The kinetics and mechanism of the nucleophilic substitution reactions of diphenyl phosphinic (1) and thiophosphinic (2) chlorides with substituted X-pyridines are investigated kinetically in acetonitrile at 35.0 and 55.0 oC, respectively. A concerted mechanism with backside nucleophilic attack is proposed for the pyridinolysis of 1, on the basis of the linear Bronsted plot with the βX value of 0.68. In the case of the pyridinolysis of 2, the Hammett and Bronsted plots are biphasic concave upwards with the break point at 3- phenyl pyridine. These results indicate a change in mechanism from a concerted SN2(P) process with direct backside nucleophilic attack for less basic nucleophiles (X = 3-CN-3-Ph) to a stepwise process with frontside attack for more basic nucleophiles (X = 4-MeO-3-Ph). Apparent secondary inverse kinetic isotope effects with deuterated pyridine (C5D5N), kH/kD < 1, are observed for the pyridinolysis of 1 and 2.

A disease with mass mortality characterized exophthalmia and abdominal distension by ascites occurred in farmed starry flounder, Platichthys stellatus in Pohang since October of 2007. Severe necrosis and infiltration of inflammatory cells were observed in tissue histopathological sections from liver, kidney, spleen and heart of the diseased fish. The catalase-negative and gram positive cocci with -hemolysis were isolated from moribund fish. Analysis of the API profiles and the multiplex PCR of the isolates showed that strains were identified as Streptococcus parauberis. In API profiles, S. parauberis isolated from starry flounder differed from those of olive flounder, Paralichthys olivaceus to the test of arginine dihydrolase, D-mannitol, D-sorbitol and α-lactose. And the strains, PH0710 and PH0711, were strongly lethal for starry flounder (LD50 ranging from 4.2×103~4.2×102 cfu/fish at 7 days after intraperitoneally inoculation). This is the first report on a S. parauberis infection in starry flounder.

The purpose of this study is to find problems of "Electricity equipmentand" and "Electricity practic II" tectbook applied in 6th Technical High School Curriculum and to make direction of "Power equipment II" textbook applied in 7th Technical High School Curriculum. The method of this study is questionnaire survey. 120 teachers of 40 schools were selected by cluster sampling method. The main findings of this study are as follow. 1) We should make the composition of textbook easy. 2)The illustration, photograph and drawing of textbook are fitted well. 3) "power equipment II" textbook applied in 7th Technical High School Curriculum would contented follows : lighting equipment, elevator equipment, broadcasting equipment, interphone equipment.

최근 정보기술을 활용하여 무역의 효율을 극대화하고 있다. 이를 위해 전자무역(e-Trade)을 활용하여, 고효율의 글로벌 마케팅을 적극 추진하고 있다. 기존 종합상사의 기능고도화를 목적으로 e무역상사가 등장하여, 새로운 마케팅을 적극 추진하고 있다. 이를 위해서는 계약체결이전의 바이어 발굴 등 마케팅의 고도화가 전자무역을 통해 활성화되고 있으며, 계약체결이후의 운송, 보험, 결제 등의 전자화도 적극 추진하고 있다. 이와 관련하여 e무역상사의 글로벌 마케팅 추진현황을 살펴보고, 향후 지식형 전자무역을 가능하게 해주고 있는 전자무역의 확산을 위한 전략적 제언을 하고자 한다.

Modal transmission-line is utilized to analyze the power coupling of optical directional coupler composed by two parallel guiding slabs. By defining a coupling efficiency .eta. amenable to rigorous supermodes and boundary conditions of modal functions, we evaluate the power transfer for TE mode of gainy coupler. The results reveal that optimized power exchange occurs at a novel wavelength .lambda.$_{op}$ , which is generally different from minimum gap .lambda.$_{min}$ between rigorous modes and phase-matching condition .lambda.$_{ph}$ .

Anthracycline의 합성에 있어서 aglycone 뿐만 아니고 sugar도 대단히 중요한 역할을 한다. Anthracycline에 이용되는 sugar인 daunosamine의 전합성의 확립을 통하여 daunosamine의 anlogue을 합성할 목적으로 daunosamine의 전합성을 검토하고 있다. Methyl D-mannopyranoside을 원료로 하여 0-methylation, PhCH(OMe)$_2$ 에 의한 OH의 보호, n-BuLi을 이용한 위치선택적 deblocking, oxime생성, 이어서 Vitride를 이용한 환원으로 daunosamine 합성에 있어서 중요한 중간체인 methyl-3-amino-4,6-benzylidene-2,3-dideoxy-$\alpha$-D-hexopyranoside을 합성하였다.

액상 잔디비료의 4종류의 제형을 가을철 한지형 잔디에서 시험하였다. 상업용 제품 개발을 위한 PS-A, PS-B, PH-C 및 PH-D은 필수영양원소와 해추출액, 아미노산 및 휴믹 물질함유하고 있다. 켄터키블루그라스 혼합품종(Midnight 33%, Moonlight 33%, Prosperity 33%)과 크리핑벤트그라스 "Penn-A1" 품종에 대한 생장과 품질은 잔디색, 엽록소 함량 및 뿌리길이, 뿌리생체중 및 개체수(분얼수) 밀도로 평가하였다. 4종류의 제형을 2013년 가을철에 합천 뗏장농장에서 7일간 간격으로 3회 엽면살포를 하였다. 잔디 생장은 크리핑벤트그라스에서는 4종류 모드에서 처리간에 통계적으로 유의적인 차이는 없었으나, 켄터키블루그라스에서는 PS-A에서 잔디생장이 증가하였다. 엽록소 함량과 잔디색은 PA-A를 2와 3회 살포한 크리핑벤트그라스와 켄터키블루그라스에서 통계적으로 유의성 있게 증가하였다. 잔디 개체수밀도는 PA-A와 PA-B를 살포한 처리구에서 살포 후 20일에 켄터키블루그라스에서 유의 차이는 보였다. 이 결과는 개발 제형을 가을철에 뗏장잔디 생산과 골프장에서 사용 할 경우 잔디색과 엽록소함량증대에 도움이 될 것으로 생각된다.

헤테로고리 아민은 높은 돌연변이성과 발암 가능성을 가진 물질로, 단백질이 높게 함유된 식품의 가열 중 발생한다. 본 실험에서는 $220^{\circ}C$에서 양면을 10분씩 가열 조리한 쇠고기 패티를 microwave를 이용하여 예열처리를 하였을 때 나타나는 HCAs의 생성량에 대한 영향을 분석하였다. 헤테로고리 화합물의 분석을 위해 전처리 과정에서 solidphase extraction 방법을 이용하였고, LC/MS로 정량과 정성분석을 하였다. 시료에서는 9개의 HCAs(Trp-P-2, Trp-P-1, Glu-P-1, Glu-P-2, Norharman, Harman, $A{\alpha}C$, MeIQx, PhIP)가 검출되었으며 이 중 Norharman, Harman, PhIP가 상대적으로 높은 함량이었다. 1분 동안의 microwave 예열 처리는 검출된 대부분의 HCAs 생성을 무처리 대조군에 비해 90% 이상 감소시켰다. Amino-carbolines류의 HCAs 경우, 1분의 microwave preheating 처리가 가장 효과적이었고 PhIP가 대부분의 함량을 차지하는 amino-imidazoazaarens류는 microwave preheating 시간이 증가할수록 뛰어난 HCAs 감소효과를 나타내었다.

We study the effects of phonon interaction on the superconducting pairing in the high $T_c$ superconductors (HTSC). Using coupled BCS gap equations, we found that phonon interaction can induce a s-wave component to the d-wave gap, mediated by Antiferromagnetic (AFM) spin fluctuations, in the (D+iS) form. However, $T_c$ is not enhanced compared to the pure d-wave pairing without phonon interaction. On the other hand, anisotropic phonon interaction can dramatically enhance the d-wave pairing and $T_c$ itself, together with the AFM spin fluctuation interaction. This ($D_{AFM}+D_{ph}$) type pairing exhibits strongly reduced isotope coefficient despite the large enhancement of $T_c$ by phonon interaction.
