Today a knowledge management systems (KMS) is an enabler for gaining competitive position in the market environments. However, it is just recognized as a conceptual management paradigm not as realistic management philosophy in an organization. A firm just accustomed to deal with tangible assets such as inventory and buildings based on the cumulated experiences. However, the firm often struggle with how to define and apply the knowledge management system into its real business activities such as business strategy and productivity. For example, one of textile company, E-land, in Korea found the way how the firm utilize intelligent assets of its employees to overcome the performance differences among the employees in an organization to increase their ability. Managers in an organization should fully understand and try to figure out the concept of knowledge management systems to implement KMS more efficiently and effectively. Even though lots of previous knowledge management literature proposed several unique knowledge management process models, they have their own terms, process sequences, or different approaches. There are three common knowledge management processes: knowledge creation, knowledge store and search, knowledge sharing process. In this study, a new KM process theoretical framework based on the previous researches is developed. This study will guide to those who will adopt or implement of KMS in the organization in near future.
Purpose: This study focuses on developing a structural equation model of variables influencing loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces in Thailand. The variables investigated comprised food attributes, online system attributes, marketing innovations, attitudes, and satisfaction. Research design, data and methodology: An online questionnaire was used to collect data from a sample group (200 buyers and 200 sellers) using quota sampling. The data were analyzed using the structural equation model. Results: The developed structural equation model was consistent with the empirical data. Factors in the model could explain 40.1% of the variance in loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. Food attributes and online system attributes influenced satisfaction directly. Online system attributes, market innovation, and attitudes directly influenced loyalty. The developed model had no variation between groups of buyers and sellers. Conclusions: This research demonstrated the causal factors leading to consumer loyalty to buying and selling food products through e-marketplaces. The research findings help e-marketplace providers manage factors of buying and selling to comply with the needs of buyers and sellers, which will increase the number of buyers and sellers, help generate long-term profits for service providers, and increase the country's financial value.
According to the Gartner Group, the market for ERP software in Korea is growing rapidly. However, the number of successful ERP implementations is quite few. Standard(unmodified) ERP's are built based on best practices. Improvements expected from successful implementation are based on best practices built into the software. Many improvements are lost through modification to "standard" software. Even minor changes in software can significantly reduce benefits. Both implementation time and risk factors are increased with modifications. We introduce a methodology, called package Enable Re-engineering (PER) and the main components of change management program by Ernst & Young. "To-Be" model could be developed through the software capabilities. And change management processes such as continuous education and self-developments are required. The philosophy of the change management processes is to let the software package drive the re-engineering practices and avoid moving the software toward the "As-IS" process. Extensive top management involvement, major focus on speed, extensive communication program, and "clear" picture of the future are essential components of change management. We are sure that the complied experiences and model have implications for practice and for academicians for their endeavors in their fields.
This study investigates the perception among college students on business ethics using Q methodology. The respondents are 34 business-major students attending a national university or a private university. The students are asked to choose words that, they think, would best represent business ethics. Results are as follows. First, we divide words related to business ethics into four types. and the explanatory power of type I, type II, type III and type IV are 25.72%, 10.87%, 6.49%, and 5.14% respectively, or 48.21% collectively. Type-I words are related to 'corporate social responsibility', type-II ones to 'sustainable management', type-III ones to 'integral management', and type-IV ones to 'responsible management', respectively. Results show that there is no significant difference in business ethics perceptions between the respondents from two different schools. Few of the sample students have ever taken a business ethics class before. The students perceive 'management philosophy and values', 'rules and regulations', and 'voluntary involvement of market participants in management,' as important factors to create a management environment for business ethics. In the $21^{st}$ century firms will be more sustainable by implementing business ethics. Therefore ethical management is not only a management philosophy but also a business strategy for a firm to survive.

It has been declared in 1992 at Rio about the management of united water control and method of the management of the water resources at the water basin. And it was also mentioned about the protection of fresh water's quality and it's supply under chapter the 18th of the agenda 21. It has been 10years passed after Rio declaration, and water crisis Is getting more serious than before. Fairly, right for using water resources was given to every life as the public resources. But at the last world water forum, water was commercialized, and regulated as the basic requirement not basic right. Therefore, we could use the water according to the logic of supply and demand at the market, and with money. Furthermore, construction of the big dam which was build to solve the problem of the lack of water became one of problems for water control. Korea is keeping consistent policy such as providing water by the building of dam. Control of the water demand is the most basic and effective policy for the preservation of water resources. If we change the policy such as the construction of the dam, we should put the management of the water demand in the center with the reliable philosophy. United management of the river basin has to be made with the security of water, improvement of water quality, and protection of the ecological side each other. Management of water basin also has to be completed to solve the trouble caused by using water conflict people who live up and down stream. To maintain the good quality of water, management of water basin is necessary. Also, bottom line of the united management of water basin is voluntary involvement of every citizens and local community. We suggest to preserve the origin of river and the upper at the ecological side. It is worth it to preserve.

This study focuses on three points. First, how designers develop clothing and cosmetic culture (which reflect time and culture) into other fashion products in order to verify that attire and makeup can be the objects of aesthetics in addition to functionality. Second, why the fashion design of Christian Dior has been continuously popular for women of all ages and countries in the development of fashion, attire, and makeup. Third, this study analyzes how the aesthetical characteristics of the fashion of Christian Dior are reflected in clothing and cosmetic culture in order to clarify the brand outlook on attire and makeup as a source of France's luxury fashion industry. The philosophical characteristics of Dior's fashion were studied based on existing literature. First, her childhood background (that became the motif of Dior's design) and the philosophical ideology of fashion design, perfume, and beauty were the focus of this study. Second, this study examined how consciousness on beauty expressed in hairstyle, perfume, and cosmetics is expressed in connection with clothing. Third, the background with which Dior's fashion and perfume business became successful is examined in addition the necessity of the image strategy for success in the cosmetics market was studied. Domestic and international books on clothing and cosmetics, preceding studies, the internet, and related magazines are utilized to consider the cosmetics and beauty fashion of Dior. The results of this study show how Korean fashion and cosmetic culture can further globalize. This study encompasses the period of 1905 when Christian Dior was born until 1957 when he died of a heart attack; it also deals with well-known designers of the Christian Dior House from Yves Saint Laurent of 1957 to John Galliano of the present.

Council Directive 76/768/EEC forms the basis of the actual legislation of cosmetics in the European Union (EU). After a short introduction on the background and philosophy of this legislation, the key points will be discussed. In particular, attention will be given to the basic principles for safety and in this context the effects of the implementation of the 6th Amendment (Council Directive 93/35/EC) will be analysed. The major points for discussion will be: the safety requirements for cosmetics and the final responsibility for bringing these products on the EU market; the EU concept of safety of the finished product based on the safety of the individual ingredients; the existence of positive and negative lists of ingredients and the requirement for a European dossier for all finished products. Special attention will be given to the use of validated alternative methods and the consequences of the new proposal of a 7th Amendment. Finally, the safety evaluation as it is done by the SCCNFP (Scientific Committee on Cosmetics and Non-Food Products) in the case of an ingredient present on the positive lists and the evaluation done by a safety assessor in the case of a technical information file for a finished product, both will be discussed in detail.

Tasmania with its clean air, isolated from mainland Australia, has been producing high-quality agricultural products and has been continually developing organic farming since 1946 when the Living Soil Association of Tasmania(LSAT) was established. The organic farming movement in Tasmania has been actively advocated through three steps: the philosophical embryonic period, the movement diffusion period and the industrialised development period. The campaigns for informing about the connection between healthy soil and life unfolded during the embryonic period. This was followed by the birth of publicity of organic farming and the certification system through the dissemination of organic farming techniques and various events related to agriculture in the diffusion period when the Organic Gardening and Farming Society(OGFS) was established in 1972. In the industrialised development period, The Organic Coalition of Tasmania (OCT) which is representative of Tasmania was organised in 2000 and has been leading the organic farming industry. The organic farming movement in Tasmania not only limits the use of artificial agricultural chemical but pursues the quality of food, environment, the health of life including all animals and plants, the issue of development in rural society, social justice, and equity in understanding. It is far more holistic in its philosophy. The output of organic food accounts for 1 % of the total amount of agricultural production and 150 certified organic farms have managed with 5,000ha of land in 2010. The supply channels for organic foods vary from farmer's market, specialty stores, supermarket chains, local store to the cooperative community. Also the consumers' behaviour for organic foods has been establishing as an alternative life style. The education of the value and role of organic farming on the environment should be enlarged for the consumption of the organic food. In addition, organising for small farmers who act individually and the link with differentiated local food have still remained issues.
The objective of this study is to examine relevant factors of the service level of aged care facilities. The sample used in this study consisted of 357 aged care facilities in Korea. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaire and 140 returned questionnaire were analyzed by SPSS Version 12.0. The major findings of the study are as follows: First, there was no significant mean difference in the service level by the facility characteristics, except the length of operation. Second, it was found that both administrative characteristics and employer characteristics were positively associated with the level of nursing and supportive services. Third, the study results revealed that the following three variables of employee education and training, community networks, and employer's philosophy and management principles had significant positive effects on the level of nursing services. Meanwhile, the following two variables of employee education and training, and community networks had significant positive effects on the level of supportive services. In conclusion, in order to improve their service level, the managers of aged care facilities in Korea should make efforts to provide more employee education and training, establish networks with the community stakeholders, for example, local clinics and hospitals. It is also recommended for the government to make a policy inducing more qualified private investors to enter the aged care market, as well as to strengthen the qualification of the managers of the public aged care facilities.
The goals and strategies of welfare-to-work (WTW) policies have been sources of contentious political debate. In the United States, despite 20 years of welfare reform, there remain important differences of opinion regarding how best to design and deliver WTW programs. The proliferation of state and local WTW experiments has led to the identification of two ideal-types of WTW programs: the Labor Force Attachment and Human Capital Development models. Most of the recent policy debate about WTW in America has focused on the relative merits and performance of LFA and HCD. While the Primary goal of the LFA model is for welfare recipients to achieve a rapid transition into work, the HCD model seeks to improve the long-term employability of welfare dependents through education and skill development. LFA policies tend to be strongly outcome-oriented and generally can yield quick results. Their "any job is a good job" philosophy has proved attractive to policy-makers who are anxious to see concrete results in a short-term period. In contrast, the HCD policies do not simply dump welfare dependents at the bottom of the labor market, but aim to secure relatively stable and well-paid jobs. However, these strengths are offset by several practical weaknesses including high unit costs and long-term investment in human capital. In recent years, LFA policies have been increasingly favored by both policy officials and politicians in the United States. The introduction of Temporaray Assistance to Needy Families of 1996 has been accelerating the trend. What is going to happen to welfare recipients? This simple shift to the LFA model, however, will only see an alarming increase of working poor in a near future.
