Magnetic Resonance Image represents three-dimensional diagnostic imaging technique using both nuclear magnetic resonance phenomenon and computer. Compared with computed tomography (CT), MRI have advantages harmless to patient's body, three-dimensional image with high resolution and disadvantages long data acquisition time because of long T1 relaxation time, relatively low signal to noise ratio, high cost of setting, also. As physiologic motion of tissue results in motion ghost in MRI, high 2.0Tesla make improve low signal to noise ratio. This study have aim to improve image quality with controling motion ghost of tissue. Supposing a moving pixel in constant frequency, one pixel make two ghosts which are same size and different anti-phase. So, this study will show adjust parameter on locational control of motion ghost. Author made moving phantom replaced by respiratory movement of human, researched change of motion frequency, FOV by location shift, and them decided optimal FOV (field of view). The results are as follows: 1. The frequency content of the motion determines how far the image always appear in phase-encoding direction, the morphology of the ghost image is characteristic of the direction of the motion and its amplitude. 2. Double FOV of fixed signal object for locational control of motion ghost is recommended. Decreasement of spatial resolution by increasing FOV can compensate on increasing of matrix in spite of scan time increasement.
This study was attempted to develop the electronic-hydraulic hitch control system for position control of tractor plow and investigate the control performance of the system through experiments. Experiments were carried out to investigate the responses of the system to the step and sinusoidal inputs in position control. The effects of control mode, hydraulic flow rate, reference deadband, and proportional constant on control performance of the system were investigated. The following conclusions were derived from the study; 1. For the position control system operated on on-off control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}{\sim}{\pm}1.46^{\circ}$ in rockshaft angle to the reference position when the hydraulic flow rates were 5~15 l/min. For the position control system operated on PWM control mode, positions of implement were controlled within ${\pm}0.73^{\circ}$ to the reference position regardless of hydraulic flow rates. It means that the implement could be positioned more accurately to the reference position on PWM control mode than on on-off control mode. 2. As results of the frequency responses of the position control systems, no clear difference in control performance between on-off control and PWM control modes was found. As the hydraulic flow rates increased, the corner frequencies of amplitude attenuation and phase-angle change increased. It means that the control performance of the system could be improved as the hydraulic flow rate increases.
This paper presents control strategies for cascaded H-bridge multilevel active power filters (APFs). A current loop controller is implemented using a proportional-resonant (PR) regulator, which achieves zero steady-state error at target frequencies. The power balancing mechanism for the dc-link capacitor voltages is analyzed and a voltage balancing controller is presented. To mitigate the picket-fence effect of the conventional FFT algorithm under asynchronous sampling conditions, the Hanning Windowed-FFT algorithm is proposed for reference current generation (RCG). This calculates the frequency, amplitude and phase of individual harmonic components accurately and as a result, selective harmonic compensation (SHC) is achieved. Simulation and experimental results are presented, which verify the validity and effectiveness of the devised control algorithms.

Applied by periodic Stimulating Currents in Bonhoeffer -Van der Pol(BVP) model, chaotic and periodic phenomena occured at specific conditions. The conditions of the chaotic motion in BVP comprised 0.7182< $A_1$ <0.792 and 1.09< $A_1$ <1.302 proved by the analysis of phase plane, bifurcation diagram, and lyapunov exponent. To control the chaotic motion, two methods were suggested by the first used the amplitude parameter A1, $A1={\varepsilon}((x-x_s)-(y-y_s))$ and the second used the temperature parameterc, $c=c(1+{\eta}cos{\Omega}t)$ which the values of ${\eta},{\Omega}$ varied respectlvly, and $x_s$, $y_s$ are the periodic signal. As a result of simulating these methods, the chaotic phenomena was controlled with the periodic motion of periodisity. The feasibilities of the chaotic and the periodic phenomena were analysed by phase plane Poincare map and lyapunov exponent.

This paper proposes a utility parallel processing inverter system, which consists of a voltage source PWM inverter, isolation transformer and a reactor linking the inverter to utility line. This system realizes following functions : (1) voltage phase frequency and amplitude synchronization between inverter and utility line at stand-alone mode. (2) current phase synchronization between inverter and load at parallel mode. Therefore, despite sudden increase in load current over setting point at stand-alone mode, inverter system can be transferred into parallel mode immediately without transient current. Furthermore, high frequency(18KHz) PWM control and sinusoidal filtering improve the inverter output waveform by eliminating high order harmonic components as well as low order. As a switching device, IGBT is used for high frequency switching and large current capacity.

This paper presents a cross-eye characteristics of multi-path wave scattering. Cross-eye method uses the phase differences of multi signals and is used fur electronic protection. When a signal is propagated from transmitter to receiver on the ground surface, direct wave and reflected wave signals are combined in front of the receiving antenna with different phases. To calculate and control the amplitude and phase of reflected signal, we have developed a cross eye electronic protection method for radar system and studied the variation of electric power density.
A far field solution of the slowly varying force on an offshore structure by gravity ocean waves was shown as a function of the reflection and transmission of the body disturbed waves. The solution was obtained from the conservation of the momentum flux, which simply describes various wave forces, while making it unnecessary to compute complicated integration over a control surface. The solution was based on the assumption that the frequency difference of the bichromatic incident waves is small and its second order term is negligible. The final solution is expressed in term of the reflection and transmission waves, i.e. their amplitudes and phase angles. Consequently, it shows that not only the amplitudes but also the phase differences make critical contributions to the slowly varying force. In a limiting case, the slowly varying force solution gives the one of the mean drift force, which is only dependent on the reflection wave amplitude. An approximation is also suggested in a case where only the mean drift force information is available.
In a free-space coherent optical communication system, wavefront distortion is frequently beyond the correction range of the adaptive-optics system after the laser has propagated through the atmospheric turbulence. A method of residual wavefront correction is proposed, to improve the quality of coherent optical communication in free space. The relationship between the wavefront phase expanded by Zernike polynomials and the mixing efficiency is derived analytically. The influence of Zernike-polynomial distortion on the bit-error rate (BER) of a phase-modulation system is analyzed. From the theoretical analysis, the BER of the system changes periodically, due to the periodic extension of wavefront distortion. Experimental results show that the BER after correction is reduced from 10-1 to 10-4; however, when the closed-loop control algorithm with residual correction is used, the experimental results show that the BER is reduced from 10-1 to 10-7.

An optical phase tracking technique for an extrinsic Fabry-Perot interferometer (EFPI) is proposed in order to overcome interferometric non-linearity. Basic idea is utilizing strain-rate information, which cannot be easily obtained from an EFPI sensor itself. The proposed phase tracking system consists of a patch-type EFPI sensor and a simple on-line phase tracking logic. The patch-type EFPI sensor comprises an EFPI and a piezoelectric patch. An EFPI sensor itself has non-linear behavior due to the interferometric characteristics, and a piezoelectric material has hysteresis. However, the composed patch-type EFPI sensor system overcomes the problems that can arise when they are used individually. The dynamic characteristics of the proposed phase tracking system were investigated, and then the patch-type EFPI sensor system was applied to the active suppression of flutter, dynamic aeroelastic instability, of a swept-back composite plate structure. The proposed system has effectively reduced the amplitude of the flutter mode, and increased flutter speed.

This paper presents methods for the compensation of sinusoidal disturbances with unknown amplitude, phase, and time-varying frequency in nonlinear systems. In the previous disturbance accommodation methods, the sinusoidal disturbance with unknown time-invariant frequency was considered. In the proposed method, the disturbance with unknown time-varying frequency is compensated. As for the control structure, two control inputs are designed separately in such a way that one of them is designed for the nonlinear system control without considering the disturbance, and the other one uses the disturbance estimate obtained from the disturbance accommodating observer. The stability analysis is done considering the disturbance estimation error and the numerical simulation demonstrates the proposed approach.
