이미지와 문서 분석을 통한 개인 정보 자동 검색 시스템 (Auto Detection System of Personal Information based on Images and Document Analysis)

  • 본 논문에서는 통신 판매사에서 사용하는 문서와 이미지 파일에서 개인 정보의 유출을 방지할 수 있는 개인 정보 자동 검색(PIAD, Personal Information Auto Detection) 시스템을 제안한다. 제안하는 시스템은 개인 정보를 포함하는 신분증과 계약서 이미지를 자동으로 검색하고 그 결과를 사용자에게 전달하고, 문서상의 개인 정보 또한 검출할 수 있다. 본 시스템은 빠르고 정확한 검색을 위하여 선별 과정과 분석 과정으로 나뉘고, 분석 과정은 SURF, 침식과 팽창, FindContours 알고리즘들을 사용한다. 제안하는 PIAD 시스템은 272장의 입력 이미지들 중 267장을 선별 및 검출함으로써 98% 이상의 정확도를 보였다.

  • 고객의 개인정보를 사용하여 서비스를 제공하는 사업주는 고객의 개인정보를 수집, 저장, 이용/제공, 파기의 절차에 따라 개인정보를 관리해야 할 의무를 가지고 있다. 그리고 사업주는 개인정보의 주체인 고객에게 자사가 어떻게 개인정보를 관리, 사용하는지 고지해야 할 의무가 있다. 본 논문에서는 국내 외 포털사이트에서 명시하고 있는 개인정보취급방침을 비교하고 어떠한 차이점이 있는지 알아보고, 국내 사이트의 개인정보취급방침을 항목 및 업종별로 비교하여 시사점을 찾고자 한다.

  • We note that the time of adolescents is very important time for obtaining informations about their jobs, exploring and making appropriate their career decision. In order to understand the career decision level of adolescents, we needed a study on effects of personal variables and family variables affecting the career decision level. For this, we provide direct, indirect and total effects of family variables and personal variables on the career decision level using the path analysis. Therefore, in this study, we give the real usefulness for making a different diagnosis and strategy solving some problems of career decision level.

빅데이터 개인정보 취급에 따른 문제점 분석 (Analysis of problems caused by Big Data's private information handling)

  • Recently, spread of Smartphones caused activation of mobile services, because of that Big Data such as clouding service able to proceed with large amount of data which are hard to collect, save, search and analyze. Many companies collected variety of private and personal information without users' agreement for their business strategy and marketing. This situation raised social issues. As companies use Big Data, numbers of damage cases are growing. In this Thesis, when Big Data process, methods of analyze and research of data are very important. This thesis will suggest that choices of security levels and algorithms are important for security of private informations. To use Big Data, it has to encrypt the personal data to emphasize the importance of security level and selection of algorithm. Thesis will also suggest that research of utilization of Big Data and protection of private informations and making guidelines for users are require for security of private information and activation of Big Data industries.

  • In this paper, a research on the structure and the network configuration of the location register(LR), which database of new locations and service informations of subscribers according to the movement of subscribers in personal communication system(PCS). since the traditional PCS manages all the databases with the location informations as a centralized type. The service informations of the subscribers are centrally controlled by the HLR. So there have been the heavy signal traffic and the call setup delay. In order to relieve such problem, the proposed types of the configurations are the distributed type of PCS scheme and the hierarchical PCS scheme. In the distributed scheme, each PCS has its own LR and in the hierarchical PCS scheme, several LR are grouped to from a layer so that overall structure is a tree style.

  • In recent years there are so many medical informations that surgeons should know to handle or analyze their large amount of surgical cases. Proper use of computer system offers new opportunities for the storage and manipulation of their hospital informations. But little is reported about which system, is appropriate, how much can we do with such a system, or what kind of work can be done with that, especially in the area of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery section. Authors designed a computer-based patient file management system using 16 Bit AT IBM personal computer and dBASE IV program, and developed a coding system for the diagnosis and operation name, which offers the basis for the classification of the surgical patient data. And the result of some experiences which was got from the total surgical cases of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Section, Seoul District Armed Forces General Hospital during past 5years, was described.

  • The concepts of modern type computer are so called "General purpose, stored program and digital computer" that is proposed by Charles Babbage. ENIAC, the initial operational electronic digital computer model, was produced in 1946. During the last 50 years, an epoch-making development of the personal computer was marked. The computerization of all levels of society is going on and also computerization of the general hospital and medical college is developing. But patient data management system for clinician is not used generally. We suggest the use of computer aided data management application programs for the clinical informations of the patients of the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery for better management and to make best of medical informations, to co-operate with the current of this times, and to prepare against the Hospital Information Systems[HIS], actively. Also, we suggest to standardize the format and structure of database files to store the clinical data of the patients By standardization of the database files, we can integrate and relate the data of the individual department or hospital, build up the regional or national statistics of the patients easily, and promote the generation of application programs. The medical network by the communication and computer would be utilized to collect the database files. And finally, we suggest the use of code system to input and search the informations about the diagnosis and operation such as the code system of International Classfication of Disease[WHO] and the table of the classfication of operation of the Ministry of Health and Social Affairs, Korea. In this article, we tried to show the new standards, the essential items for computerization of clinical informations of the patients of the Department of Thoracic and Cardiovascular Surgery.r Surgery.

  • 현대인들에게는 정보와 시간이 매우 중요하며, 각 개인에 맞는 특화된 정보를 제공하고 알려주는 비서시스템에 대한 연구가 폭넓게 진행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 날씨나 기온, 뉴스, 교통 정보 등의 사용자가 원하는 정보를 시간과 함께 제공하는 개인 비서 시스템 (Personal Secretary System) 일명 지니(Genie) 시스템을 개발한다. 지니 시스템에서는 뉴스, 날씨와 온도, 버스 도착 시간을 포함한 교통 정보, 그리고 메모 등의 정보를 시간과 함께 알려주어 사용자의 삶의 여유를 찾고, 안락한 생활을 영위할 수 있도록 도움을 줄 것으로 예상된다.

  • This study is conducted to find out whether companies which use electronic commerce for their business are collecting the least personal information. of consumers that are necessary for providing electronic commerce services to consumers. Investigators visited website of 799 electronic commerce companies, and checked out the personal informations of consumers that were asked when they join the site as a member. The collected data were analyzed with frequency, percentage, and cross-tab analysis using SPSS program. Generally most electronic commerces required more personal information of consumers than necessary for providing their services to consumers. These phenomena are partly due to the fact that regulations regarding consumer privacy in electronic commerce are advisory rather than mandatory at present. Therefore, it is suggested that mandatory regulation which makes companies poot their identification within a certain area of their web page has to enforced for the protection of consumer privacy in electronic commerce. And it would be more efficient if consumers are consistently educated about self protection guideline regarding personal information in using electronic commerce in addition to a mandatory regulation.

개인정보영향평가의 문제점과 개선방안 (Problems and Improvement of Privacy Impact Assessment)

  • 정보시스템에 수집 이용되는 개인정보에 대한 개인정보영향평가가 법적 근거에 의해 시행된 지 2016년으로 6년차가 된다. 이에 ITSM(Information Technology Service Management)의 3대 구성요소를 기준으로 운영상의 문제점을 분석하였다. 다양한 개인정보 처리시스템에 대한 평가자로써의 역할을 수행하면서 product에 해당하는 평가 보고서의 품질 향상 방안에 대해 주된 고민을 하였고, 평가 수행 시 적용하는 보고서의 형식적 타당성을 갖추기 위한 개선안을 평가 단계별 산출물 4종을 기준으로 제시하였다. 다음으로 people에 해당하는 평가수행자에게 요구되는 능력을 GRC(Governance, Risk, Compliance)로 인식하여 개선안을 제시하였고, process인 제도 운영에 관한 개선안도 부가하였다. 2011년 개인정보보호법 제정 시 명시한, 개인정보영향평가 완료 기한인 2016년 이후에도 실효성 있는 평가제도로 정착하기 위해서는 평가자 평가기관과 주관기관이 협력하여 평가제도를 완성해가야 할 것이다.
