  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify the process of overcoming professional burnout among clinical nurses. Methods: Data were collected from 12 clinical nurses through in-depth interviews about their actual experiences. The main question was "How do you describe your experience of the process of overcoming professional burnout?" Qualitative data from the field notes and transcribed notes were analyzed using the grounded theory methodology developed by Strauss & Corbin. Results: The core category of experience of the process of professional burnout among clinical nurses was identified as "Keeping a balance by awakening-relaxing-coexisting". The participants used six interactional strategies such as 'Confronting problems', 'Exposing problems', 'Laying the mind's burdens down', 'Taking a breather', 'Seeing from a different perspective', 'Accepting realities'. The results of overcoming process of professional burnout were 'Coexisting' and 'Revitalizing'. Conclusion: The results of this study provide useful information for designing supportive programs and policies to solve professional burnout in clinical nurses.

  • Previous researches have focused on the efficiency of project execution and the satisfaction of internal customers In view of the fact that a project is successful if any defects are not found in the short-term performance test of the project final outcome. To execute a project that both internal customer and external customer are satisfied in terms of longer-term benefit perspective, the project claim costs (PCC) which may occur for the warranty period of the project final outcome should be considered. We propose a model included PCC to the linear programming between time and cost to expedite a project and perform the validity test by applying the model to an example project. This model and related procedure will contribute to overall project activities' cost reduction by taking preventive actions for PCC.

  • This study concerns the structural analysis of chairs, that are significant in the history of furniture, for objective data by taking 347 samples. Categorical standards have been made that are all applicable to these samples, and they are organized in 43 different structural cases. From this, we can discover 6 structural complicity connected in its form which provides a penetrating perspective for the structure of chairs.

  • As high-rise buildings become more and more slender and flexible, the wind effect has become a major concern to modern buildings. At present, wind engineering for high-rise buildings mainly focuses on the following four issues: wind excitation and response, aerodynamic damping, aerodynamic modifications and proximity effect. Taking these four issues of concern in high-rise buildings as the mainline, this paper summarizes the development history and current research progress of wind engineering for high-rise buildings. Some critical previous work and remarks are listed at the end of each chapter. From the future perspective, the CFD is still the most promising technique for structural wind engineering. The wind load inversion and the introduction of machine learning are two research directions worth exploring.

  • Thomas L. Friedman's "Our New Historic Divide: B.C. and A.C. ― The World Before Corona and the World After" column is becoming the talk of the times. Whoever talks about the post-Corona world mentions "BC/AC" as a new concept. However, people seem to be overusing the term "BC/AC" while overlooking the specific context that Friedman emphasized. So, taking into account the cultural differences and contexts of the East and the West highlighted in Friedman's column, we devised the "BC/AC" ten-paradigm hypothesis. We hope these ten cultural shifts will be the first step in examining the post-Corona world.

  • By analyzing the film context and taking the film "Blind Mountain", which adapted from a real event in China, as a template, this article aims to analyze the relationship between this type of film and the society from the characteristics of the film adapted from the real event and the relationship with the society after being adapted to films. From the perspective of characteristics, the author also analyzed that firstly, the interactive relationship of presentation is the film's exposure of the real "ugliness" and the perception of "beauty" in the real society. Secondly, the supporting interactive relationship not only enriches the social experience of film creators, but also enhances the film's ability to re-news. Thirdly, the pressure-type interaction is not only to regulate the power of social behavior, but also to promote the intangibility of social thought.

  • With progressive advancements in Man-made consciousness (computer based intelligence) and Profound Learning (DL), contributing altogether to Normal Language Handling (NLP), the precision and nature of Machine Interpretation (MT) has worked on complex. There is a discussion, but that its no time like the present the human interpretation became immaterial or excess. All things considered, human flaws are consistently dealt with by its own creations. With the utilization of brain networks in machine interpretation, its been as of late guaranteed that keen frameworks can now decipher at standard with human interpreters. In any case, simulated intelligence is as yet not without any trace of issues related with handling of a language, let be the intricacies and complexities common of interpretation. Then, at that point, comes the innate predispositions while planning smart frameworks. How we plan these frameworks relies upon what our identity is, subsequently setting in a one-sided perspective and social encounters. Given the variety of language designs and societies they address, their taking care of by keen machines, even with profound learning abilities, with human proficiency looks exceptionally far-fetched, at any rate, for the time being.

  • Crohn's disease (CD) is a chronic, incurable and relapsing disease involving any part of the gastrointestinal tract and exclusive enteral nutrition (EEN) is first-line therapy. Few studies have examined the patient experience of EEN. The aim of this study was to assess the child's experiences of EEN, to identify problematic themes and understand the child's mindset. Children with CD who previously completed EEN were recruited to complete a survey. All data were analyzed using Microsoft Excel and reported as N (%). Forty-four children (mean age 11.3 years) consented to participate. Sixty-eight percent of children reported limited formula flavors as the most challenging aspect and 68% of children identified 'support' to be important. This study highlights the psychological impact of chronic disease and its therapies on children. Providing adequate support is essential to insure EEN is successful. Further studies are required to determine psychological support strategies for children taking EEN.

  • This study aims at grasping the influence of antecedents within SCM to information sharing and cooperation as well as the influence of information sharing on cooperation among the small & medium-sized manufacturing industries, thus ultimately opening the way to the study on the influence of major activities such as information sharing and cooperation within SCM on the business performance by classifying such influence into low perspectives of BSC. The results of this study revealed that the antecedents such as commitment and cultural similarities exercised a significant influence on information sharing while mutual trust and the size of a corporate weighing with cooperative activities. It also identified the fact that information sharing bore a significant influence on cooperation in terms of relationships among activities. For the relationships between the SCM activities and performance, cooperation proved significant to all four balanced scorecard performances with little significant influence of information sharing on balanced scorecard performance. However, taking into consideration of the significance of information sharing on cooperation as well as the significant influence of cooperation on balanced scorecard performance, it fumed out that information sharing also effected a indirect influence on such four types of balanced scorecard performance. In this regard, based on the results of this study, it was identified that information sharing and cooperation, major activities within SCM, had either direct or indirect influence, through the influence of antecedents, on the business balanced scoreboard performance measured from a customer perspective, a business process perspective, an innovation and teaming perspective and a financial perspective.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify influences of a cinema psychotherapy class containing a discussion on improving the emotional intelligence and empathic ability of university students. The research subjects were divided into a test group and a control group, with 106 students in each group. For a semester, the test group attended a practice-centered course including cinema psychotherapy, while the control group attended a discussion on personality psychology theory. The test group was shown 6 films in 12 weeks and answered structural questions between the researcher and subjects, and nonstructural questions between subjects. The results were as follows: The test group showed significant increases in self and other emotion appraisals in the emotional intelligence field. On the other hand, there was no significant change in emotional intelligence among the control group. With respect to empathic ability, the test group showed a significant increase in cognitive empathy, perspective taking, fantasy, and emphatic concern, while the control group didn't show significant change in empathic ability. In post-test, the test group demonstrated a significantly higher ability in cognitive empathy and perspective taking compared to the control group. This study verified that an interactive cinema psychotherapy class can increase emotional intelligence and emphatic ability. This study also demonstrated the effectiveness and necessity of a cinema psychotherapy class. As the class improves, more factors of emotional intelligence and empathic ability can be addressed.
