실내조경 도입을 위한 거주자의 평면 선호도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User's Preference of the plan introducing Interior Landscape)

  • This study begins to make inquires about user's opinion of introducing Interior Landscape into Apartment Housing to the problems of contemporary Interior Landscape and suggest the fundamental data to improve it. The city-ward drifting of population drawn from industrial development and aggravation of living condition bring about exclusion of nature and lack of green space. Furthermore, it increases the length of stay of urban liver in indoor space. Thus, dweller's desire to Interior Landscape increase but housing can't follow it. The purpose of this study is to understand characteristics of Interior Landscape, derive essential factors, study plans, establish radical data, and suggest better plans including Interior Landscape through making inquires about user's opinion.

반의존형 휠체어 사용 고령자와 보호자를 위한 욕실평면계획 - 욕실 내 발생 행위를 위한 면적제안을 중심으로 - (The Bathroom Plan for the Impaired Elderly with Caregiver - Focus on the Size of Bathroom needed for Behaviours -)

  • The study on bathroom plan for the elderly who use wheelchair has been done continuously. However, the elderly's behaviour at the bathroom and consideration for the caregiver has been underestimated. In this perspective, the purpose of this study is to find out how much more bathroom size is needed for the elderly who use wheelchair and the caregiver based on their behaviours. The study method is as follows: First, behaviours which occur at bathroom were collected from the previous research. Second, the size needed was calculated based on the elderly and caregiver's movement. Third, the size of bathroom enough for the impaired elderly with caregivers was suggested. The room next to shower booth and bath tub should be expanded for the caregiver. In addition, the room beside the basin should be added as much as $600{\times}600$ to let the caregiver stand and support the elderly when they are needed to wash their hair. As a result, the size of bathroom should be at least planed as follow; $1.3m^2$ more for type A, $1.5m^2$ more for type B, $1.6m^2$ more for type C, and $1.1m^2$ more for type D. As the bathroom is the room that the elderly want to modify for their rest of the lives, the room should be reserved enough from the early stage of design, so that this will make the elderly be possible stay at the place until they want to stay.

  • The purpose of this study is to investigate the architectural visual identity, and scheme of conceptional extent of architectural visual identity through literature research and sample analysis by design factors for apartment design. Korea National Housing Corporation's Mapo apartment put first caterer which is continued about 30 years to solve shortage of houses by beginning and the impact of IMF and the price decontrol on second half in the 1990s have changed the housing status to commercial goods. Construction companies have introduced brand concept to satisfy consumer's appetite in production of house goods including apartment under market situation. Importance of visual identity in apartment design occupies has risen in heftily. However most companies are in condition of stay on two-dimensional application that uses symbol, logotype, and character assistance. Several high position construction companies are trying architectural visual identity, but those are applied in partial element and those are not going forward to systematic classification and synthetic visual identity plan within peculiarity of apartment complex. This study is to grasp plan and design tendency to acquire identity of design element of construction field and goods through design examination. In conclusion visual identity in apartment design is architectural visual identity on all of 2 dimensions and 3 dimension for application. Architectural visual identity is a language of form that prescribe identity about external appearance in combination with brand image.

Overnight hospital stay and/or extended recovery period may allow long-duration oral and maxillofacial surgeries in the operating room of a dental hospital in an outpatient setting: a single-center experience

  • Objectives: The requirement for overnight hospital stay should be considered preoperatively according to patient-related factors, type of surgery, and anesthetic management plan. In this study, we aimed to define the major factors that influence consideration of overnight hospital stay in patients undergoing oral and maxillofacial (OMF) surgery in an operating room (OR) of a dental hospital in an outpatient setting. Materials and Methods: The records of patients who underwent oral procedures under general anesthesia between 2014-2017 were reviewed. Results: A total of 821 patients underwent oral procedures under general anesthesia; 631 of them underwent OMF surgery in the OR of a dental hospital, and 174 of these patients were hospitalized for overnight stay. There was no significant difference in the number of patients with comorbidities between the outpatient and hospitalized patient groups (P=0.389). The duration of surgery was longer in the hospitalized patient group (105.25±57.48 vs 189.62±82.03 minutes; P<0.001). Double-jaw (n=15; 310.00±54.21 minutes) and iliac crest grafting surgeries (n=59; 211.86±61.02 minutes) had the longest durations. Patients who underwent iliac crest grafting had the highest rates of hospitalization (79%). The overall recovery period was longer in outpatients (119.40±41.60 vs 149.83±52.04; P<0.001). Conclusion: Duration of surgery was the main determinant in considering whether a patient required overnight hospital stay. However, patients with an American Society of Anesthesiology physical status score <3 may be scheduled for OMF surgery in the OR of a dental hospital in an outpatient setting regardless of duration of surgery if overnight hospital stay is planned or an extended recovery period is provided until patients meet the discharge criteria.

예술창작공간의 공공성에 관한 연구 - 서울시창작공간의 사례를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Publicness of Artistic Creative Space - Focused on Seoul Art Space -)

  • As the importance of economic value of culture has increased, governments have set a strategy to secure national competitiveness through cultural art. One of concrete ways is establishing a cultural space by using idle facilities. This study aims to analyze publicness of Seoul Art Space, suggest ways to improve the facilities of creative space and provide basic date for the further plan of creative space. The object of this study is 8 facilities from Seoul Art Space which is operated by City of Seoul. Through literature review, we extracted 5 elements(each element has 4 sub categories) for publicness(accessibility, openness, convenience, historical connectivity and stay time) and to evaluates publicness of the Seoul Art Space, we analyzed these facilities based on these elements. The results are as follows: The publicness of Seoul Art Space acquired 96.9%(100% is 64 points) for stay time, 95.3% for convenience, 90.6% for accessibility, 73.4% for openness and 62.5% for historical connectivity. For the openness, we suggest to use glass materials and open the space to the public. To improve historical connectivity, we suggest to determine appropriate theme for a particular space or area and set a function of buildings for the differentiation.

  • Rural Experiential Tourism is the medium that connect a town and country. Through the form of these Rural Experiential Tourism people live in country sell indigenous products and tourism services. Both people maintain friendly relations with their friendship based on mutual trust. The aim of space planing for experience and development of experience program is make visitors learn many valuable lessons in countryside. So, Two things must discussed closely related. Also it is necessary to mention people to conduct in there. Visitors who live in Gyonggi and Chungcheong province come to frequently Geumgang Nongbau village for a day. They enjoy going for a swimming and fishing in Geumgang. In order to activate specialized experience program, it is necessary to increase the number of those exclusively responsible for that experience program and organization visitors make stay overnight in village. Also to enhancing village people's income must have agricultural stand and activate village internet site.

사례분석을 통한 학교건축 친환경 인증기준의 실내환경 평가항목 적용현황에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Application of Criteria of the Indoor Environment through the Case of Green Building Certification Criteria for School)

  • Recently, there are effects such as commercial investment and introducing new technology by introducing a BTL project. As a result, School's conditions are getting better and Numbers of certified schools are increasing, because the Green Building Certification Criteria was created in 2002 and expanded to schools in March, 2005. But the certificated schools just get the minimum score for certificate level 'good' about 65 points and there is no certificated school level 'very good'. The users of school stay in long time in the facility cause of the unique function of school. It means Indoor Environment Quality Criterion of the school is very important than any other criteria. Therefore, this study aims to analyze the indoor environment factor for the plan of the certificated school by green building rating systems. And this study also wants make the basement of a substantial technical application and development of the criteria in the plan for sustainable green school.

  • 세계 주요 국가들은 미래성장 동력 육성과 신기술 확보를 위하여 국가차원의 R&D 지원을 확대하고 있으며, 우리나라에서도 R&D 투자 규모를 지속적으로 확대하고 있다. 또한, 우리나라의 국가 R&D의 규모와 GDP 대비 면에서 세계 최고수준에 이른 상황이여서 R&D예산의 양적인 확대와 함께 효율적인 활용이 더욱 중요해지고 있다. 이러한 흐름에 따라 정부R&D혁신방안('15.5)의 주요 과제 중 세부실행과제로 '연구시설 장비 활용도 제고'가 선정되었다. 본 연구에서는 현재 구축중인 국방연구시설장비 정보시스템(DRES)를 통해 국방분야 연구시설장비의 관리방안을 연구하였다. 이를 위해 현재 국가차원의 연구시설장비 관리절차를 파악하였고 기존 국방분야 연구시설 장비의 관리현황과 문제점, 관련규정을 분석하였다. 이러한 분석 설계를 통하여 국방분야 연구시설 장비를 관리할 수 있는 정보체계를 설계 분석하였으며 이를 통해 관리방안을 연구하였다.

교과교실형 운영 중등학교 홈베이스 이용의식 분석 (An Analysis about Awareness of Use in Homebase on Variation Type in Middle and High Schools)

  • This study was carried out to observe awareness of students using homebase on variation type, about a thousand students in four middle and high schools participated in questionnaire. By the analysis of questionnaire, degree of awareness regarded homebase as a base was relatively high in respondents of the schools having easy accessibility of the homebase, and thus, proportions of assigned space for homeroom, using frequency of homebase and time to stay were also high in the group showing high awareness about homebase. Especially, it is noticeable use of homebase was frequent in the schools having subdivided space in itself. This result suggested that the function of homebase as a base of the students can be very important factor to plan schools of variation type.

도심지하공간의 화재안전계획에 관한 연구 (I) (A Study on the fire Safety Plan in downtown underground Space (I))

  • In Korea, the Seoul subway line 1 was opened in 1974 and the subway service is being operated in Seoul, Pusan, Daegu, Daejeon, and Inchon. The subway station is related to a underground shopping mall that was developed as complex spaces. According to the time of people's stay at the underground space, the necessity about the safety countermeasure of the underground space has been enlarged. Therefore the result of this study is t propose guidelines for improving the evacuation safety performance in underground subway stations.
