The purpose of this dissertation is to positively analyze the characteristics of job center consultants' interorganizational relations and factors that influence this linkage in order to better understand the employment service of South Korea. The material utilized for analysis was collected by surveying consultants and managers of 38 job centers and 364 middle managers while applying the method of hierarchical regression. The following is the summary of the research results. First, there is a difference in the influence factor between the number of consultant's organization linkage and frequency of contact. As seen from this result, if the number of organizations a consultant links is affected by the organization's objective working conditions such as the organization structure, position, and primary responsibilities, then the frequency of contact which indicates intimacy by frequent contact depends on the professional ability of the person in charge rather than objective conditions. Second, the analysis result of influence factors according to the type of organization also displayed different influence factors based on the type. Public organizations and economics related organizations are existent in all areas in the form of municipal offices, public corporation, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and labor organizations. Therefore, rather than the personal ability of the person in charge or the influence of other work environments, information of the organization and the actual activities of the head are more influential. On the other hand, private organizations embrace service organizations, employment target related organizations, corporations; they are differentially distributed, which is why they are more influential in organizational reform, decentralization, communication, and the professional ability of the person in charge is significantly influential.
Objectives: The purpose of this study was to investigate the acceptance of family diversity among college students and related variables. Method: Data were collected by a structured questionnaire with 280 students who attended in three universities located in J province. SPSS Statistics Program version 24.0 was used to analyze the collected data. To answer the research questions, descriptive statistics, t-test, F-test, Pearson's correlation analyses, and regression analyses were performed. Results: The major results of the survey were summarized as below. First, the acceptance of family diversity among college students was slightly higher than the middle level(M=12.11). Most students accepted nuclear family as a typical family. More than half of the students accepted single parent families, adaptive families, step families, unmarried mother families, childless couples, homosexual families, elderly women living alone, and families composed of siblings as a family. Second, there was a significant difference by religiosity. Students without religion were higher than their counterparts with religion in a level of family diversity acceptance. Among the individual factors, third, a level of traditional family value had a significant negative effect on a level of family diversity acceptance. And perspective taking had a positive effect on a level of family diversity acceptance. Fourth, among the family factors, parent-child open communication did not affect a level of family diversity acceptance. However, parents' gender egalitarian beliefs had a significant positive effect on a level of family diversity acceptance. Lastly, regarding the relative effects of the personal and family factors, the traditional family value had the largest effect on a level of family diversity acceptance among college students. Conclusions: Base on these results, the implications and limitations of the study were discussed.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is investigate the influences of childhood abuse experience, discipline styles and social support on childcare efficacy according to socio-demographic backgrounds of childcare teachers. Method: For this study's purpose, 200 childcare teachers working at children's schools in J city were surveyed and analyzed for child abuse experience, discipline styles, social support and childcare efficacy. Frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA and multiple regression analysis were used as study methods. Results: The results of this study are as follows. First, there were statistically significant differences in childhood abuse experiences according to the general characteristics of childcare teachers in the sub-domain of occupational position and marriage status. Second, childcare efficacy and social support were positively correlated, and discipline styles and childcare efficacy were negatively correlated, but there was no correlation between social support and abuse experience. Third, general teaching efficacy regarding childcare efficacy showed a statistical influence of physical abuse, which is a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. The general efficacy of teaching showed a statistically significant influence on logical discipline and coercive discipline, which are sub-variables of discipline methods. The general teaching efficacy in terms of childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the family variable which is a sub-variable of social support. The personal teaching efficacy within childcare efficacy showed a statistically significant influence in the logical discipline, a sub-variable of physical abuse, and disciple styles, a sub-variable of childhood abuse experience. Conclusion: From these findings, childcare teachers' childhood abuse experience was a factor affecting childcare efficacy in discipline, social support, and sub-variables. Therefore, it is necessary to remedy the effects of childhood abuse experience, encourage appropriate discipline styles, and to encourage social support in order to improve the childcare efficacy among childcare teachers.

Many People are collecting and managing variable information(Image, Graphic, Animation, Text, music files etc.) about personal interests and holding them in common. Most users are using Microsoft Explorer to make a folder and classify many files. but It's difficult to understand the relation of the data instinctively. To resolve this problem, we adopt information visualization method (especially tree-graph control interface). We suggest an interface that all user can drawing a Graph easily and rapidly. So user can see the relations of their data instinctively and control the relation directly with our sketch-based interface.
This study investigated factors affected to adjustment of college life character, interpersonal personal relationships of total 220 health-related college in G-city. This study was conducted by a self-report type survey between August 1 and December 30 in 2017, according to the findings, character level is aver. 3.49(1-5 score), interpersonal relationship aver. 3.40(1-5)score, adjustment to college life aver. 3.33(1-5)score were showed medium level, The relation between character, interpersonal relationship(r=.62, p<.001), adjustment to college life, character(r=.62, p<.001), adjustment of college life, interpersonal relations(r=.80, p<.001), Major satisfaction and adjustment of college life(r=-.32, p<.001) showed a significantly correlation of medium level. With improved personal relationships and higher behavior factor of level of character college adjustment to college life of these factors is 65%(F=102.97). The results reveals to develop program interpersonal relationship and character of college students in oder to improve adjustment process to college life.

This Research Attempted to Clarify the Eeffect of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on Privacy Decision based on Privacy Calculus Perspective. We Developed a Research Model Suggesting that the Influence of Privacy Benefit and Privacy risk on the Information Disclosure Behavior and the Influence of Privacy Concern and Institutional Trust on the Privacy Calculus. In this Regard, in Order to Examine the Difference According to the Target whose Personal Information was Collected, an Empirical Analysis was Conducted to Compare the E-commerce Field and LBS(Location Based Service) Field. The Results of Empirical Analysis are as follows. First, it is Founded that other Relations were All Statistically Significant Except the Relation between Privacy Risk and Information Disclosure Behavior in the LBS group. Next, as a Results of Comparison of Constructs in the E-commerce and Institutional trust than the LBS group, Identifying that the Consumers are more Sensitive to the Personal Information Collected in the E-commerce site.
This study was conducted to evaluate the relations between the exposure level of organophosphates (OPs) pesticide and application factors among rural farmers. The urinary dialkylphosphates, metabolites of organophosphorus pesticides, including DMP, DEP, DMTP and DETP were analyzed by GC/MSD and GC/MS/MS. The DMP and DMTP were detected more in the use of a speed sprayer without cap than with a capped one. Also, the less farmers wore the personal protective equipment (PPE), the more these were detected. The amount of organophosphorus exposure was the highest in the use of a power sprayer. However, it was low when a farmer applied pesticides with a speed sprayer with cap and wore more PPE. In this study, the detection rate was analyzed by chi-square test, the exposure level of OPs was analyzed by a generalized linear model.
This paper is intended on providing solutions for overcoming constraints to the transmission of the Important Intangible Cultural Properties related to dance successors. For accommodating this approach, six career dancers, from the Dance Society of the Important Intangible Cultural Properties, were invited as the research participants for this study. The In-Depth Interviews and the classification analysis are used as a way of structuring and understanding my observations about these tasks. These interviews have also been verified by an expert group. In conclusion, this study identifies numerous obstacles which can restrict the transmission of the Important Intangible Cultural Properties are as follows; first, the dance successors are constrained by personal reasons such as physical strength and mutual understanding at home; second, the dance successors are affected by the structural constraint of programs such as required time for the completion of training, efficiency of the training program and the educational environment; third, the dance successors are constrained by personal relations such as the relationship between themselves, or between the dance successors and holders of Important Intangible Cultural Properties. Suggested solutions for overcoming the constraints to training programs are; building small sized training centers throughout the country; making training time realistic for individuals; and making programs to train the dancers as well as making it sociable.
The purpose of this research was to examine the trend of women consumption value and attitude on luxury goods and to analyse the relations between the behavior of purchasing luxury goods and satisfaction of consumers who buy luxury items. A total of 548 questionnaires were obtained in July and August 2011 from female respondents in their 20s to 40s who have bought at least one luxury item in the last 3 years. Collected data was analysed with factor analysis, t-test, ANOVA, Duncan's test, and multiple regression in SPSS. The research results are summarized as follows: First, household income and personal expenditure were main factors in determining substantial differences in attitudes towards luxury goods and counterfeits. Second, the difference in frequency of buying luxury items was decided by household income, and expenditure and purchase cost, which varied based on age, education, occupation, household income, and expenditure. Third, both the younger consumers with more household income and expenditure and consumers with positive attitude towards luxury items but negative attitude towards the counterfeits purchased the luxury goods more frequently than those who are older with less incomes and expenditures. Fourth, consumers with more incomes and expenditures along with negative attitude towards the counterfeits spent more money on the luxury items. Consumers with less personal ostentation but with great pleasure consumption value for luxury goods spent more money on luxury goods. Fifth, the satisfactions of purchasing luxury goods were influenced by following variables such as positive attitudes toward luxury goods, ostentation, enjoyment and quality in consumption value.
Purpose: This study was investigated the effects of culinary and foodservice major selection motive and work value on the major satisfaction, career search efficacy and career exploration behavior of college students. Methods: Survey comprising total 53 questions including 8 for major selection motive, 8 for work value, 6 for major satisfaction, 20 for career search efficacy, 5 for career exploration was distributed to 400 college students majoring in culinary or foodservice. Frequency analysis, factor analysis, correlation analysis, and multiple regression were conducted using SPSS Statistics (ver. 21.0). Organization of concept and analyses of the relationship between variables based on the advanced study and database is essential. Research model based on the theory and analysis of the extracted data was established; and subsequently, the proof relations between the variables were analysed. Results: The study results indicated that, only intrinsic work values among personal motivation and work values were significant. This is because personal motivation and intrinsic work values are related to subjects' aptitudes, interests, talents, and future professions when students choose their majors. Therefore, interest, abilities, achievement, high understanding, and satisfactory schooling are important factors. Conclusion: This study has newly expanded the research on career search behavior to include psychological factors and cognitive and attitudinal factors. We also determined competitive operations that enhance students' major satisfaction, career search efficiency, and career search behavior.
