Study on the Application of Decision Trees for Personalization based on e-CRM (e-CRM에서 개인화 향상을 위한 의사결정나무 사용에 관한 연구)

  • Expectation and interest about e-CRM are rising for more efficient customer management in on-line including electronic commerce. The decision-making tree can be used usefully as the data mining technology for e-CRM. In this paper, the representative decision making techniques, CART, C4.5, CHAID analyzed the differences in personalization point of view with actuality customer data through an experiment. With these analysis data, it is proposed a new decision-making tree system that has big advantage in personalization techniques. Through new system, it can get following advantage. First, it can form superior model more qualitatively in personalization by adding individual's weight value. Second it can supply information personalized more to customer. Third, it can have high position about customer's loyalty than other site of similar types of business. Fourth, it can reduce expense that cost marketing and decision-making. Fifth, it becomes possible that know that customer through smooth communication with customer who use personalized service wants and make from goods or service's quality to more worth thing.

  • Social media has recently become one of the primary tools for viral marketing as an effective advertising channel, in order to maximize effects of world-of-mouth through social media, it is very important to obtain customer experience-centric differentiated contents in offline. However, viral marketing is still being implemented mainly based on online channels because of the lack of effective services and methods to support social medial marketing in conjunction with offline. On that account, this study proposes O2O(Online to Offline) based social media marketing method allowing customers to connect their personal experience conveniently and easily in offline in which they voluntarily participate. Furthermore, this study aims to verify the effectiveness of the proposed method by analyzing the empirical cases thereof. This study would eventually contribute to the vitalization of social media marketing market by enabling customers to obtain personalized posts as connecting online to offline organically and also by allowing corporations to get an ample amount of useful CRM information for planning marketing strategies.

  • The rapid growth of e-business market makes new online companies to start and existing offline companies to join in this area. As the number of players of this market grows rapidly, the competition among them is very intense. Many companies invest huge resources to online marketing including search advertisement, email advertisement and banner advertisement. Because these traditional online marketing activities mainly focus on how to invite visitors to their web sites, ROI of these marketing activities are getting lower. Many companies are looking for a new marketing method to escape this situation. In this paper, we propose ROMS (Realtime Online Marketing System) which supports tools to improve conversion ratio of e-commerce sites, ROMS gathers behavioral data of visitors and analyzes it in realtime. ROMS supports live chats, visitor profiling, context analysis, event detection, and live marketing. With ROMS, personalized offers based on visitors' realtime context can be made for each visitor.

  • This paper describes a mechanism and its aspects for monitoring user actions and behaviors on the web operated under the layered architecture that utilizes intelligent agents, and by which personalized information services, for instance one-to-one marketing, is easily facilitated and developed. Intelligent agent is one of techniques which enables to automate the whole process for providing personalized services that includes monitoring, logging a user actions and analyzing behaviors based on his or her profiles, and then selecting, organizing customizable contents which are at last delivered to the users browser or mail box also by intelligent agents. Monitoring technologies can utilize to help better construct the process in providing personalized services in that those services require intelligence in operating. As a result, implementing effective personalized services, however, depends on how well to define various users interests and needs, and how correctly to detect and log the actions when hey are done by users.

  • In this paper, we design and implement a system that presents a method for selecting and providing personalized services independently without unifying the existing system platform with shopping malls joined in the hub site. This system provides a mechanism for gathering information left behind by many clients visiting Web sites for analysis of customers property, vector model for selecting personalized services, and mechanism for providing them to customers who visited in a shopping mall joined to the hub site. In a position of shopping mall site, this kind of personalization system can provide target advertisement, point marketing, and point share service etc. without changing existing shopping mall's environment through wrapper web server. Hub site customers can get personalized services from many shopping mall sites with only once registration for the hub site.

  • The performance of the personalized product recommendation system for offline shopping malls is poor compared with the one using online environment information since it is difficult to obtain visitors' characteristic information. In this paper, a mobile robot platform is suggested capable of recommending personalized advertisement using customers' sex and age information provided by Face API of MS Azure Cloud service. The performance of the developed robot is verified through locomotion experiments, and the performance of API used for our robot is tested using sampled images from open Asian FAce Dataset (AFAD). The developed robot could be effective in marketing by providing personalized advertisements at offline shopping malls.

  • 통신서비스를 이용하는 고객들은 시간, 공간, 기기의 제약을 받지않고 편리하게 서비스를 받고 싶어한다. 유무선 통합서비스는 고객과 사업자에게 다양한 혜택을 제공할 수 있다 각 서비스에 해당하는 적절한 마케팅과 고객관리를 할 수 있는 시스템이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 개별화마케팅을 위한 사용자 관심에 기반한 적절한 광고를 제공하기 위한 개인정보 취득방법, 이들 개인정보 분석을 위해 연관관계와 군집모델 탐사를 기반으로 한 데이터마이닝 기술의 활용법, 분석된 정보를 토대로 사용자의 새로운 관심분야를 발견하고 그에 적합한 마케팅을 실시하기 위한 시스템을 제안한다.

CRM using short range location based technology

  • In this paper, we propose the CRM service model for analyzing and managing location based data collected by Wi-Fi and BLE. As mobile devices became personalized, enterprises became interested in individual location, and location based mobile marketing started to stand on spotlight. Location based proximity marketing is developing along with contactless data transmission technology, and payment system that uses NFC, Beacon that utilizes BLE, as well as advertisement via Wi-Fi are being serviced. We suggest the model that mobile devices can be detected and identified by MAC address with the need of being connected to Wi-FI or Bluetooth interface. MAC addresses are not associated with any specific user account or mobile phone number. The idea is to be able to measure the amount of people which are present in a certain point at a specific time, allowing the study of the evolution of data analysis and offers effective information for decision-makings.

  • 경제가 발전함에 따라서 개인적인 외모에 대한 관심이 고조되어지고 있다. 그 가운데 개인별 헤어스타일 및 헤어관련 관심이 증가하고 있는 상황이다. 특히, 여성의 영역으로 이해되어지던 헤어부분도 남성들의 관심이 증가함에 따라 이들에 대한 상품화 마케팅 전략이 필요하게 되었다. 이에 본 연구에서는 개인별 맞춤형 헤어제품의 마케팅 강화를 위한 현황을 분석해보며, 특히 온라인을 통한 마케팅 전략 강화를 위한 방안을 제안한다. 또한 이를 실현하기 위한 온라인 헤어제품 상품화 마케팅 구현결과를 제시함으로써 온라인을 통한 마케팅 전략 서비스 개발에 관하여 살펴보고자 한다. 이를 통해 온라인을 통한 헤어제품의 마케팅 활성화에 이바지 할 것으로 기대된다.

  • This paper proposes the recommendation system which is advanced using RFM method and Association Rules in e-Commerce. Using a implicit method which is not used user's profile for rating, it is necessary for user to keep the RFM score and Association Rules about users and items based on the whole purchased data in order to recommend the items. This proposing system is possible to advance recommendation system using RFM method and Association Rules for cross-selling, and also this system can avoid the duplicated recommendation by the cross comparison with having recommended items before. And also, it's efficient for them to build the strategy for marketing and crm(customer relationship management). It can be improved and evaluated according to the criteria of logicality through the experiment with dataset collected in a cosmetic cyber shopping mall. Finally, it is able to realize the personalized recommendation system for one to one web marketing in e-Commerce.
