This paper is to introduce attribute acceptance sampling plan based on statistical inference of binomial proportions such as PPM or PPB. In addition, this paper presents three variable sampling acceptance sampling plans based on $C_{pm},\;C_{pmk}$, and Taguchi's loss function. Producers are able to consider as not only external vendors but also internal customers.

Since open-plan office offers more flexibility when compared to completely closed and private ones, they are seen to have more capabilities and are highly valued in today's industry. The broadcasting & telecommunication services in the future will be converged and be serviced on mobile devices. However, the current ICT infrastructure does not fully meet the future demand for those converged, realistic, intelligent, and personalized services. The Korean government is going to establish a high speed next generation network called UBcN (Ultra-Broadband Convergence Network) by 2013. The Korean government has announced a multi-year plan to establish an UBcN network and to discover and stimulate new converged services for an UBcN in January, 2009. The author of this paper has taken part in formulating development plans since the early stages of planning. In this paper, Korea's development plans for the next generation network and their development strategies are analyzed and discussed based on the author's experience. The paper also discusses the expected impacts of the plan for the future ICT industry, and the implications of government-driven development plans.

This study has the purpose for analysis of each region's property in order to plan a elementary school's space according to community property. For this analysis. we used classification method through classification analysis. classification analysis is one of the useful statistical analysis methode for determining each region's policy through classifying regions which have a similar property. On this study, Seoul and Kyongkido is classified by 4 groups and each group has a different community property. Such a analysis is thought of helping establishing the objective. reasonable space-plan through comparative analysis between subjective claim and objective state indicator of each region.

Japan's new local revitalization plan is unique in that the national government has asked local governments to form their own initiatives; and we can expect that there will be various ideas from the perspectives of local residents. However, it is important to note that not all local governments considered the actions of their competitors and neighboring governments. Currently, Japanese industries are so interconnected that we cannot ignore the actions of others. In this paper, we propose a simple indicator that policy makers can use to determine the focus for the local economy.

In this study, we studied some examples using GSP(Geometer's SketchPad) in the process of problem solving that is explained by G. polya. After reconsidering examples, we tried to show that using GSP can help student's intuitive thinking, investigative activities, reflective thinking. Especially, in the three phase of problem solving(understanding the problem, devising a plan, looking back), mathematics teachers may using GSP in order to helping student's understanding. Besides, we tried to suggest the direction to use GSP more adequately in the teaching and Beaming mathematics. First of all, Mathematics teachers using GSP in their class must have ideas how to use it. And they have to be careful on the didactical transposition of mathematical knowledge in the computer-based learning. They also have to lead students move from activities with GSP materials to carrying out the problem solving plan and reflection activities.

This study aims at developing the interior design method of Guest Room Space in resort condominium. Nowadays, The resort condominium change to complex style and it's space design reflecting user's needs. This study treats with the design item such as unit space plan, furniture, furnishing and equipment of Guest Room Space in resort condominium. As a result of this study, the interior design methods of Guest Room Space in resort condominium must reflect of fitting material, color plan, user's needs and functional divide space. (Living, Dinning, Kitchen, Toilet and Foyer) These result will become basic data future interior design in Guest Room Space in resort condominium.

KEPCO has a plan to operate 765kV electric power network from June, 2001, by the KEPCO's plan. We have developed the extra-high voltage class equipments for 765kV substation. Inpecial, we have proceeded the developments of 800kV Gas Insulated Switchgear from January 1998 to now. Until now we completed the test of a general characteric tests of GIS, the short-circuit test of GCB. DS. ES. HSGS.
