A stereo vision system was developed for robot milking system (RMS) using two monochromatic cameras. An algorithm for inverse perspective transformation was developed for the 3-D information acquisition of all teats. To verify performance of the algorithm in the stereo vision system, indoor tests were carried out using a test-board and model teats. A real cow and a model cow were used to measure distance errors. The maximum distance errors of test-board, model teats and real teats were 0.5 mm, 4.9 mm and 6 mm, respectively. The average distance errors of model teats and real teats were 2.9 mm and 4.43 mm, respectively. Therefore, it was concluded that this algorithm was sufficient for the RMS to be applied.

In this study, software products developed in the course of testing, software managers in the process of testing software test and test tools for effective learning effects perspective has been studied using the NHPP software. The finite failure non-homogeneous Poisson process models presented and the life distribution applied extreme distribution which used to find the minimum (or the maximum) of a number of samples of various distributions. Software error detection techniques known in advance, but influencing factors for considering the errors found automatically and learning factors, by prior experience, to find precisely the error factor setting up the testing manager are presented comparing the problem. As a result, the learning factor is greater than automatic error that is generally efficient model could be confirmed. This paper, a numerical example of applying using time between failures and parameter estimation using maximum likelihood estimation method, after the efficiency of the data through trend analysis model selection were efficient using the mean square error.

The purpose of this study was to explore a self-diagnostic indicator for measuring a healthy family by adopting the theme of "happiness", which has surfaced as the most interesting in many academic fields recently. Though the basic concept of a healthy family may be shared by everyone, the criterion of happiness varies from one family to another. Therefore, it is desirable that the tool be made in such a way that every member of the family can check their health from a holistic perspective, rather than diagnosing health and happiness from the perspective of professionals. So, this study was aimed at diagnosing a family by using a tool named GAMMA model, so each family member can recognize problems and find the best options to solve it. This study. has a significant meaning in that it has tried to diagnose families by introducing the GAMMA model into domestic science for the first time.

This paper presents a novel educational model of subjects of electric, electronic and control for marine engineer in accordance with STCW 2010 amendments. In accordance with STCW 2010, contents of such courses in marine engineering operations of undergraduate programs in maritime university should be updated correspondingly to new features. In order to propose the model, this paper analyses and reviews subjects on electric, electronic and control in STCW convention compared to STCW 1995. Also, in this paper, subjects of electric, electronic and control in marine engineering operations in Korea and other countries are analyzed and a new educational model is proposed. in theoretical perspective and practical perspective.

Over the last few decades, global trade activities showed a significant increase, resulting in a rise of the wider global economic growth. The achievement is partly due to the more integrated global trade system under global trade regime such as World Trade Organization (WTO) that standardized the practice of global trade. On the other hand, it could also be seen that regional trade negotiation became more important part of global trade activity. The trade negotiation itself was pushed and tailored by regional perspective, which indigenized trade agreement. This research aims to analyze the indigenization of ASEAN's trade negotiation model. How has the current trade negotiation model within the region represented indigenous needs and aspirations? This study also offers to revisit the conceptual framework in identifying the trade negotiation model to measure the indigeneity of Southeast Asian automotive industry's policy. This research concludes by explaining the case studies which measure the effect of indigenization to the practice of trade agreement in the region.

The transit-oriented development (TOD) model can effectively help to solve urban problems and promote sustainable urban development. The United States and Japan are widely considered the earliest two countries to start TOD practices; however, the origins of TOD models in the two countries were different. The TOD practices in the two countries formed distinct characteristics, yet their differences have been underexplored. This study aims to grasp the characteristics of the TOD model in the two countries through a systematic comparative analysis of 10 typical cities in the United States and Japan that have adopted the TOD model. This paper compares the case cities' three key aspects of the TOD model: public transit system, spatial form, and land use, and summarizes the characteristics of TOD models in the two countries from a city-level perspective, to help deepen the global understanding of TOD.

본 연구는 기존의 버스 운영계획모형을 시스템 다이나믹스(System Dynamics : SD) 관점에서 검토하는 것을 주된 목적으로 하고 있다. 결정변수들 간의 선형적 관계에 기초한 교��비용모델에 SD관점을 적용하여 순환적 관계로의 재구성을 시도하였으며, 그 결과물로 최적배차간격모형의 인과지도(Causal Loop Diagram)을 제시하였다. 또한 계량적 시뮬레이션이 가능한 저유량 인과지도(Stock & Flow Diagram)을 작성하여 시뮬레이션 결과의 의미를 논의하였다. 연구결과, 시뮬레이션에 적용한 수식이 기존의 교통비용모형에 토대를 두고 있기 때문에 시뮬레이션 결과가 기존의 연구와 큰 차이를 보이지 않았다.

Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically verify an ePortfolio success model which shows the structural causal relationships among the basic modeling constructs. We developed the success model based on DeLone and Mclean(2003) from IS perspective and on Balaban et al(2013) from ePortfolio perspective. And we are focused on the success of ePortfolio system designed for college students and professors. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling techniques were applied to data collected 375 users of the ePortfolio system, K-Folio, at least one semester during one academic year. The structural model was analyzed using a Lisrel 8.54 statistical program. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, the constructs of IS success model are well applied to ePortfolio for college education. Second, the proposed model which has direct causal relationships from ePortfolio's quality to performance is more significant than the D&M and Balaban's model(2013). Third, the information quality among ePortfolio quality constructs does not have effect on system usability and performance. It means that information contents' quality issued by professor or system manager is not satisfied with the students yet. Finally, by using indirect analysis of structural equation model, we found that the ePortfolio operation manager should focus on ensuring system maintenance activities and providing fast and accurate services for improving ePortfolio performance.

Natural images often contain useful information about the scene such as text or company logos placed on a rectangular shaped plane. The 2D images captured from such objects by a camera are often distorted, because of the effects of the perspective projection camera model. This distortion makes the acquisition of the text information difficult. In this study, we detect the rectangular object on which the text is written, then the image is restored by removing the perspective distortion. The Hough transform is used to detect the boundary lines of the rectangular object and a bilinear transformation is applied to restore the original image.

This study reviewed a recently developed environmental education model 'ENVISION' and analyzed the value of the ENVISION program with environmental education(EE) perspective. Also this study proposed a prototype model of a inquiry-based water environmental education model with watershed concepts as a result of discussion of tills research. In the review of ENVISION, this research followed the theoretical framework of 'Inquiry-Based EE' that was previously proposed by the author. The ENVISION was characterized in tills research as two directions: watershed and scientific inquiry. Tills research argued that the watershed concept has a potentially very good meaning in EE because watershed enables 'holistic' view in EE area, and that the scientific inquiry in ENVISION seeks evidence-based explanation about local watershed environmental problems. That belongs to the scientific inquiry, which is also 'Inquiry-Based EE' and has internal value under EE perspective. Finally, this research proposed a prototype EE model that is about watershed concept, and is based on inquiry as general sense (scientific and insightful inquiries) and 'Environmental Studies for EE, (ESEE)' as the inquiry directions. The proposed model can be said a combination of the watershed concept and inquiry-based EE, and it seems that the model materializes better the EE nature than the ENVISION model.
