국토공간계층에서 상방 및 하방 이주 흐름 변화 분석 (Up and Down Flows of Migration in National-Space Hierarchy Over Time)

  • Throughout the economic development era of Korea, migration occurred within a spatial hierarchy, with upward flows from rural areas to urban. The concept of step migration is a typical theory to explain these upward migration flows. Recent migration data and trends, however, indicate that migration-pattern regime shows strongly opposite-direction flows, with many of the major migration flowing downward on this national-spatial hierarchy, away from urban areas. In this study, we examine the most recent structure of migration flows up and down within the national-spatial hierarchy. We define seven tiers to tabulate origin-destination migration flows from population density of local administrative districts for the period 2001-2014, and then analyze the migration patterns between the tiers over time. The results show differentiated patterns of migration within the national-spatial hierarchy over time including specific states of migrants' life cycles.

  • The library as nonprofit organization is required to have micro-planning for the organization itself and macro-planning for the relationship of the organization and its environment. Both the micro and macro planning are rational and effective means to library objectives. The library planning must be based on clearly formulated objectives that will encourage all parts of the organization to work toward the same goal and mission. The planning to library objectives should make programming. which should make processing. The mission here should precede goal. which should precede objectives and objectives should precede activities in planning. There is an integral relationship among them. Just as the objectives of the library may be thought of in a hierarchy such as the above. so the library planning must be based on such a hierarchy from strategic or long range planning to administrative planning, from administrative planning to operational planning or short range ones.

계층분석법을 이용한 환경친화 계획요소의 중요도 분석에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Importance Analysis of Environmentally-Friendly Planning Factors Using Analytic Hierarchy Process)

  • This study focuses on importance level analysis of environmentally-friendly planning factors using Analytic Hierarchy Process(AMP). This study verify different planning principle makes comparison matrix by a relative comparison value, verified consistency after yield weight to analyze more objective importance for apartment complex estate environmentally-friendly planning factor. In order to decide importance of apartment complex estate environmentally-friendly planning factors multiplying weight of verified planning principle with weight of planning factors. The results are as follows; First, importance of preservation of green tract of lands, Preparation of Biotop, Tree planting of sites, Propriety of development density high except Circulation and practical use of water. Next, valued planning factors constituent appeared to Energy efficient building plan, Rubbish recycling, thermal utilization of solar energy, Artificial tree planting of buildings etc. importantly. Finally, plan constituent that importance is underrated most appeared by Practical use of building materials and equipment, Centralization of energy and resources, Preservation of corridor etc.

  • 지능형 시스템에 대한 요구가 지속적으로 증가하면서, 최근에는 인공지능과 시뮬레이션 기술을 연동하기 위한 다양한 접근이 이루어지고 있다. 본 논문의 기반이 되는 RG-DEVS는 이산 사건 시뮬레이션 모델링 방법론인 DEVS에 인공지능의 계획(planning) 기술을 반영함으로써 동적으로 시뮬레이션 모델이 정의될 수 있는 인공지능과 시뮬레이션의 연동 기술이다. 그러나, 오늘날 많은 문제 해결 시스템들에 반영되고 있는 계층성(hierarchy)이 계획에 반영되어 있지 않다. 계층성은 탐색 공간을 작게 하여 계획의 계산 비용을 줄일 수 있을 뿐 아니라, 모델링 대상 시스템의 계층적 작업 흐름을 반영하기에도 유용하다. 본 논문은 RG-DEVS에 계층적 계획 능력을 추가하여 확장한 모델링 방법론인 HRG-DEVS출 제안하고, 이를 검증하기 위하여 고전적인 계획 문제로 알려진 계층적인 블록 쌓기 문제인 ABSTRIPS에 적용하였다.

  • This paper considers the determination of the priority of investment on R&D planning on nuclear power technology using AHP. Due to the complexity of problem, the hierarchy was divided into two parts; main hierarchy and sub-hierarchies. The result shows that the priority of technology options of evolutionary reactor and safety evaluation was higher than that of others.

  • The study is to develop indicators for woman famers center using focus group meeting and AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process), which is a method to derive relative weights for each evaluation indicators. The results of this study are as follows. We determined such as the three indicators that planning establishment(seven), promotion process of work(six), performance of work(nine). We analysed the weights of this indicators by AHP. The relative weights of performance of work was 0.5269, planning establishment 0.2554 and promotion process of work marked 0.2177. It was suggested that further research should be carried out to develop more objective assessment indicators.

계층적분석기법을 이용한 APS 개선방안 도출 (An Improvement On The Advanced Planning and Scheduling U sing The Analytical Hierarchy Process)

  • The advanced planning and scheduling(APS) is an well known enterprise information system that provides optimal production schedules and supports to complete production on time by solving the complex scheduling problems including capacity and due dates. In this paper, we focused on the improvement of the APS that is already established on a real company. The existing APS had several drawbacks, thus utilization and satisfaction were very low. We performed the focused group interviews and the process analysis and could find that the end users and developers have various objectives and the frequently used functions are different. We applied the analytical hierarchy process(AHP) to converge opinions of them on quantitative data. The results show that it is necessary to enhance visibility, to improve user interfaces and response speed, and to reconcile the real business process and the APS's process.

AHP를 이용한 농업생산기반정비사업 타당성평가 개선방안 (Revision of Feasibility Evaluation Guideline for Agricultural Infrastructure Improvement Project Using AHP Approach)

  • This study revises current feasibility evaluation guideline for agricultural infrastructure improvement project considering recent changes in social and economic environment in rural area. We use an AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) approach to consider qualitative evaluation items in policy enforcement and balanced regional development as well as quantitative items in current economic analysis in the process of feasibility evaluation and decision making. The criteria system is composed of three level hierarchy. In the first level which consists of economic analysis, policy analysis, and regional development analysis, economic analysis was ranked top with relative weight of 0.45 and regional development analysis the lowest with 0.22. In the second level which consists of three evaluation items under policy analysis, consistency in policy enforcement, risk factors, and special evaluation factors, consistency in policy enforcement was ranked top. Finally, 13 detailed evaluation items in the third level were surveyed and ranked by using a comprehensive criticality vector. The result shows that the three most important evaluation items are 'degree of underdevelopment', 'spill-over effect of regional economy' and 'consistency with related planning and policy direction'.

  • There are two ways of reducing air pollution. One is the approach of the pollutant source control and the other one is the traffic demand decreasing approach. This study is focusing on the approach of land use planning and optimal location of urban facilities because those are the basic cause to generate transportation demands. So, the purpose of this study would be to analyze the changes of NOx and CO distribution on environmental air by functional hierarchy of urban roads and to make evaluation model of 'Transportation-Land Use -Air Pollution'. It will contribute to improve the air pollution level at same actual traffic generation according to different location.

  • Recently, the items of construction planning have magnified and specialized and the problems occurring at the first step of the construction planing process have complicated. In this research, AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process) method which is simple to apply and clear to decide has been proposed when a people making a plan at the first step of the construction planing process. As an example, the best solution has been obtained in a railway construction line choice that consist of various items by applying for this method, which proves the possibility of application of this method to the complicated problems.
