This study analyzes the factors on the determinants of research productivity. In addition, this study uncovers the relationships between research productivity and various explanatory variables, and between explanatory variables. As for research productivity, 3 indices were used such as the number of papers, patents, and a combination of them. The data is the 3-year average from 2010-2012 by 1,383 researchers from 6 disciplines such as physics, chemistry, biology, mechanical engineering, electricity and electronics, and chemical engineering, reported to the National Research Foundation of Korea. Personal factors such as sex, age, academic rank and location of affiliation show the group difference for productivity. In addition, most resource factors such as the number of graduate students and research funds showed the same result with personal factors. As for the determinants, master and doctoral students and government funds are the most powerful factors for research productivity, but industry funds for patent and overall productivity.

In Welfare Center for the disabled, under the Government's information acceleration plan, the computer system has been developed starting from work standardization in 2001 but it has been emphasized only on the technical and customer convenience side leaving out preparation for the side effects of them. Therefore this article will seek the necessity of personal information protection, legal basis in the Welfare Center for the disabled. Additionally after analyzing current status for the personal security of Welfare Center for the disabled, establishing an alternative plan for personal security policy's way could be addressed. Increasing education for awareness stress of personal information security, and preparing institutional protection apparatus from applying life cycle of personal information would be an alternative plan for personal information protection for Welfare Center for the disabled. Also frequent monitoring of accessing personal information from the computerized system should be achieved. It is impossible to recover damage caused by leak of personal information although post actions are progressed. From this essay, awareness of personal information protection should be newly revised for both the Social Welfare Organization and the Disabled welfare center, and also technical, institutional strategy's action should be arranged.

Since the passing of the Personal Information Act in March 2011 and its initial introduction in September, over the one year to date diverse security devices and solutions have been flowing into the market to enable observance of the relevant laws. Beginning with security consulting, corporations and institutions have focused on technology-based business in order to enable observance of those laws competitively in accordance with 6-step key procedures including proposal, materialization, introduction, construction, implementation, and execution. However there has not been any investment in human resources in the field of education such as technology education and policy education relative to the most important human resources field nor investment in professionals in the organization for the protection of personal information or in human resources for operating and managing IT infrastructure for actual entire personal information such as special sub-organizations. In this situation, as one process of attracting change from the nature of the technology-based security market toward a professional human resource-based security infrastructure market, it is necessary to conduct research into standardization modeling concerning special organizational composition and a management system for the protection of personal information.

A library privacy policy describes the library's willingness to protect the library users' personal information, and also serves as a code of conduct for library staff. In recent years, cases of privacy invasion have been growing exponentially in society as a whole, including at the library, and therefore the establishment and application of a privacy policy is becoming more important. In this study, we try to develop and propose the optimal library privacy policy. For this purpose, we derived implications by analyzing the domestic and international privacy laws and guidelines, investigating invasion of privacy cases at home and abroad, and studying different library privacy policies from libraries around the world. The library privacy policy that we propose in this study was created to be a guideline for librarians when dealing with privacy issues and is library specific, diverging in many ways from privacy guidelines used in other fields.

In this paper, the performance of high data rate-wirelesss personal area network(HDR-WPAN) system is analyzed under multi-path indoor channel. In the analysis, Saleh and Valenzuel channel model is used for the multi-path indoor channel. From the results, HDR-WPAN system has reliability of 10-5 at Eb/No = 18.5dB in multi-path indoor channel. It is a suitable performance for high data rate personal area network applications.

In the Internet era, enterprises want to use personal information of their own or other enterprises' subscribers, and even provide it to other enterprises for their profit. In this paper, a privacy authorization system for personal information based on privacy policies of users and enterprises is designed and implemented. Privacy policies of users and enterprises are described in XACML. Also, components of policy in XACML 2.0 such as Purpose, Obligation are suitable for expressing privacy policy. A prototype of privacy authorization system is implemented by modifying and extending the SUNXACML 1.2, a Sun's implementation of XACML 1.0 and some features of XACML 2.0, and GUI tools for composing and verifying are also developed.

Purpose: As an important provision to protect the rights and interests of low-income groups, it is worth studying whether the minimum wage policy can improve the quality of life for people. Research design, data and methodology: Using data from the 2015 and 2017 China General Social Survey (CGSS), this paper employs the logit model to estimate the probability of an individual's annual income being higher than the per capita disposable income of their province. It also utilizes the DID model to analyze the impact of minimum wage increases on individuals' annual incomes. Results: The analysis reveals that an overall increase in the minimum wage raises the probability of an individual's annual income exceeding the per capita disposable income by 3%. Among them, the probability increased by 2.2% for males and by 3.2% for females. Furthermore, the impact of the minimum wage on annual income varies depending on the individual's income level. Notably, the most positive and significant impact is observed for individuals whose income level is close to the minimum wage standard. Conclusions: This provides evidence that the increase in the minimum wage has effectively improved the quality of life for the population.

This paper studies the current development of personal media and the development of project mapping technology. The speed of social life is speeding up, and information dissemination tends to be fragmented. With the rapid development of mobile technology in recent years, personal media has gradually attracted the attention of people. And now image production and video editing become more and more simple in mobile devices, which provide a basis for the active personal media. The emergence of video content with high creative which is producing by projection mapping. And also providing an attractive new content for the general public. With the popularity of home projector, and the development of mobile terminal projection mapping production application. In the future, it will be possible to use projection mapping to produce personal media contents on the basis of mobile media platform.

As digital advertising industry grows, consumers' concerns over personal information protect also rise. Thus, the current study is designed to explore college students' perspectives on digital behavioral advertising and personal information protection through in-depth interviews. According to study results, importance of personal information protection is highly regarded among college students and interviewees suggest individuals, companies, and government organizations work together to protect personal information. College students' behavioral level of personal information protection can be divided into three levels such as 1) no-action taken, 2) passive response, and 3) active response. The study found that college students' attitude toward digital behavioral advertising is positive and also negative at the same time. Lastly, the study suggests that college students have positive attitude toward companies' personal information collection and use for the marketing purpose such as digital behavioral advertising. At the discussion section this study puts emphasis on the need for digital media literacy education and suggests practical implications for personal information collection and its procedures.
