철학 디지털 지식 자원의 효과적인 구축 방향에 대한 연구 (A Study of Effective Creating Methods of Philosophy Digital Knowledge Resources)

  • 철학의 연구는 과거의 연구 성과에 대한 지식을 축적하고 이를 재구성한 다음 새롭게 해석하는 과정이다. 철학 디지털 지식 자원은 연구 성과의 축적 및 검색을 지원함으로써 철학 연구에 있어서 필수 불가결한 요소가 되었다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 철학 디지털 지식 자원의 구축 현황에 대한 조사 결과를 소개하고 이들 철학 디지털 지식 자원이 가지는 문제점과 개선 방안에 대해 서술한다. 또한 온톨로지 데이터 모델인 토픽맵을 기반으로 철학 온톨로지를 구축함으로써 철학 지식의 계층적 및 연관적 관계 정의와 의미 기반 지식 검색이 가능함을 보인다.

Parental Knowledge and Attitudes about Human Papilloma Virus in Iran

  • Infection by human papillomavirus (HPV) is one of common sexually transmitted diseases leading to cervical cancer. Evaluation of parental knowledge and attitudes toward HPV were aims of present study to provide an appropriate method to decrease burden of this infection on society. During this study, 358 parents were assessed for knowledge about HPV and its related disorders. Some 76% of parents had no information about HPV infection and among the informed parents 36% had obtained their information via internet and others from studying medical resources. The average score of mothers information about HPV infection was higher than that of fathers, and also educational level and age had significant impact on knowledge of parents about HPV. Parent knowledge about the hazards of HPV was higher than their knowledge about modes of transmission. Lack of awareness about HPV infection was high in this study, underlining the urgency of education among all adult people in our society.

  • Knowledge management (KM) is one of the useful management tools in today's project management (PM) practice, such as construction projects. Nobody can deny the importance of "useful knowledge" always helps organizations and project managers shaping a decision. Due to the trend of globalization, it is now very common that an organization may comprise employees from different countries of distinct national-cultures working together. It is also not uncommon that different projects, within an organization, may have their own organizational-cultures which influence its knowledge repository, transfer process and knowledge strategy. Therefore, it is extremely difficult to align all these cultures and consolidate them to benefit the KM process and PM practice. Organizations and project managers understand that different national-cultural and organizational-cultural factors will create impact on the philosophy of KM process which will subsequently affect PM practice. Those factors may affect interpersonal relations and exchange of knowledge between projects and amongst staff. Systematic KM process can utilize the goodness of different employees from distinct cultures which can eventually drive the organization and projects to success. The purpose of this paper, based upon a case study of a Hong Kong construction company, is to discuss how those cultural factors are linked to KM and what organization and project managers can do to improve the KM process and PM practice.

Cultural Landscape and Ecotourism in Bali Island, Indonesia

  • This paper describes the role of ethnoecology in supporting tourism. We conducted a case study on the island of Bali (Indonesia), the famous tourism destination. We review the culture, nature and ecotourism prospects of Bali and then extend our discussion to examine the role of indigenous philosophies in building the destination’s image. Bali has a rich culture and natural resources that have been utilized and managed through an indigenous philosophy called Tri Hita Karana. Ethnoecology is widely applied and appreciated in the society and has produced Balinese cultural landscapes that have become significant tourism attractions. There has been a recent increase in tourist desire to explore genuine Balinese culture, so ethnoecology has a significant role in the quest to preserve and conserve such indigenous cultural landscapes. Ethnoecology is a key to ensuring and sustaining the images and authenticity of Bali Island. In this paper, we considered the landscape of rice paddies as a cultural landscape and resource for tourism. The structure and function of paddy terrace landscapes is based on the ethnoecology of Tri Hita Karana; therefore, in order to understand nature and ecotourism in Bali Island, knowledge of indigenous philosophy is indispensable. Cultural landscapes that link human and natural systems are not only places of natural beauty but also provide background information about the history of human adaptations to nature.

전문도서관 기반의 지식경영 방법론 연구 - 특히 참고 정보봉사를 중심으로 - (The Study on Knowledge Management Methodology Through the Reference Services, the Core of the Special Libraries)

  • 지식경영(Knowledge Management)의 중요성은 여러 측면에서 이루어지고 있는 이론 연구나 정부의 기업 경영혁신 시행 지침으로 지식경영을 주요한 도구로 하고 있는 데에서도 쉽게 찾아 볼 수 있다. 지식경영은 결국 지식의 순환과정, 즉 지식의 생성, 축적, 공유, 활용, 학습과정을 원활하게 촉진시켜서 기업내의 지적자산의 질과 양을 향상시켜 기업내의 많은 의사결정 문제를 효과적으로 해결하고자 하는 것이라고 정의되는데, 이러한 정의는 곧 전문도서관의 운영이론 및 철학과도 일치하고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 기업이 이미 기업 내에 설치하고 있는 전문도서관을 활용하여 지식경영을 추진하기 위한 이론적 연구와 구체적 사례를 제시하고, 향후 전문도서관 기반의 지식경영 방법론을 제안하고자 한다. 특히 전문도서관의 핵심이라고 할 수 있는 참고 정보봉사를 통하여 지식경영의 주요 요소인 지적자원과 인적 자원이 융합하며, 기업 문화가 활성화되는 사례를 소개한다. 본 연구는 향후 지식경영을 도입하고자 하는 기업에서 새로운 방식에 의한 지식경영 추진을 위한 의미있는 벤치마킹 자료가 될 것으로 판단한다.

광주대표도서관 장서개발정책 수립을 위한 정보자원 인식 연구 (A Study on Information Resources Recognition for Collection Development Policy of Gwangju Representative Library)

  • 이 연구는 광주대표도서관 건립의 핵심 요소인 장서개발정책 수립을 위해 정보자원 인식을 조사하였다. 조사대상은 장서개발의 이해관계자인 사서·이용자·도서관 3개 집단으로, 각 68명, 98명, 20개관이 조사에 응답하였다. 조사분야는 정보자원의 유형, 정보자원의 주제, 정보자원의 수준 3개 분야이다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 사서 집단은 이용자 집단에 비해서 선호도와 필요도의 상관계수가 낮게 나타났다. 둘째, 특정대상 지원자료는 낮은 선호도와 낮은 필요도를 보였지만, 실제 이용률은 상위권으로 나타났다. 셋째, 사서들은 고문서 및 고서, 박물, 기술보고서, 학술논문을 대표도서관으로 이관하기를 원했다. 넷째, 철학 정보 자원은 선호도 중위권, 필요도 최하위권, 이관 필요성 최하위권이었다. 다섯째, 향토자료와 시정자료는 이용률 하위권과 이관 필요성 최상위권이었다. 여섯째, 현재 광주 지역 공공도서관의 정보자원 수준은 1.837, 대표도서관 요구 정보자원 수준은 3.325로 나타났다.

증례점검 사례를 통한 다양한 언더라이팅 접근 방향 모색 (Various underwriting methods through case audit)

  • I have taught various case audit underwriting methods to underwriters for many years. Underwriting requires specialized medical knowledge and experience of comprehensive individual risk analysis. Decisions in individualized underwriting depend on the insurance company's management philosophy and vision, marketing strategies, culture, product line etc. They also depend on the information acquired through proposal forms, inspection reports, laboratory results and disclosures. Underwriters match this acquired information to each insurance product, search appropriate medical resources, assess the probabilities of future claims, and decide what, if any, further medical information should be gathered. Sources include doctors' reports, medical records, biopsies, blood and urine tests, CT, MRI, Holter monitoring, sonography etc. Insurance medical directors help and teach underwriters to analyze individual medical risks and make effective.

철학기반의 서비스경제시대 인재상 연구 (A Study on Philosophy-based Human Resource Model in the Service Economy Era)

  • 과거의 제조업 중심 산업경제시대와는 다르게 서비스경제시대는 무형재화중심, 지식보편화, 욕구확장 등의 특징을 가지며 경제의 근간이 되는 많은 것들이 변화하고 있다. 과거에는 환경이 변화하는 속도가 빠르지 않았기 때문에 변화된 환경을 분석한 후 기업에 필요한 인재상을 도출하더라도 오랜 기간 조직에 바람직한 인재상을 유지할 수 있었지만 최근에는 환경 변화 속도가 빨라 선제적으로 인재상을 구축하여 적용하지 않으면 효과적인 경영을 하기 어려운 상황이 되었다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 데이터 분석에 의한 기술적(Descriptive) 방식의 인재상 모델 연구가 아닌 바람직한 인재상 모델 도출을 위한 규범적(Normative) 연구를 수행하였다. 현 시대의 특성과 인류사회의 본질을 분석하여 인재상 모델 구축에 반영하였다. 우주의 공통원리, 동양의 대표사상, 서양의 대표사상을 반영하여 인재상의 기본 모델을 구축하였다. 현대 서비스경제시대에 맞는 인재상을 도출하기 위해 현대 경제사회와 현대정신을 분석하여 반영하였다. 도출된 모델은 조직의 두 대립자인 경영자와 직원이 치열한 상호작용을 하며 변증법적으로 균형을 이루어가는 모델이다. 즉 현대 조직에서의 바람직한 인재는 경영자의 역할을 함께 수행해야 하며, 현대 조직의 경영자상과 인재상은 동전의 앞뒷면처럼 서로 연결되어 있는 구조라고 할 수 있다. 인재상의 철학을 인간관, 역사관, 사회관, 경제관, 경영관 등 5개 차원으로 제시하였으며, 인재상 모델은 주인성, 이성성, 지혜, 고객지향성, 혁신성, 유연성, 자율성, 협업성 등 8개 요소로 도출하였다. 또한 본 연구에서는 일반적인 인재상 모델이 기업의 근무형태에 따라 달라질 수 있음을 제시하였으며, 향후 각 기업에 인재상을 반영하기 위한 구체적이고 실증적인 후속 연구들이 필요하다.

재활 전문간호사 교육과정안 개발연구 (Development of a Curriculum for Rehabilitation Nurse Specialist Program)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a systematic and efficient curriculum for the rehabilitation nurse specialist program. This research was carried out as a group work of 15 experts in order to share various opinions about the curriculum, and also through literature review. Articles, curriculums of other Clinical Nurse Specialist Programs, medical laws guidelines, as well as Clinical Nurse Specialist Program from the Korean Nurses Association were reviewed, and the issue was discussed throughly via group meetings. The developed curriculum is as follows: 1. Educational philosophy lies in the fact that the rehabilitation nurses support the patients to maximize their potential and functional level, so that they could maintain healthy state and re-adapt to changed environment. Furthermore the rehabilitation nurses are disposed of arbitrary decision power under their own responsibility, thus they take charge of welfare and healthy environment of the local society through the patients(subjects) and local resources. 2. Educational goals are to train rehabilitation nurse specialist, who correspond to the social needs, so to say, those who have the knowledge and skills for nursing practice, education and research. 3. The curriculum consists of 37 credits, of which 24 credits are based on lectures and 13 credits based on clinical practice. General courses are 3 subjects (5 credits) ; nursing theory, nursing research, and laws/ethics. Mandatry courses are 8 subjects with 19 credits; advanced physical assessment, pharmacology, pathophysiology, issues in rehabilitation nursing, advanced rehabilitation nursing intervention I, advanced rehabilitation nursing intervention II, sports physiology, special rehabilitation nursing intervention. As for the clinical practice courses, assessment and evaluation for rehabilitation(64 hours), community and home based rehabilitation nursing(128 hours), hospital based rehabilitation nursing(128 hours), institution based rehabilitation nursing(96 hours) would be treated. 4. Contents of the curses were developed to correspond with the courses' objectives and specific items. 5. Evaluation would be carried out both in the lecture and in the clinical practice. The knowledge and skills of the students would be measured to ensure full validity and credibility. However this developed curriculum should be continuously modified and updated in more desirable direction.

Problems of Applying Information Technologies in Public Governance

  • The relevance of research provides the necessity to identify the basic problems in the public governance sphere and information technology relations, forasmuch as understanding such interconnections can indicate the consequences of the development and spreading information technologies. The purpose of the research is to outline the issues of applying information technologies in public governance sphere. 500 civil servants took part in the survey (Ukraine). A two-stage study was conducted in order to obtain practical results of the research. The first stage involved collecting and analyzing the responses of civil servants on the Mentimeter online platform. In the second stage, the administrator used the SWOT-analysis system. The tendencies in using information technologies have been determined as follows: the institutional support development; creation of analytical portals for ensuring public control; level of accountability, transparency, activity of civil servants; implementation of e-government projects; changing the philosophy of electronic services development. Considering the threats and risks to the public governance system in the context of applying information technologies, the following aspects generated by societal requirements have been identified, namely: creation of the digital bureaucracy system; preservation of information and digital inequality; insufficient level of knowledge and skills in the field of digital technologies, reducing the publicity of the state and municipal governance system. Weaknesses of modern public governance in the context of IT implementation have been highlighted, namely: "digitization for digitalization"; lack of necessary legal regulation; inefficiency of electronic document management (issues caused by the imperfection of the interface of reporting interactive forms, frequent changes in the composition of indicators in reporting forms, the desire of higher authorities to solve the problem of their introduction); lack of data analysis infrastructure (due to imperfections in the organization of interaction between departments and poor capacity of information resources; lack of analytical databases), lack of necessary digital competencies for civil servants. Based on the results of SWOT-analysis, the strengths have been identified as follows: (possibility of continuous communication; constant self-learning); weaknesses (age restrictions for civil servants; insufficient acquisition of knowledge); threats (system errors in the provision of services through automation); opportunities for the introduction of IT in the public governance system (broad global trends; facilitation of the document management system). The practical significance of the research lies in providing recommendations for eliminating the problems of IT implementation in the public governance sphere outlined by civil servants..
