This study examined customers from restaurants in hotels in the Busan and Gyeongnam region, South Korea, to confirm if dinging area decoration has any indirect effect on behavioral intention via customer emotional response and the mediating effects of customer emotional response in order to provide the basic materials of marketing strategies for continued customer visit to the hotel restaurants. The implications of the study are summarized as follows: First, if restaurant space is designed in consideration of gustatory, visual, auditory, tactile, and olfactory aspects, it becomes a reason for customers to re-purchase and spread good words of mouth. Second, restaurant food space should be designed to make customers pleasant and exciting. Third, the design of food restaurant design that induces customer emotional responses elevates customer re-purchase and intention to deliver words of mouth.

Background: The nonsurgical treatment of chest wall deformity by a vacuum bell or external brace is gradual, with correction taking place over months. Monitoring the progress of nonsurgical treatment of chest wall deformity has relied on the ancient methods of measuring the depth of the excavatum and the protrusion of the carinatum. Patients, who are often adolescent, may become discouraged and abandon treatment. Methods: Optical scanning was utilized before and after the intervention to assess the effectiveness of treatment. The device measured the change in chest shape at each visit. In this pilot study, patients were included if they were willing to undergo scanning before and after treatment. Both surgical and nonsurgical treatment results were assessed. Results: Scanning was successful in 7 patients. Optical scanning allowed a visually clear, precise assessment of treatment, whether by operation, vacuum bell (for pectus excavatum), or external compression brace (for pectus carinatum). Millimeter-scale differences were identified and presented graphically to patients and families. Conclusion: Optical scanning with the digital subtraction of images obtained months apart allows a comparison of chest shape before and after treatment. For nonsurgical, gradual methods, this allows the patient to more easily appreciate progress. We speculate that this will increase adherence to these methods in adolescent patients.

Performing the rituals of Hajj and Umrah is an obligation of Allah Almighty to all Muslims from all over the world. Millions of Muslims visit the holy mosques in Makkah every year to perform Hajj and Umrah. One of the most important pillars in Performing Hajj/Umrah is Tawaf and Sa'ay. Tawaf finished by seven rounds around the holy house (Al-Kabaa) and Sa'ay is also seven runs between As-Safa and Al-Marwa. Counting/knowing the number of runs during Tawaf/Sa'ay is one of the difficulties that many pilgrims face. The pilgrim's confusing for counting (Tawaf/Sa'ay) rounds finished at a specific time leads pilgrims to stay more time in Mataff bowl or Masa'a run causing stampedes and more crowded as well as losing the desired time for prayers to get closer to Almighty Allah in this holy place. These issues can be solved using effective crowd management systems for Tawaf/Sa'ay pillars, which is the topic of this research paper. While smart devices and their applications are gaining popularity in helping pilgrims for performing Hajj/Umrah activities efficiently, little has been dedicated for solving these issues. We present an autonomous Mobile-based framework for guiding pilgrims during Tawaf/Sa'ay pillars with the aid of GPS for points tracking and rounds counting. This framework is specially designed to prevent and manage stampedes during Tawaf/Sa'ay pillars, by helping pilgrims automatically counting the rounds during Tawaf/Sa'ay with supported Supplications (in written/audio form with different languages) from the Quran and Sunna'a.

This paper proposes a small-scale rehabilitation system that allows stroke patients to perform daily rehabilitation training in a virtual home. Stroke patients have limited activities of daily living due to paralysis, and there are many rehabilitation exercises for them to reproduce activities that take place in the house, such as turning lights on and off, door opening and closing, gas valve locking. In this paper, we have implemented a virtual home with the above mentioned daily rehabilitation training elements, by using virtual reality technology. We use Leap Motion, a hand motion recognition device, for rehabilitation of hands and fingers. It is expected that stroke patients can rehabilitate small muscles without having to visit the clinic with uncomfortable body, and will be able to get interesting rehabilitation training by avoiding monotony of existing rehabilitation tools.
