Data was collected by administering 4 questionnaires (the short version of BFI, Satisfaction with life, Career Decision-.Making Self-.Efficacy, Depression) to the participants who were 20 people in Seoul and Daejeon. For the purposes of the data analysis, both Stepwise Discriminant analysis and Cluster analysis was employed. Neuroticism, Openness, Conscientiousness within the Big Five Personality domains were seen to be significant variables when it came to discriminating the groups. These findings indicated that the short version of the BFI may be useful in understanding for game user behaviors When it comes to cultural research, digital game takes up a significant role. We can see that from the fact that game, which has only been considered as a leisure activity or commercial means, is being actively research for its methodological, social role and function. Among digital game's several meanings, one of the most noticeable ones is the research on its critical, social participating function. According to Jame Paul gee, the most important merit of game is 'projected identity'. This means that experiences from various perspectives is possible.[1] In his recent autobiography , he described gamer as an active problem solver. In addition, Gonzalo Francesca also suggested an alternative game developing method through 'game that conveys critical messages by strengthening critical reasons'. [2] They all provided evidences showing game can be a strong academic tool. Not only does a genre called social game exist in the field of media and Social Network Game, but there are also some efforts to positively evaluate its value Through these kinds of researches, we can study how game can give positive influence along with the change in its general perception, which would eventually lead to spreading healthy game culture and enabling fresh life experience. This would better bring out the educative side of the game and become a social communicative tool. The object of this game is to provide a possibility that the social aspect can be strengthened within the game environment and analyze whether it actually influences the problem solving of real life problems. Therefore suggesting it's direction of alternative play means positive game simulation.

  • As construction projects have been getting larger and more complex, a single individual or organization cannot have complete knowledge or the abilities to handle all matters. Collaborative practices among heterogeneous individuals, which are temporarily congregated to carry out a project, are required in order to accomplish project objectives. These organizational knowledge creation processes of project teams should be understood from the active and dynamic viewpoint of how they create information and knowledge rather than from the passive and static input-process-output sequence. To this end, agent-based modeling and simulation which is built from the ground-up perspective can provide the most appropriate way to systematically investigate them. In this paper, agent-based modeling and simulation as a research method and a medium for representing theory is introduced. To illustrate, an agent-based simulation of the evolution of collaboration in large-scale project teams from a game theory and social network perspective is presented.

  • Extended Reality (XR) technology, the umbrella term covering hyper-realistic technologies, is known to enhance consumer experience and is therefore developing rapidly and being utilized across various industries. Growing studies have examined XR technology and consumer experience; however, the literature has failed to fully explore hyper-realistic technology through a holistic perspective. To fill this gap, we analyzed 720 Korean and international articles through semantic network analysis and topic modeling and identified the literature on XR research in consumer experience. As a result, we extracted six main topics: "Tourism," "Buying Behavior," "XR Technology Acceptance," "Virtual Space," "Game," and "XR Environment." The results provide comprehensive insight on XR technology in consumer experience, whereas the literature is bounded on the production side as revealing a lack of academic discourse on consumer rights and responsibilities. Research reflecting the consumer welfare perspective is, therefore, recommended for future studies.

  • The aim of this study was to look for the cause of shortage of K-League spectators from a consumer's perspective and to offer solutions. For this, we offered enhancement method of the K-League spectators through dual path model based on existing relative researches. The first path involved consumer reaction to external factors of the K-League game. This path explained relational view(=we-ness) of consumers on K-League game(Hypothesis 1, 2). The second path explained personal view on K-League game. This path means consumer reaction to K-League game itself(Hypothesis 3, 4). The empirical study was based on a field survey and structural equation model. The results showed that we-ness positively affected team loyalty(Hypothesis 1) and the team loyalty positively affected spectating intentions(Hypothesis 2). It also revealed that flow of K-League game positively affected consumer satisfaction(Hypothesis 3). Finally consumer satisfaction was found to affect spectating intentions(Hypothesis 4). The significance of present study is to extend scope of research which is related with cheerleading of sports game. And this study emphasize the importance of we-ness and flow in sports game.
