Phase transformation is used to change some phase from phase in A.C. system. We have been used Scott or Fork connection in phase transformation the otherwise phase transformation was constructed from M-G set. From this M-G set, we could make phase shift facilities by mannual. Now, I can derive more easy phase transformation from taking another method. I believe this new phase transformation method in the first thing in the world. And so, I am going to explain about phase transformer construction process. The first, we could devide into equal part of core around the iron core as to be same size. The second, you will make primary and secondary winding on the core. The third, when you will supplied three phase A.C. at the terminal of primary winding you can get e.m.f. inducing of some phase at secondary. And so, we could make phase change from some phase A.C. We can apply this principle in many fields, i.e., freequency changer, phase leader of no use condenser, voltage regulator in keeping balance, and D.C. generator. And more, I will introduce in details concerning main pinciple and theory through following chapter.
Previous research in our laboratory has demonstrated the importance of lactose in phase I and II pig starter diets. Two experiments were conducted to evaluate the use of a carbohydrate by-product (food by-products) as a replacement for lactose. In Exp. I, 120 weaned pigs ($14{\pm}2d$ and 5.65kg) were allotted in a randomized complete block design (RCBD) to 10 replications with four pigs per pen. This experiment evaluated three carbohydrate sources (lactose, carbohydrate by-product, and 50-50 blend of the carbohydrate by-product and lactose). The carbohydrate sources were added at 26% in the phase I diets and 15% in the phase II diets. Phase I diets contained 7.5% spray dried plasma protein (SDP). The phase I diets were fed from d 0 to 14 and the phase II diets from d 15 to 28. There were no significant differences between carbohydrate sources on pig performance in phase I. However, during phase II pigs fed the diet with lactose had an improved gain/feed ratio (G/F) (p=0.06) compared to pigs fed the carbohydrate by-product. For the entire 28 d trial ADG, ADFI and G/F were similar for the 50-50 blend and those fed lactose. Total replacement of lactose with the carbohydrate byproduct resulted in a reduced G/F (p=0.09). Exp. 2 used 100 weaned pigs ($17{\pm}2d$ and 4.75kg) with five replications with five pigs per pen. This experiment evaluated four carbohydrate treatments (lactose, carbohydrate by-products, 50-50 blend, and corn). All phase I diets contained 3.5% SDP with the carbohydrate sources included at 15%, and were fed d 0 to 14. The phase II diets contained 7.5% of the carbohydrate sources and were fed d 15 to 27. A common phase III diet was fed d 28 to 42. During all phases pigs fed com tended to have a lower ADG than pigs fed the other carbohydrate sources with the 50-50 blend resulting in the highest ADG. The results of both experiments suggest that this carbohydrate by-product can replace at least 50% of the lactose in phase I and phase II pig starter diets.

Mechanical and property corrosion resistance of Mg-Zn-Y alloys with an atomic ratio of Zn/Y of 6.8 are investigated using optical microscopy, scanning electron microscopy, transmission electron microscopy, uniaxial tensile test and corrosion test with immersion and dynamic potentiometric tests. The alloys showed an in-situ composite microstructure consisting of ${\alpha}$-Mg and icosahedral phase (I-phase) as a strengthening phase. As the volume fraction of the I-phase increases, the yield and tensile strengths of the alloys increase while maintaining large elongation (26~30%), indicating that I-phase is effective for strengthening and forms a stable interface with surrounding ${\alpha}$-Mg matrix. The presence of I-phase having higher corrosion potential than ${\alpha}$-Mg, decreased the corrosion rate of the cast alloy up to I-phase volume fraction of 3.7%. However further increase in the volume fraction of the I-phase deteriorates the corrosion resistance due to enhanced internal galvanic corrosion cell between ${\alpha}$-Mg and I-phase.

We fabricated a P-I-i-I-N $GaAs/Al_{0.35}Ga_{0.65}As$waveguide phase modulator with significant phase shift for the TE mode but negligible for the TM mode. We selected the P-I-i-I-N structure to cause a phase shift about the TM mode. The wavelength of $\lambda=1.55$\mu\textrm{m}$ was measured for both the TE and TM modes, respectively. As a result, the measured phase shift efficiency ($\Delta\phi$) by using the Fabry-Perot resonance method was $7.9^{\circ}/V.mm$ for TE-polarized light. Also, no modulation was observed for TM-polarized light.
Precipitation of the ordered icosahedral quasicrystal in Mg-6wt%Zn-1wt%Y alloy has been characterized by transmission electron microscopy observations. The lamellar-type icosahedral qusicrystal phases (I-phase) with the face-centered icosahedral (FCI) structure are observed in alloy after solution treatment at $550^{\circ}C$. In the alloy annealed at $400^{\circ}C$, polygon-shaped I-phases are observed in the ${\alpha}$-Mg matrix. The interfaces of the I-phase with the matrix are facetted and the facets are on five-fold and two- fold plane of the I-phase. The orientation relationship of the I-phase with the matrix is determined to be $[I5]_I//[001]_{Mg}$, $(2f)_I//(2\overline{1}0)_{Mg}$ and $[I2]_I//[311]_{Mg}$, $(5f)_I//(0\overline{1}1)_{Mg}$. The icosahedral grains are occasionally found to be twinned with one of the five-fold axis as the twin axis. The twin boundaries appear to be fairly straight and perpendicular to the fivefold twin axis. The icosahedral twin can be expressed as a rotation of $63.4^{\circ}$ or $116.62^{\circ}$ around two fold zone axis.

Phase I trials determine the maximum tolerated dose(MTD) and the recommended dose(RD) for subsequent Phase II trials. In this paper, a MTD estimation method applied to a biased coin design is proposed for Phase I Clinical Trials. The suggested MTD estimation method is compared to the SM3 method and the NM method (Lee and Kim, 2012) using a Monte Carlo simulation study.
Cesium lead iodide (CsPbI3) with a bandgap of ~1.7 eV is an attractive material for use as a wide-gap perovskite in tandem perovskite solar cells due to its single halide component, which is capable of inhibiting halide segregation. However, phase transition into a photo inactive δ-CsPbI3 at room temperature significantly hinders performance and stability. Thus, maintaining the photo-active phase is a key challenge because it determines the reliability of the tandem device. The dimethylammonium (DMA)-facilitated CsPbI3, widely used to fabricate CsPbI3, exhibits different phase transition behaviors than pure CsPbI3. Here, we experimentally investigated the phase behavior of DMA-facilitated CsPbI3 when exposed to external factors, such as heat and moisture. In DMA-facilitated CsPbI3 films, the phase transition involving degradation was observed to begin at a temperature of 150 ℃ and a relative humidity of 65 %, which is presumed to be related to the sublimation of DMA. Forming a closed system to inhibit the sublimation of DMA significantly improved the phase transition under the same conditions. These results indicate that management of DMA is a crucial factor in maintaining the photo-active phase and implies that when employing DMA designs are necessary to ensure phase stability in DMA-facilitated CsPbI3 devices.

Lateral p-i-n photodiodes have been fabricated, electrically tested, and incorporated into microwave control circuits such as an optically excited microwave atttenuator and reflection type phase shifter. Circuit design procedures for the loaded-line phase shifter with the optically controlled p-i-n photodiode are presented. The equal loss loading mode presented for the first time for the phase shifter circuits with lossy load allows an equal insertion loss of the phase shifter in both of its phase states. It is found that the insertion loss of the equal loss loading mode phase shifter constructed with the fabricated p-i-n photodiode load are about 3dB for 11.25$^{\circ}$ bit and 1dB for 5.625$^{\circ}$ bit for the frequency range of 2GHz to 11GHz.

In this paper, I introduce Phase-Change Cooling for thermal management of high power devices that can be applied to High Power Laser and Electric Propulsion Systems which are composed of multiple distributed superheat sources. Phase-Change Cooling can be good used to efficient cooling of their heat sources. Phase-Change Cooling has extremely high efficiency of two-phase heat transport by utilizing heat of vaporization, relatively low flow rates and reduced pumps power. And I suggest TPI(Thermal Performance Index) which is a quantitative performance index of Phase-Change Cooling for thermal management. I quantify the performance of Phase-Change Cooling by introducing TPI. I present the test results of TPI's changing refrigerant, heat sink and flow rate of the Phase-Change Cooling system through the experiments and analyze these results.

This paper deals with performance degradations caused by RF I/Q impairments such as amplitude mismatch and phase mismatch in W-CDMA user equipment which uses QPSK(Quadrature Phase Shift Keying) modulation. The impacts of I/Q impairments on the BER(Bit Error Rate) are analyzed by using the variations of adjacent symbol distance. The BER versus amplitude mismatch and phase mismatch with QPSK constellation is reviewed through Matlab simulation. Performance degradation produced by RF I/Q impairments is measured with the implemented RF transceiver and modulation/demodulation test equipments through EVM(Error Vector Magnitude). The minimum performance requirements of amplitude mismatch and phase mismatch in W-CDMA user equipment are presented from the point of hardware implementation and the test method of the impairments is also included.
