서비스산업이 국가경제에 미치는 영향이 커지고 국내 GDP비중과 고용비중에 미치는 영향이 지속적으로 증가함에 따라 2006년 12월에 정부가 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 강화시키기 위한 종합대책을 발표하였다. 이와 같이 서비스산업의 경쟁력을 제고시키기 위한 정부의 노력이 강화되고 있는 이 시점에서 서비스품질 평가에 관한 주제는 시사하는 바가 크다. 이러한 서비스품질 평가는 서비스산업의 생존과 수익성에 지대한 영향을 미치므로 서비스품질에 대한 객관적인 평가문제는 매우 중요하다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 주관적 환경에서 주관성을 고려하여 서비스품질을 평가하고, 평가결과에 대한 객관성을 보장하기 위하여 퍼지이론과 AHP모형을 이용한 통합모형을 개발하였고, 이는 서비스산업 경쟁력 제고뿐만 아니라 효과적인 의사결정 수립에 도움을 줄 것으로 사료된다.

This study carried out for establishing the synthetic restoration plan to improve ecological quality of Mt. Mudeung National Park based on the results of conservation value assessment for yellow-throated marten habitats. Yellow-throated marten has significant implications as umbrella species for the wildlife habitats conservation, therefore, this species could be used to ecological restoration plan of the damaged forest ecosystem in Mt. Mudeung National Park. In this study, we diagnosed the quality of yellow-throated marten habitats in Mt. Mudeung National Park based on five natural and two artificial factors. In addition, we evaluated the integrity of each zone divided by trails quantitatively based on land use intensity. As a result, forest landscape quality in Mt. Mudeung National Park was influenced greatly by human activity and the degree was depended on the intensity of trails. Therefore, in this study, we suggested the closing of trails composed of the illegal and 36 legal trails. And then, we modeled the changes of habitats quality of Yellow-throated marten for each closing step. As a result the area of core habitats increased by two times and wildlife habitats quality improved in the whole area of the Mt. Mudeung National Park. As a result, the results of this study indicate that man-made linear landscape elements play a key role in the quality of habitats for predators, which require large habitats area like the Yellow-throated marten. Therefore, in order to establish an ecological restoration plan in the mountainous area, we recommend the concept of the linear landscape should be applied with the concept of area landscape.

Client requirements is a concept with increasing interest in relation to several outcomes of companies, and in particular, in the event of apartment project that takes large share in the domestic construction industry, diverse angle of survey is performed to discover the client requirements and reflect them to the project to improve the quality. For this purpose, it is required to learn the client requirements and apply it in the apartment project, and the QFD (Quality Function Deployment) linked ROQ (Return On Quality) is a technique used in the manufacturing that surveys the client requirements to improve the customer satisfaction, and apply it to the quality improvement program to improve the profitability in this process. In this study, through the application of the ROQ process, the plan to improve the apartment quality management is presented. For this purpose, the consumer interview survey, FGI (focus group interview) survey and the client requirements are analyzed, and thereafter, through the interview with the specialist, the quality improvement program that enables the application to the product development of new apartment product is established. Through this process, the new apartment quality management improvement plan is presented.

In recent years, the safety of customers and the demand for rights to be protected from the risk have become stronger than ever day by day, and the function concerning product liability(PL) and quality assurance(QA) has been emphasized. Basically these functions can be obtained by inspection and there is the single rectifying sampling inspection for attribute (KSA-3105) as an existing method. But we can not say this method is good enough because of limitations in the range of applications and the approximate design of inspection methods which can not meet the rapidity and accuracy of quality information transfer according to the maturity of information period. Therefore, in this paper, a new algorithm is developed which can design the accurate inspection method by using the linear cost function that has not been considered in the existing inspection methods. Also in addition to this, a optimal rectifying sampling inspection plan, contributing to minimize the total costs, can be developed by programming the algorithm developed in this study and it can be applied to any field having many processes almost limitlessly.

The quality of building space program is a key to measure how the building performance satisfies its owner and users. However assuring its efficiency requires reliable criteria that reflect high level experience knowledge in the field. This study suggests a plan to gauge the level of building space performance using expert knowledge, which has not been utilized well enough but should play a critical role. In order to setup an expert system measuring level of the space program, we firstly optimized the space areas to the best case in a knowledgebase and use them as criteria to judge the quality of the spaces extracted from BIM model. We found the experimental results show us a promising way of measuring a relative quality of the space programs.

Quite a few of persons often fall into an error that ISO has happened an additional work at construction sites. Supervision works, however, are carried out in compliance with 'Guidelines for the Supervision Works' which is including most ISO Requirements. Additional requirements needed for the supervision works are not many. This study has studied on the ISO application of supervision works in relation to, 1) ISO 9001 & KS A 9001 Quality Management System Basic Model, 2) The Process of Railway Construction Work Supervision Quality Management Plan, 3) Supervision Work Performance Guide Book(2005) & KS A 9001(2001) Standard, at the railway construction sites.

In order to improve water quality in drinking water sources, Ministry of Environment (MOE) was implemented total water pollution load management (TWPLM) in all the major river basins. From the experience of the application of TWPLM, we could find some problems relating the target watershed, standard operating procedure (SOP) of establishment and implementation plan, water quality and flow rate, design flow, water quality model, margin of safety (MOS), and estimation of wasteload were found. The authors were reviewed ongoing TWPLM and presented the improvement schemes for a successful TWPLM. For the application of these suggestions, further detailed studies should be done to implement TWPLM in the future.

Which factors should influence consumer consideration to subscribe to Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP)? Policy issues, managerial concerns, and demographic variables are possible factors. This paper discusses policy and managerial issues regarding VoIP adoption. A model that explains VoIP adoption is proposed and tested. This study analyzes a survey of 750 prospective VoIP users in Korea. The testing is accompanied by logistic regression and discriminant analysis. The results show that trust in VoIP, relative comparison of Quality to fixed service, numbering plan, satisfactions of call Quality and customer services on both fixed and mobile services have impacts on the adoption of VoIP. Implications for VoIP providers and policy makers are presented.
