Digital goods are defined as intangible and non-physical goods, composed of a combination of digital signals, electronically represented as 0 and 1. They are also called as digital products, electronic transmissions, information goods, digital contents, computer information, etc. Digital goods are now traded both domestically and internationally as well as on-line and off-line. Korean government revised the Basic Law on Foreign Trade to include digital goods and services as the scope of foreign trade in 2001. Trade volume of digital goods are increasing in Korea. The supply chains of digital goods from producing the components to selling globally to consumers are different from conventional physical goods. Mostly, digital goods are traded on the license basis rather than ownership contract. End User License Agreements(EULAs), such as shrink-wrap, click- wrap, or browser-wrap licenses are very popular in online transactions. Unlike conventional physical goods. the breach of license contract is closely linked with the infringement of intellectual property rights. Digitalized intellectual property is easy to copy and transmit in the cyber space. In cases of legal disputes from the breach of license contract, commercial arbitration or on-line alternative dispute resolutions(ADRs) are regarded as better approach to solve them rather than court sues. For promoting more secure and reliable international trade of digital goods. arbitration clauses should be included in most of license contracts.

As the number of Internet users increases, online shopping malls are gradually flourishing and sales are continuously growing. However, since consumers are not able to check what they purchase when buying products on the Internet, they are bound to have higher risk perception than buying directly from off-line stores. Especially, sporting goods require a special attention because a preliminary test is important. Therefore, the risk perception is much higher when people purchase sporting goods online. This study first identifies the multi-dimensionality of risk perception. Then, it investigates whether online purchasing experience of sporting goods makes differences in the level of risk perception. In addition, it examines whether the risk perception by those who had an experience in purchasing sporting goods online affects the customer satisfaction. This study has identified five dimensions in the concept of risk perception, such as financial risk, performance risk, security risk, delivery risk, and psychological/physical risk. A statistical analysis shows that people without an experience in purchasing sporting goods online have perceived significantly higher performance risk, security risk, and psychological/physical risk than those with online purchasing experiences. Finally, this study has found that delivery risk, financial risk, and psychological/physical risk have significant negative influences on the customer satisfaction.
With the rapid spreading of the internet that is based on the development of the information network system, the paradigms of "internet round" and "cyber" are given much weight in the notion of "market." Especially, the cyber shopping for the individuals is developing rapidly creating the new life style, and also in the domestic economy the cases of building and running the cyber shopping malls are increasing. The purpose of this study is to analyse the customers' shopping styles that can be shown when the customers purchase physical goods or digital goods at the B to C EC and find the way to activate the shopping malls by controlling the factors which influence the trade. The result of the study is as follows: First, to analyse the acting style of the customers at the B to C EC, it is searched whether there is any relationship between the purchasing goods, which are divided into physical goods and digital goods. There was a cross analysis between the first factor of the five factors of the purchase decision or delay at the B to C EC and the goods type. The result of the analysis is that the purchase decision factor is different according as what type of goods is purchased. On the other hand, the purchase delay factor has no relation with the goods type. Second, the fact that the cyber shopping activities are quite different according to sexuality, age, academic background, or occupation suggests that these factors are very important to the strategy for the market-specification of the B to C EC marketing construction. The result shown in this study is sure to give great help to figure out the improvement strategies and the market-specialization strategies to accelerate the B to C EC marketing. On the side of the strategies for the improvement of the goods services, more attention should be given to the functional side for the improvement of the reliability of the goods service such as capacity, technique, and quality. And the activities of the customers are so different according to the vital statistics that the way to cope with the changeability properly should be considered.
The linear regression method was used to model the relationship among a set of perceptions regarding to the importance of physical exercise and the perceived value of physical exercise (as a leisure activity) for aging baby boomers. In terms of a pilot study, we developed two alternative models tested at two different convenience samples. The first sample consisted of 82 aging baby boomers aged 55.65 (sample 1) and the second one consisted of 458 citizens aged 18.45 (sample 2). Through this research approach, we intended to lead to a better understanding of perceived value of physical exercise in the sporting goods marketing context for aging baby boomers. We addressed the core research themes of our study using a convenience survey. Data was collected by means of face to face interviews during the seven week period. The research results showed that the "model 2" better predicts perceived value of physical exercise as a leisure activity for aging baby boomers. We believe that the final findings of our research try can recognize the differences in buying behaviors between aging baby boomers and other target markets and advance marketers of sporting goods strategic tries regarding to consumer strategy management at a store level.

In present, physical distribution industry fields are offering more convenient services using RFID, but there is plenty of room for improvement. And then, utilizing advantages of RFID which quick and simple manages goods and GPS which gets information of position at the present, we implemented a physical distribution management system can manages the information for distribution process of goods easier. We can get much information that the number of loaded goods, the data of goods, the state of distribution, whether or not missing, etc. as attached a RFID reader to the truck. and when truck is moving, we can also obtain much information consumer want that the real time data of position, distribution routes, etc. for loaded goods as received a latitude and longitude from GPS. These information have recorded, managed, and linked Google map, we can grasp the distribution information of goods on World Wide Web service. Because this service is focus on the image not the text can give the information required by the consumer on visual, it is different from the existing service. At this point of time that the RFID and GPS have used in overall industry, If these services have researched and developed with transportation, tour, etc. industry as well as physical distribution, it is possible to utilize more widely.

The purpose of this study is to examine the importance and satisfaction perceived in the purchase of goods and the use of a court in badminton club members. The results will be used for basic data to increase club members and present the methods to activate badminton. The survey on goods, price, programs, facilities, staff, and publicity was conducted. The IPA matrix was applied for data processing. The following conclusions were drawn. First, as a result of analyzing the ranking of importance and satisfaction, the first place of importance was coach's professionalism of staff factors, followed by safety of facility factors and program contents and effects of program factors. The first place of satisfaction was cleanliness and management of facility factors, followed by coach's professionalism of staff factors and staff's kindness of staff factors. Second, as a result of the IPA matrix of importance and satisfaction, Quadrant I included appropriateness of training time and program contents and effect of program factors, parking size and cleanliness and management of facility factors, coach's professionalism and staff's service attitude of staff factors, and customer service and complaint resolution of publicity factors. Quadrant II showed appropriateness of price, value for money, and discount policy of price factors and materials and design of goods factors. Quadrant III included excellent customer service of goods of goods factors, various program construction of program factors, court location and accessibility, and various convenient facilities of facility factors, and various publicity and event programs, website construction, and various publicity strategies of publicity factors. Quadrant IV showed brand value of goods, awareness, and brand specialty of goods of goods factors.
The purpose of this study was to present basic data for better space plan of the apartment housing. It attempted to examine the possession and space usage of furniture and housing goods in three type floor plan. It also studied in relation to socidemographic variables and physical variables. The major findings were as follows :1) Housewife age, educational level, family income, number of family members were affected variables to the possession of housing goods and furniture except furniture possession to housewife age.2) It appeared similarity in the furnishing of housing goods and furniture in case of same floor plan.3) Generally, the space of living room was used often in furnishing of furniture and housing goods. 4) Linear arrangement of sofa set and corner arrangement of Anbang furniture are a tendency to get a effective space for activities in living room.5) The size of floor plan space was the most powerful variable to explain the possession and space usage of housing goods and furniture.6) The scarce of space result in pressing the household living space hard. The storage space should be planned and chosen after consideration of human factors according to the tastes, character of the users, and the space factors according to the composition of unit plan and the size of each living space. In case of the small size plan, particularly, it needed to the Built-in furniture as a effective method.
Cold storage warehouse industry in Japan has been extended in its scale in terms of both the number of storages and cold storage capacity in order to meet the extended reproduction of the marine products industry. However, increasing total amount of the stored goods since mid 80s led to relative decrease of marine products while the number of storages was remained the same or decreased, though cold storage capacity was gradually increased and is maintained the increase of the average cold storage capacity. As structural change in the cold storage warehouse industry emerges, cold storage warehouses require new approach to individual storage management with 1)diversity of the stored goods; 2) more competition due to increase of the cold storage capacity; and 3) sizing of the average cold storage capacity. Therefore, this study analyzed how cold storage warehouse management activity with individual storage sizing changes; and significance of sizing and functional change in cold storage warehouses experiencing sizing, by observing leading cold storage warehouse industry of the metropolitan area in Japan. In conclusion, reorganization of cold storage warehouse industry in the metropolitan area in Japan can be summarized as follows: First, competition among cold storage warehouses in the metropolitan area in Japan is not simply limited to storage industry but extended to establishment and securing physical distribution function. Second, since cold storage warehouse industry is in Scrap & Build phase, decision of management executives on whether taking direction to maintain/continue enhancement of physical distribution function may cause drastic reorganization in the cold storage warehouse industry, Third, since profit of physical distribution management based on cold storage warehouses is insignificant, it is not easy to accomplish expected management outcome, Fourth, today's cold storage warehouse industry mainly characterized by diversity of the stored goods needs facility reorganization with comprehensive and functional integration covering from F class cold storage capacity to F&C class.
Bills of lading are crucial in international sales on shipment terms since they guard buyers against loss of or damage to the goods in transit by giving them the rights against carriers. A bill of lading, as document of title, gives the buyer the right to demand physical possession of the goods from the carrier and enables the buyer who is in possession of damaged or short-delivered goods to sue the carrier. In this context the buyer in sales on CIF or CFR terms or FOB terms with additional services benefits from the bill of lading which functions as a receipt of goods and a evidence of the terms of the contract of carriage. Protection of such buyer's interests can be provided in the sale contract through appropriate express or implied terms on the seller's documentary obligations: Which transport document, a bill of lading or a sea waybill, is required? Who should be named as the consignee in the transport document and, in case of bill of lading, by whom should the bill be endorsed? What should be stated in the bill of lading for the quantity of the goods? How about a bill of lading that contains so called "unknown clause"? How many bills of lading for the entire contract goods should be tendered? Can a bill of lading stating that the goods have been shipped in apparent good order and condition also state that the goods were damaged after shipment? This paper seeks to provide answers for these particular questions.

This study conducted a online survey (URL), DM, , E-mail, etc. were used to sample 371 people using the standard convenience sampling method, and 320 valid samples excluding 51 unfaithful respondents were analyzed by applying causality (SEM). First, the hypothesis was adopted with the influence of positive (+) on the emotional response of the human brand's goods value. Second, the hypothesis was adopted that emotional response has a positive (+) effect on consumption behavior. Third, the human brand's goods value has a positive (+) effect on consumption behavior, and the hypothesis was partially adopted. Finally, the indirect effect of emotional response in the relationship between goods value and consumption behavior was found to be statistically significant.
