Recently, our lives have become more convenient and our work more efficient as a result of these cell phones. On the other hand, they have also caused diverse side-effects, including threats of blackmail with invasion of privacy, disclosure of personal information, as well as security breaches, and an overall increase in distrust between people. Recognizing the need to quickly collect digital evidence with an increase in cell phone crimes, this paper proposes to develop such standard module.

정보화시대에 있어 개인정보보호는 매우 중대한 의미를 갖는다. 그 중에도 범죄피해자정보는 가해자에게 누설될 경우 보복범죄로 신변안전이 위협되거나 불특정다수에게 누설될 경우에는 정서 및 심리적인 측면에서 2차 피해가 발생한다는 점에서 보호의 필요성이 더욱 크다. 피해자정보 보호규정은 형사소송법, 특정 범죄신고자 보호법과 성범죄피해자 보호를 위한 각 법률 등에 산재하고 있다. 기존의 연구는 개별법의 정보보호에 국한하여 그 내용이 논의되었기에 통합적으로 보호법제의 문제점을 분석하고 개선방안을 제시하는 연구가 요청된다. 이 필요성에서 출발한 본 연구는 광범위한 정보열람주체, 기재생략 및 신원관리카드 활성화 규정의 미흡, 위법정보공개에 대한 부적절한 처벌수준 등을 우리 법제상의 문제점으로 분석하였다. 이후 개선방안 도출의 시사점을 얻기 위하여 해외선진법제의 규정을 간략히 검토하였고 이와 같은 과정을 거쳐 개선방안을 법규정의 측면과 실무 측면으로 나누어 도출하고 제시하였다.

The Objective of this study was to investigate the consumer attitude and purchase willingness of internet insurance. Data were collected from 412 adult consumers who had bought car insurance at least once. Results showed that respondents have positive as well as negative attitude toward internet insurance. The best thing of internet insurance seems tn be the low rate of insurance premium while the worst thing seems to be the risk of personal information disclosure. However, about two thirds of respondents answered that they were willing to purchase internet insurance if the insurance premium were discounted more than $25\%$ of what they paid offline. The more consumer attitude was positive, the more consumers were willing to purchase internet insurance. In general, consumer attitude and purchase willingness of internet insurance vary with consumers' demographic and socio-economic characteristics.

NFC는 근거리 무선 통신 기술로 스마트 디바이스의 보급 및 서비스 확산과 함께 모바일 결제 분야의 중요한 기술로 대두되고 있다. NFC는 소액결제서비스, 티켓팅, 스마트카드 등과 같은 다양한 서비스를 하나의 장치로 가능하게 하기 때문에 개인정보 유출 및 보안상의 위험을 포함하고 있다. 따라서 NFC 기술에서 보안의 문제는 필수적이며, 보안 위협에 대한 연구의 필요성도 증가하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 NFC의 보안 기술 및 보안 취약점에 대해 분석한다.

Purpose: The study aimed to explore experiences of the posttraumatic growth (PTG) in firefighters with repeated exposure to traumatic events. Methods: Participants were 11 firefighters from two fire departments, who had experienced more than one critical trauma events. Data were collected through personal interviews from August to October 2020 and analyzed by Colaizzi's phenomenological methods. Results: The PTG experiences were derived into four categories: 'growth in self-perception', 'rediscovery of the meaning of life', 'deep interpersonal relationships', and 'discovery of the meaning of work'. Conclusion: These findings could be used as basic information for developing PTG program for firefighters such as logo-therapy, semantic therapy, and self-disclosure intervention using expressive writing and speaking.

최근 스마트폰 시장경쟁 본격화에 따른 개방형 플랫폼 증가와 앱스토어의 등장으로 인하여 범용OS를 채택하고 있는 모바일 단말은 모바일 악성코드의 제작을 용이하게 만들고, 제작된 모바일 악성코드는 범용OS로 인해 이식성이 높기 때문에 모바일 공격의 규모 및 피해가 점차 증가하고 있다. 그러나 현재 대응할 수 있는 보안적인 요소들은 증가하고 있는 악성 코드, 바이러스 등에 비해 매우 부족하다. 따라서 본 논문은 개인정보 침해를 포함하여 서비스의 가용성을 위협할 수 있는 스마트폰 서비스에서 발생 가능한 위험요소를 배제하여 상황인식 인증 보안 서비스에 대해 기술한다. 제안한 시스템은 사용자의 정보 확인 절차를 부여하여, 정보유출 피해를 막고, 또한 긴급 상황에 대비하여 사용자의 정보 확인 수준을 변경하는 서비스를 구현하였다.

최근 RFID 기술은 u-헬스케어 서비스와 접목되어 의료서비스 분야에서 주목 받고 있는 추세이다. u-헬스케어 서비스는 개인 의료 정보를 다루는 분야로서 단순한 건강 검진 및 치료의 수준을 넘어 생명과도 밀접한 관계가 있다. 만약 개인 의료 정보가 불법적으로 노출되거나 악용될 경우 프라이버시 침해 뿐만아니라 생명까지도 위협받을 수 있으므로 보안성을 고려한 u-헬스케어 서비스 인증이 필수적으로 요구된다. 2012년에 Jeong 등은 RFID 기술을 이용하여 초기화 과정과 환자 인증 과정을 구분한 J-L 환자 인증 프로토콜을 제안하였다. Jeong등은 제안한 프로토콜에서 재사용 공격, 스푸핑 공격, 정보노출방지 및 불추적성에 대해 안전하다고 주장하였지만 보안성과 연산 효율성 문제를 발생시킨다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 Jeong 등이 제안한 프로토콜의 보안성과 연산 효율성 문제를 증명하고, 안전성과 효율성을 강화한 RFID 기술의 기반으로 하는 실용적인 u-헬스케어 서비스 인증 프로토콜을 제안한다.

Internet of Things (IoT) services are widely used in appliances of daily life and industries. IoT services also provide various conveniences to users and are expected to affect value added of all industries and national competitiveness. However, a variety of security threats are increased in IoT environments and lowers reliability of IoT devices and services that make some obstacles for commercialization. The attacks arising in IoT environments are making industrial and normal life accidents unlike existing information leak and monetary damages, and can expand damage scale of leakage of personal information and privacy more than existing them. To solve these problems, we design a session key based access control scheme for secure communications in IoT environments. The proposed scheme reinforces message security by generating session key between device and access control network system. We analyzed the stability of the proposed access scheme in terms of data forgery and corruption, unauthorized access, information disclosure, privacy violations, and denial of service attacks. And we also evaluated the proposed scheme in terms of permission settings, privacy indemnity, data confidentiality and integrity, authentication, and access control.

Medical data sharing is increasing due to treatment duplication which increases the cost of medication. Medical healthcare system has been improved to combine with cloud computing. It reduces treatment delay and the medical data error. However, the concern about the privacy protection of medical information is also significant. Medical information is more sensitive than other information because involuntary disclosure can affect in both personal and social life. Privacy cloud brokerage has conquered great attention for solving these problems. Our method provides a security model in the cloud computing environment that facilitates the exchange of medical records between assigned custodians. It allows doctors to obtain a complete patient medical records which can help to avoid duplication, reduce the medical error and healthcare cost as well. In addition, our method offers a trustworthy solution against the privacy violence.

Purpose This study aims to investigate the factors that influence decision making in relation to providing personal information on the internet with respect to the integration of the privacy calculus theory and protection motivation theory based on the dual-calculus model proposed by Li(2012). Design/methodology/approach The privacy calculus theory and protection motivation theory have been applied to explain privacy behavior to a certain degree but few studies have been conducted to explain privacy behavior based on the integration of these two theories. Although Li(2012) proposed the dual-calculus model, he only proposed its framework and did not carry out an empirical study. Therefore, this study proposes a research model that integrates these two theories and examines the relationship between the two theories through an empirical study. Findings According to the results of empirical analysis, it was found that all relations have statistically significant explanatory power except the relation between coping appraisal and privacy risk in the risk calculus process. Thus, the results verify that external threat played a decisive role in increasing the risk level of a consumer's privacy. It can be discussed the ways to enhance the privacy behavior of consumer on the internet through these findings.
