manufacturing functions. Taking advantage of automated and flexible production technology, has a new type of firm, so called, EMS (Electronics Manufacturing Services) emerged, whose strategic focus is on manufacturing only. The EMS can be seen as a kind of innovative organization, that is, a modular organization for production function. Digital technology has made convergence of computer and communication possible at early years but right now the convergence has been accelerated in extensive areas of communication, broadcasting, information appliances, software, contents, and services. Firms' effort for an innovative product and service has been intensified and the competition for a new standard product and service has become severe in electronics industry. Business activities are always realized in a specific organizational context. Accordingly building up innovation-friendly organization has emerged as a critical concern. Due to the striking decrease of transaction cost, a network type of organization has proliferated, and a business function turns into a modular organization. As a whole, digital technology has pushed electronics firms into developing their own business model, which takes consideration of standardization of business platform and their core competency.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a win-win development plan for not only suppliers of delivery applications but also traditional market vendor companies and delivery riders by analyzing existing delivery models and presenting a new delivery model to enhance competitiveness of the traditional market using delivery apps. Research desgin, data, and methodology - Specifically, small retailers, such as traditional markets and supermarkets, presented a compromised delivery model that utilizes the platform of specialized delivery app service providers for order reception, and that the delivery is delivered by delivery systems jointly hired by Vendor companies, such as franchising companies. To validate the significance of the trade-off delivery model, a cost-benefit analysis was conducted by those involved in the delivery application. Results - From the perspective of suppliers of specialized delivery applications, it is analyzed that the use of specialized delivery applications in traditional markets will be a new market opportunity for service providers to achieve increased sales. It is expected that consumer choice and satisfaction will be increased as convenience and accessibility of traditional market businesses that were available only through direct visit from the user side of the delivery application will be expanded. From the standpoint of delivery application franchises, it is analyzed that they can seek to increase sales and increase customer service as well as ease labor cost burden due to joint employment of delivery riders. The delivery rider will be able to seek to improve customer service due to job security, wage stability, risk reduction and overheated competition due to direct employment. Conclusion - In conclusion, the compromised delivery model solved the problems raised in the preceding study conducted on delivery application suppliers, users, franchises, and riders to establish that it could be a strategic alternative to increasing sales and expanding detailed rights for the self-employed in the traditional market, which are experiencing difficulties in management. However, the adoption of a compromise delivery model requires social consensus from those involved in the delivery application and requires legal, institutional and policy support, which will require continued follow-up research on the delivery model in the future.

This study tried to present rational policy direction of future university libraries through the policy process related to university libraries and the change of policy tasks adopted in the policy making process. The 2009 Development Comprehensive Plan was established with the aim of supporting the collection of information resources at university libraries, and the plan in 2014 was developed with the direction of policies to enhance the role of librarians for competition in university research capabilities. The Promotion Comprehensive Plan for 2019 was aimed at strengthening the role of university libraries in upgrading their research support. Through the research on the policy of the university library by the government, the policy direction of the future university library in Korea was presented, and the plan was to provide an institutionalized platform (labor, physical space, resources, etc.) for the university library to maximize the research productivity of the university.
Developing countries, including Africa, are experiencing very little human resources development due to the deprivation of equal educational opportunities, poor educational conditions, and the gap in information technology with developed countries. Developing countries that do not have excellent human resources are lagging behind in globalization competition with developed countries, and the problem of 'human resource development' in developing countries can not be avoided. In developing countries, education budgets are too low to meet education needs and compulsory education, and therefore they are not adequately responding to the increasing demand for education. The lack of education budget is due to the lack of education infrastructure. In this study, the NAS based server is configured to configure functions such as educational content and learning management, and the client area is presented with solutions for various media such as tablet, PC, and beam projector. And to support optimized e-learning services in developing countries by constructing a SCORM-based platform.
