사내기업가활동이 창업효능감에 미치는 영향 (Exploring the Link between Intrapreneurship and Entrepreneurial Self-efficacy)

  • 최근 정부는 사내벤처 및 분사창업을 집중 육성하겠다며 관련 정책을 발표하였다. 정부가 사내벤처를 장려하는 이유는 궁극적으로 산업과 시장의 개발, 혁신창업의 양적 성장, 일자리 창출 등을 꾀하기 때문이다. 특히 사내벤처 장려에 주목한 이유는 개인이 갖는 실패에 대한 부담을 줄이고 혁신창업 관련 기존 기업 내 자원을 활용하여 개방형 혁신(open innovation)을 확산하고 나아가 새로운 창업으로도 이어질 수 있도록 하겠다는 것이다. 이에 따라 본 논의는 우선 창업효능감과 사내기업가활동에 대한 선행연구들을 살펴보았다. 각각의 개념을 살펴보고 사내기업가활동에 대한 연구 동향을 짚어본 다음 사내기업가활동의 현황을 간단히 살펴보았다. 이후 2015년 Global Entrepreneurship Monitor Adult Population Survey 자료를 기반으로 OECD 가입 국가 27개국 및 한국 응답자 대상 로지스틱 회귀분석을 수행하였다. 그 결과 사내기업가 활동 경험이 궁극적으로 개인의 창업효능감 보유에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 가능성을 확인할 수 있었다. 창업효능감이 창업에서의 실제 성과에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다고 확인해준 선행연구들과 종합해 정리하면, 사내기업가활동을 한 개인은 창업효능감을 가질 수 있고, 이러한 개인이 실제로 창업을 했을 때 창업성과를 높일 수 있다는 점에서 사내기업가활동을 지원하는 정책을 창업정책의 일환으로도 적극 고려할 만 하다고 볼 수 있다.

패션디자이너 역량모델링 구축 (Fashion Designer Competency Modeling)

  • This study started with the need for transition to competency-based education as well as the witness of fast changes in fashion industry's job environment. The goals of this study were (1) to explore fashion designers' competencies that are necessary for a successful careers in global fashion industry, and (2) to establish fashion designer competency model. In-depth individual interviews were conducted with 15 participants who have charged for design department and moreover have shown high performance in national, licence or designer brands in Korea fashion industry. Grounded theory was adopted to analyze data. As a result of analysis, the 4 core competencies emerged: problem-solving, research, inter-personal, and self-development. Each core competency has sub-competencies. Creativity, commerciality, control, decision making were sub-competencies for the problem-solving competency. Information management, innovation understanding & application, trend analysis & forecasting were sub-competencies for the research competency. Consumer, inside company, and outside company relationships were sub-competencies for the inter-personal competency. Self-awareness, self-management, expertise were sub-competencies for the self-development competency. In order to acquire these competencies, knowledge (academic, practical, multi-discipline), skills (sense, analysis, synthesis, communication), and attitude (interest, enjoyment, perseverance, personality) were essential. Based on these findings, implications for university fashion design education and further research areas were suggested.

개인의 정보기술 수용격차 요인에 대한 탐색적 연구 (An Exploratory Study on the Factors of Assimilation Gap in Information Technology at the Individual Level)

  • This study aims to explore factors of Assimilation Gap(AG) which is proposed and illustrated by Fichman and Kemerer(1997). AG is defined as the time delay between adoption and deployment and mainly studied at the organizational level. This study derives the factor affecting AG through a review of technology acceptance models and agency theory. The research model consists of three groups of independent variables(IT knowledge burden, Individual characteristics, and organization characteristics) and a moderator, which is goal incongruence. Using multiple regression analyses, four groups of hypotheses are tested with data of 221 knowledge workers from various organizations through e-mail survey. The result shows that radicalness(a dimension of knowledge burden), personal innovativeness, self-efficacy, and organizational support are statistically significant factors while complexity, experience, and perceived critical mass are not supported. The moderator effects of goal incongruence are found in personal innovativeness and organizational support. The results of this study demonstrate that agency theory is a useful perspective to deal with AG, especially in radical innovation. In addition, IT practitioners should consider not only user training but also incentives and possible organizational controls in implementing a new information technology.

온라인 구전정보와 수신자 특성이 구전수용에 미치는 영향 (The Influences of On Line WOM(word Of Mouth) Information and Receiver's Characteristic on WOM Received)

  • The present paper aims to examine the relationship between the online word of mouth(WOM) contents and the WOM effect and to see how receivers' features such as product knowledge and involvement level influence the WOM received. For that purpose, we categorize WOM contents into two subcategories; product news and personal experience. The WOM effect, in turn, is into the WOM received. Survey questionnaires were given to 268 collegians as to their online WOM activities to purchase MP3 players. SPSS 10.0 package was employed as the method of statistical analysis. We report the following results. First, product news is shown to exert a greater effect on the WOM received than personal experience. Second, their product knowledge plays a moderating role in the relationship between the WOM contents and the WOM received. Finally, it is shown that the factor of involvement level moderates the relationship between the WOM contents and the WOM received. The current paper attempts to develop a hypothetical relationship between WOM information and WOM received and to provide a theoretical foundation for the practical online marketing. We must admit the methodological limitations with respect to subjects and samples. It should be worthwhile, however, to compare online and off-line marketing and to expand the range of research in the current line of thought.

청년창업기업의 창업초기 생존전략 : 중진공 청년전용자금 활용기업 사례 (Youth Startup Firms: A Case Study on the Survival Strategy for Creating Business Performance)

  • Purpose - Entrepreneurship promotion is emerging as an important economic growth agenda. However, in Korea, entrepreneurship has weakened because of the collapse of the venture bubbles of the 2000s and the global economic recession in 2008, which have induced the business community to choose stability over risk. The Korean government has been implementing several support projects to inspire and promote youth entrepreneurship through various means including financial assistance; however, the perpetuation rate of young entrepreneurship is still low as compared to advanced economies such as the US and EU. This case study focuses on the Youth Start-Up Business Support Program of the Small & Medium Business Corporation, and explores practical alternatives. Further, it aims to suggest managerial factors and a conceptual model for change management factors affecting the business performance creation of a startup company, based on the Small and medium Business Corporation's young venture startup fund. Research design, data, and methodology - Many studies examine the current progress and issues of startup firms, for example, a lack of systematic cultivation of entrepreneurship and startup business training, lack of commercialization funding for youth startup businesses, lack of mentoring, and inadequate infrastructure. From prior research, we address four factors, namely, personal managerial capabilities, innovative business model, sufficient cash flow, and social network, affecting startup companies' business performance. This study involved a sample survey of 200 young entrepreneurs to investigate casual relations between the four factors and business performance. A regression analysis was used to verify the hypotheses. Results - First, in relation to differences in the founder's personal characteristics, age, sales amount, and number of employees significantly impact business performance. Second, regarding the causal relation between the four factors for creating business performance, an innovative business model and social networking have supported the hypotheses, revealing that the more that a start-up founder has an innovative business model and social networking, the more the start-up firms are likely to have better performance (e.g., sales volume, employment, ROE, ROI, etc.). Although the founder's competency and sufficient cash flow have no significant relationship with business performance, the mean value was higher performance for high founder's competency and sufficient cash flow. Conclusions - This study provides basic data on policy support strategies of the Small and Medium Business Corporation, to help young entrepreneurs achieve their start-up business goals. It shows that young entrepreneurship startup firms should strive to explore ideas to satisfy customers' needs, and that changes in customer value and the continuous innovation of business model differentiation are required to actively respond to change management. Moreover, at the infant startup stage, they should activate social network programs to share information, thereby offsetting resource scarcity and managing business risk. Further, the establishment of a long-term vision and the implementation of training programs in related specific fields should be supported to strengthen founders' personal capabilities.

특성화고등학교 졸업 후 취업자의 근속 원인 분석 연구 -상업계 고등학교를 중심으로 (Analysis of the Causes for Continuous Employment of Employed Students after Graduation from Characterization High School -Focusing on the Commercial High Schools)

  • 본 연구는 특성화고등학교를 졸업한 취업자의 근속 원인 분석을 통해 일선 학교에서 장기 근속을 위한 취업 지도의 방향을 제시하기 위함이다. 특별히, 상업계고등학교를 졸업한 학생들이 취업을 결정하는데 끼친 개인적 이유와 취업 후 근속에 대한 개인, 학교, 회사 및 정부 정책 요인 등을 분석하여 장기 근속을 위한 학생 지도 방안을 제시하는데 그 목적이 있다. 이를 위해, 전국의 상업계고등학교 졸업자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하고, 탐색적 요인 분석, Cronbach's Alpha, 의사결정나무 분석기법을 적용하여 설문 데이터의 타당도, 신뢰도 및 인과관계를 분석하였다. 취업에 대한 개인적인 목표 설정이 1년 이상 근속에 중요한 요인이고, 직장에서의 인간관계와 개인 성격이 3년 이상 근속에 중요한 요인이며, 취업을 하는 계기는 개인적 사유와 학교의 권장 영향이 크고, 취업 특강, 캠프, '선배와 교사의 조언' 프로그램이 취업에 도움이 되고, 회계 및 컴퓨터 관련 교과가 근속에 도움이 된다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다. 이에 따라, 특성화고등학교에서는 개인적인 목표 설정을 위한 교육과 사회생활의 기반이 되는 인간관계 형성 등에 대한 구체적인 지도방안 마련과 취업 및 근속에 도움되는 상기한 과목 및 프로그램의 적극적인 운영이 요구된다.

SNS 활용이 수출마케팅 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Impact of SNS Use on Export Marketing Performance)

  • 최근의 소셜 네트워크 서비스 (Social Network Service)는 그 사용범위와 목적이 확장하고 있다. 초기의 이메일, 리스트서브, 뉴스그룹 등 비교적 동질적 집단 간의 네트워킹 중심의 SNS로부터, 이제는 기업들에게도 게시판, 개인의 미니홈피나 블로그, Facebook, Twitter를 이용한 소셜미디어 마케팅이라는 개념이 형성되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소셜미디어 활용과 수출마케팅 성과의 관계성을 검증하는 것이 목적이다. 이를 위하여 SNS활용의 유형을 살펴보고, 이들과 수출마케팅 성과와의 관계를 검증하고자 하였다. 연구결과, SNS활용은 수출마케팅 성과와 직접적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 분석되었다. 또한 제품의 온라인 적합성과 조직의 혁신수용성은 SNS활용에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 도출된 반면, 마케팅역량과 국제화역량은 SNS활용을 통하여 수출마케팅성과로 이어지지 않는다고 파악되었다. 따라서 SNS의 활용을 증진시킬 수 있는 제품과 서비스의 개발과 함께, 조직 내부의 SNS활용에 대한 적극적 관심과 수용이 필요하다는 점을 시사하고 있다.

신제품 구매시 온라인 사회적 결정 역할 : 신제품 혁신성 조절효과 (Role of Online Social Decision When Purchasing NP : The Moderating Effect of NP Innovation)

  • Purpose - Recently, internet access and social network utilization using smart phone are increasing. In such a smart environment, interactive activities such as information generation, information searching and information sending are increasing rapidly on-line environment. Therefore, consumers tend to purchase something according to eWOM and also meet the social consensus online environment. In connectivity society, consumers became accessible and engaged in the opinions of others easily. Many decisions that seem like personal decisions are actually social decisions on online connectivity. This paper seeks to explore factors that can help generate a social decision on purchasing of new products in an online environment. Research design, data, and methodology - The process of collecting a lot of wisdom and making an agreement online is called social decision. The purpose of this paper is to examine empirically the influence of factors such as online ties, online eWOM expectancy and online information behavior on online social decision. In addition, We studied online social decision by analyzing the moderating effect of new product innovation. To understand this structural relationship, research hypotheses and research models were set up and empirical analysis was conducted. In order to verify the hypothesis, 208 questionnaires were collected from the residents of Seoul city/Gyeonggi province. The answered questionnaire verifies reliability and validity using SPSS/AMOS and test hypotheses through path analysis and multiple regression analysis. Results - According to the research results, First, online ties don't have a positive impact on online social decision, Second, online eWOM expectancy have a positive impact on online social decision. Third, online information behaviors have a positive impact on online social decision. The degree of innovation of new products have a moderating effect between Independent variables of three factors and dependent variable of social decision. Conclusions - Social decisions have a positive impact on purchasing decisions about new product. There is a great significance in the fact that the online social influence and online social decision have been studied academically. It is meaningful that we have studied in depth the changing phenomenon of consumer purchase decision process in smart environment. The results of these studies provide academic and practical implications.

공학교육인증 졸업생과 비인증 졸업생의 취업률 비교 분석: 서울시립대학교 사례 (A Comparative Analysis of Employment Rate between Certified Graduates and Non-certified Graduates by the Engineering Education Accreditation at the University of Seoul)

  • This study investigated the effect of engineering education accreditation on employment rate at the University of Seoul. The graduates who had been educated in the accredited program showed higher grade point average (GPA) and higher employment rate (89.0%) than the graduates who had been educated in the program without the accreditation (70.9%). The employment rate of all graduates increased with increasing GPA, the mathematics-science-computer (MSC) credit acquired, design credit acquired, and the number of interviews with supervising professors. Theses results showed that the MSC and design subjects and the counselling are at least beneficial in getting a job for students at the University of Seoul. When GPA, design credit acquired, and the number of counselling are the same, graduates with the engineering education accreditation showed much higher employment rate than the graduates without the accreditation. These preliminary results suggest that the engineering education programs with accreditation at the University of Seoul are beneficial for students in getting a gob through motivating them to acquire more credits in design subjects, doing greater number of counselling with supervising professors, and making better academic achievement. In addition, the engineering education accreditation at the University of Seoul helped students developing their personal skills such as team workability, communication skills, and creativity via carrying out design subjects, which may affect the employment rate indirectly.

3D 프린팅 환경에서 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품디자인 구매 의도의 영향요인에 관한 연구 (Influence Factors of Intent to Purchase Personalized Controller Product Design in 3D Printing Environment)

  • 최근 3D 프린터의 발전으로 인하여 3D 프린팅에 대한 관심이 커지고 있다. 3D 프린팅은 사용자의 요구특성에 맞도록 제품을 설계하여 개인의 욕구와 다양한 요건들이 반영되어야 한다. 3D 프린팅 제품이 사용자의 요구특성에 따른 제품 구매 의도에 관한 활용방안 연구는 미흡하다. 따라서 본 연구는 3D 프린팅 환경에서 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품 구매 의도의 영향요인에 대하여 알아보기 위하여 설문조사 및 통계분석 하였다. 연구결과 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성 안전성이 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러 제품의 만족과 구매 의도에 중요한 요소임을 확인하였다. 3D 프린팅을 활용한 컨트롤러 제품 제작 시 사용자의 혁신성과 편의성, 안전성을 고려한다면 개인 맞춤형 컨트롤러제작의 가치를 높일 수 있을 것으로 예상된다. 개인 맞춤형 제품의 생산방식을 초기에 성공적으로 도입하고 이를 구체적이고 체계적으로 지원하는 개인 맞춤형 제품 개발 프레임워크에 관한 연구가 필요하다.
