공동주택의 코어계획기법에 대한 연구 -유럽의 사례를 중심으로(II) -코어의 계획기법에 대한 사례연구 - (A Study on the Planning for Access Area in the Multifamily Housing Based on the Analysis of European Examples(II) - A Case Study focussed on the Planning Skills -)

  • The access area, so called "core" in the housing block, makes a buffer zone between public open space and private interior space, as well as offers chances of communication for the users. Planning and design of this area, however, tend to be not attended, comparing with another spaces in the multifamily housing block. This paper is aimed at investigating examplary model European cases and, thus, finding out some positive and applicable planning skills for multifamily housing in Korea. This study covers following aspects; firstly, the important social meaning of core area was analyzed in comparison of Korea and Europe, secondly, intensive studies on the spots, visiting German, Austrian and Dutch cases, made it possible to grasp the prevailling tendency toward assessment of this area in the Continent, Thirdly, useful planning elements and skills by European examples for more user friendliness, more economization and raising the quality of spatial design and sequential experience were founded out with regard to various core types. and lastly, some concrete guidelines for planning are presented for the improvement of so far monotnousely designed core area in the local multifamily housing. Consequently those European cases made it clear that the planning of core area is closely related to the total design of housing blocks. This study maybe conducive not only to the planning of this area, but also further to the increase of the quality of life in multifamily housing.y housing.

생물학자와 과학영재의 실험설계활동에서 나타나는 과정요소 및 특성 분석 (The Analysis of the Process Elements and the Characteristics of Biologists' and Gifted Students' Designing Experiment Activities)

  • 이 연구는 생물학자와 과학영재의 실험설계활동에서 나타나는 과정요소와 특성을 분석한 것이다. 연구대상으로 동물행동생태를 전공한 생물학자 4명과 과학영재 생물반 학생 32명을 선정하였고, 연구를 위해 주어진 과제는 Fowler(1990)의 DCT이다. 그들의 실험설계활동과 관련된 모든 자료를 수집하였고, 이 자료를 분석하기 위한 분석틀을 개발하였다. 분석 결과, 첫째, 생물학자와 과학영재의 실험설계활동에서 나타난 과정요소는 문제 확인, 준비물 열거, 실험대상에 대한 고려, 변인 탐색, 변인 소거, 변인 선택, 변인 조작 방법 계획, 환경적 변인 통제 계획, 생물적 변인 통제 계획, 관찰 측정 방법 계획, 자료 수집 계획, 자료 해석 계획, 실험의 반복 계획, 측정의 반복 계획, 안전 수칙으로 총 15가지가 있다. 생물학자는 특정한 과정요소에 집중하는 반면, 과학영재는 정형화된 과정요소를 나타냈다. 둘째, 생물학자와 과학영재의 실험설계활동에서 나타난 특성을 종합하면 다음과 같다: 1) 생물학자와 과학영재 모두 영역특수적인 과정기술이 포함된 과정요소를 나타냈다. 2) 생물학자는 특정한 과정을 반복적으로 점검하면서 정교하게 실험을 설계하는 반면, 과학영재는 피상적으로 실험을 설계한다. 3) 생물학자는 영역특수적인 기술과 노하우를 가지고 있으나, 과학영재는 그렇지 않다. 이러한 결과는 과학영재의 실험설계활동 교육 프로그램은 생물학자들이 집중하는 과정요소를 중심으로 구성하고, 정교한 실험 설계를 할 수 있도록 피드백을 제공하고, 생물학자의 과정기술이나 노하우를 학습할 수 있는 형태로 개발되어야 함을 시사한다.

  • Recently, many people can experience the virtual space by smartphone, and they use many games. In particular, this change has great implications in the collaborative and communicative planning paradigm, which is residents' participation and agreement becoming important in community making and urban design. This study analyze the case of the five virtual space games about community making and urban design, and examine the related regal system. Game users can construct roads, houses, buildings and facilities in the virtual city. Then, they create profit, and promote the growth of virtual city. In these games, construction elements are classified residential, commercial, industrial, parks, green spaces, public building, and roads. But these elements does not identified clearly, and they mixed. By analyzing of related regal system, these games focus on the individual buildings, spaces, and facilities rather than considering the terms of urban planning. To complement the virtual space game with the aspects of urban planning, these games can encourage the participation capability and enhance the communication skills of citizens.

  • The planning of access area, so called "core" plays an important role of planning for multifamily housing, especially multistory housing. For all possibility of various planning and design, this area has been mostly planned and designed in uniformity. And only few attempts have so far been made in studying core, on the contrary to the unit plan or plotplan. It is keenly needed to develop various skills of planning and design in this sector. The purpose of this study is to find out the usable elements of planning and design, those are correspondent to normative targets. For this end, most possible core types are classified in to three categories: circulation types in the housing block, axis types to the entrance of housing units and number of accessed housing units. And then, sizable developments for norm of core have been effectuating in view of function, relationships both with housing unit and block. Based on this classification of types and listed norm, several European examples are analyzed and evaluated by merits and demerits of their respective core types. In addition to this analysis, some adequate planning conditions, positive vs. negative types of core, and detailed planning elements are prepared with regard to the norm of core. It is noteworthy that a variety of possible core planning cases are available by means of combination of lower categories in the classified core types. It is expected that this study will render service for some helpful planning and design guide in the practice

Building a mathematics model for lane-change technology of autonomous vehicles

  • In the process of autonomous vehicle motion planning and to create comfort for vehicle occupants, factors that must be considered are the vehicle's safety features and the road's slipperiness and smoothness. In this paper, we build a mathematical model based on the combination of a genetic algorithm and a neural network to offer lane-change solutions of autonomous vehicles, focusing on human vehicle control skills. Traditional moving planning methods often use vehicle kinematic and dynamic constraints when creating lane-change trajectories for autonomous vehicles. When comparing this generated trajectory with a man-generated moving trajectory, however, there is in fact a significant difference. Therefore, to draw the optimal factors from the actual driver's lane-change operations, the solution in this paper builds the training data set for the moving planning process with lane change operation by humans with optimal elements. The simulation results are performed in a MATLAB simulation environment to demonstrate that the proposed solution operates effectively with optimal points such as operator maneuvers and improved comfort for passengers as well as creating a smooth and slippery lane-change trajectory.

초등과학영재학급 학생의 학습양식과 과학탐구능력 간의 상관관계 (Relationships between Learning Styles and Science Process Skills of Students of the Gifted Class in Elementary School)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the relation between the learning styles and science process skills of students of the gifted class in elementary school. Subjects were forty-eight students of the gifted class who are in the fifth grade studying at the gifted class of S elementary school in Bucheon, M and Y elementary school in Incheon on learning styles and science process skills of students. Learning Style Profile (LSP) was used as instrument to survey learning style of students of the gifted class which was developed by NASSP, and consists of four categories (cognitive skills, perceptual response, orientation and teaming preferences) and twenty-four subscales. The results of this study were as follows: 1. In the learning styles test, students of the gifted class have higher scores of spatial skill, sequential processing skill, persistence orientation, manipulative preference, temperature preference and afternoon preference than general class students, but they have lower scores of discrimination skill and lighting preference, and there were statistically significant difference. 2. In science process skills test, there were statistically significant difference between students of the gifted class and general students. 3. In the correlation between the learning styles and science process skills, there was positive correlation of observing skill with spatial skill and manipulate skill of cognitive skill domain. For classifying skill, there was positive correlation with visual perceptual response, but was negative correlations with auditory and emotive perceptual response of perceptual response domain and with evening preference and verbal risk orientation of study preference domain. For measuring skill, there was positive correlation with sequential processing skill of cognitive skill domain. For formulating hypotheses, there was controlling variables, there was positive correlation with sequential processing skill and simultaneous processing skill of cognitive skill domain, and with verbal-spatial preference and early morning study preference of study preference domain. When planning and managing the gifted class, it will be beneficial and effective to consider the meaningful relations between the elements of loaming style and science process skills in order to improve science process skills.

PBL 접목한 문화콘텐츠 기획의 교수학습 평가 요소 연구 (A Study on the Evaluation Factors of Teaching Learning in the Planning of Cultural Contents by Using PBL)

  • 본 연구는 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해 강의를 통해 PBL(Problem Based Learnign)을 위한 교수 및 학습 방법 도입의 제고와 이를 효과적으로 평가하기 위한 평가요소에 대해 살펴보고자 하였다. 문화와 문화콘텐츠 그리고 콘텐츠기획으로 학습자들에게 하나의 문화콘텐츠가 완성하기까지의 전 과정에서 스토리텔링이 반영되도록하기 위한 충분한 주도적 학습과 문제 중심 학습의 실용적인 교육방법론을 접목하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 교육현장과 실무, 상황에 따라 유기적으로 팀워크와 협력을 잘 할 수 있도록 교수법에 대한 역할은 충실해야 한다. 수업을 듣는 학생들에게 수요를 충족시키고, 이를 설문을 통하여 반영하며 현실 문제를 적용하고, 수업 전 과정을 습득하게 하였다. 수업을 통해 문화콘텐츠를 기획하고 결과물을 완성하기 까지 학습자들은 서로 협력해야 했으며, 창의적인 아이디어로부터 마지막 결과물이 완성되기까지 팀워크에서 스스로 평가와 동료를 평가를 실시하였다. 그 결과를 함께 공유하고 학생 스스로에게 필요한 PBL평가 요소를 조사할 수 있었고, PBL평가방법에 대한 선행연구와 설문 조사를 통해 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해 과목의 평가요소를 도출해 낼 수 있었다. 도출한 평가요소는 기본통계와 워드클라우드분석, AHP분석을 사용하여 평가요소간의 우선순위를 확인해볼 수 있었다. 도출된 평가요소는 소통능력, 기본지식, 추론과정, 전문성, 평가기술이었다. 본 글을 통해 문화콘텐츠기획의 이해과목을 문제중심학습 수업으로 이끌고, 학생들에게 익숙하고 원활한 수업이 될 수 있도록 유도할 수 있었다.

Surgical Informed Consent Process in Neurosurgery

  • The doctrine of informed consent, as opposed to medical paternalism, is intended to facilitate patient autonomy by allowing patient participation in the medical decision-making process. However, regrettably, the surgical informed consent (SIC) process is invariably underestimated and reduced to a documentary procedure to protect physicians from legal liability. Moreover, residents are rarely trained in the clinical and communicative skills required for the SIC process. Accordingly, to increase professional awareness of the SIC process, a brief history and introduction to the current elements of SIC, the obstacles to patient autonomy and SIC, benefits and drawbacks of SIC, planning of an optimal SIC process, and its application to cases of an unruptured intracranial aneurysm are all presented. Optimal informed consent process can provide patients with a good comprehension of their disease and treatment, augmented autonomy, a strong therapeutic alliance with their doctors, and psychological defenses for coping with stressful surgical circumstances.

수학 수업의 교사 지식에 관한 평가 요소 탐색 - 교수.학습 방법 및 평가를 중심으로 - (The Study on the Investigation of the Mathematics Teaching Evaluation Standards Focused on Teaching and Learning Methods and Assessment)

  • 학교 교육의 내실화 및 교사의 수업 전문성을 높이기 위한 노력의 일환으로 최근에 이르기까지 국가 수준의 차원에서 좋은 수업 선정 및 사례에 관한 연구, 수업평가 시행을 위한 기준 개발에 관한 연구, 그리고 교사 지식에 관한 특징 규명 및 이를 통한 수업 컨설팅에 관한 연구 등이 교과별로 꾸준히 시행되어 왔다. 이의 궁극적 목적은 교사 지식의 중요성을 인식하여 이 부문의 계발을 통해 교사의 전문성을 신장시키고 자 함이다. 이의 실천적 방안의 하나로, 교사 자신 및 동료 교사의 수업평가는 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것이며, 이에 관한 평가기준 개발 및 관련 연구는 의미 있는 일이라 하겠다. 이에 따라, 본 연구에서는 수학 수업 및 평가에서의 교사 지식에 관한 여러 선행 연구를 바탕으로, 교사의 교수 학습 방법 및 평가에 관한 지식에 초점을 두어 이 에 적합한 수업평가의 요소를 탐색하고자 하였다.
