The purpose of this study are as follows. First, to analyze relative LQ index of the No. of game company, the No. of employee and the amount of revenue. Second, to analyze personal competence, resource competence, performance competence, network competence and environmental competence of regional game contents R&D. The results are as follows. The LQ index results of company are highest in seoul and Kyunggi area' And In case of except of seoul & kyunggi, the competence of R&D which is daekyung, dongnam, chungcheong are in order. In case of 5 game R&D competence, chungchung, seoul & kyunggi, honam region are in order. The core competence of chungchung region are ideal venture ecosystem among inter-supportive R&D research center, ETRI, university and company.

The article presents the concept of ICT - competence, which is considered as the most important characteristic of professional competence, which includes a combination of the following components: motivational-value (orientation of the individual to the development of his ITC-competence in future professional activities); technological (complex of skills and abilities of ICT activities); cognitive (a system of knowledge of modern technologies of future professional activity); it is determined that the pedagogical support of the formation of ICT competence of future specialists is the individualization of the process training, due to their personal and professional needs and the specifics of a regional university, providing the necessary conditions for the implementation of this process.

Purpose - In order for companies to be competitive and adapt to the trend of development, it is important for many airlines to secure outstanding human resources and the need to nurture them. It can be expected that by systematically analyzing and organizing the characteristics and types of competences considering the duties of the airline cabin crew, the personal and organizational capacities of the cabin crew can be defined and presented theoretically. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - This survey was conducted over a seven-month period from February 1 to September 30, 2018 and was designated as a domestic airline flight attendant. Direct visits to Incheon International Airport and Gimpo International Airport were also conducted through an online questionnaire. A total of 515 questionnaires were used for empirical analysis. To verify two hypothesis of this study, a regression analysis and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) were performed using SPSS WIN 26.0. Results - Analysis on the impact of personal capacity of airline cabin crew on job satisfaction showed that technical competence, knowledge capacity and ability capacity, which are sub-factor factors of personal capacity, had a positive effect on job satisfaction. Recovery resilience also plays a positive role in relationships between individual competence and job satisfaction. Conclusions - It has been empirically analyzed that the personal characteristics of the airline crew have a significant effect on flight attendant's job satisfaction. It can be seen that flight attendants tend to perform well beyond what is required in their duties, and that active and confident cabin crew members tend to perform well in the direction of improving their duties, and are also highly satisfied with their duties.

The purpose of this study was to examine the moderating effects of interpersonal competence on the effects of academic stress on happiness of adolescents. For this research a survey on academic stress, interpersonal competence, and happiness was conducted with a total 487 high school students living in Daegu city. The collected data was statically processed by using SPSS 20.0 according to frequency, descriptive statistics, and multi regression analysis. The main results can be summarized as follow. First, Academic stress affected the adolescents' happiness. The higher the level of academic stress was, the smaller the adolescent's happiness. second, between academic stress and happiness, conflict management and disclosing personal information played a moderating role to reducing the academic stress. That is, it was confirmed that interpersonal competence played a moderating role on the effect that academic stress had on adolescent happiness. In conclusion, this study can be practically applied as basic information to increase happiness on adolescents. In addition, the results provided valuable insights for developing program the intervene for adolescents' happiness.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to identify predictors of drug calculation competence of nursing students. Methods: A total of 120 students were recruited from 3 universities from November 10 to 20, 2011. The instruments for this study were drug calculation competence, self-efficacy for drug dosage calculation, anxiety for drug dosage calculation, and the academic self-efficacy scale. The data were analyzed by descriptive analysis, chi-square test, t-test, Scheffe test, partial correlation coefficients, and stepwise multiple regression using the SPSS 18.0 program. Results: The mean score of good competence group was $0.67{\pm}0.08$ and the mean score of no-good competence group was $0.42{\pm}0.10$. The drug calculation competence was positively related to self-efficacy for drug dosage calculation and academic self-efficacy scale, but negatively related to anxiety for drug dosage calculation after controlling personal attributes. The main predictors of drug calculation competence in nursing students were identified as anxiety for drug dosage calculation (${\beta}$=-.25, p=.046), academic self-efficacy (${\beta}$=.19, p=.035). These two factors explained about 10% of variance in drug calculation competence. Conclusion: Based on the results, the strategies reducing the anxiety for drug dosage calculation and improving the academic self-efficacy should be developed and implemented.

Improving performance needs Creativity and Improving Creativity needs clear communication of work orders in technology development projects. This study empirically analyzed the effects of team efficacy and knowledge sharing on communication competence and the effects of communication competence on individual creativity and product development performance. The purpose of this study is to verify the importance of communication and personal creativity in technology development projects and to suggest ways to improve communication capabilities. A survey was conducted of participants in technology development and the relationship between variables was confirmed by the structural equation model. The results show that team efficacy and knowledge sharing had a positive effect on communication competence, and that the clear delivery and understanding of team orders were the main factors in improving individual creativity. The results of this study will contribute to improving the communication competence of participants who are required for improving individual creativity in technology development projects in which high technology is converged. In the future, we will study the effects of Communication Competence on Organizational Creativity.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the mediating effect of romantic competence on the relation between romantic attachment and psychological well-being. A sample of 206 college students was employed. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlations and hierarchical regressions. The major findings of this study were as follows: First, romantic attachment was negatively associated with psychological well-being and romantic competence. Also, romantic competence was positively associated with psychological well-being. Second, there was partial mediating effect of romantic competence on the relation between romantic attachment and psychological well-being. This study explored the direct effect of romantic attachment on psychological well-being and the indirect effect of romantic attachment on psychological well-being through romantic competence. The results imply that personal relationship skills should be considered to enhance psychological well-being when planning programs or counseling for college students.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the relative importance of preliminary physical education teachers between upper and lower levels. Therefore, after literature analysis and examination by experts, a model of competence should be developed by preliminary physical education teachers. Literature review was done at first to filter out the related factors from previous studies. analytic hierarchy process (AHP) was followed with other 23 experts. Results of the study is as follows: Competence for Personal Relations is placed at the top with the weight of .213, competence for Self Management follows with the weight of .203, competence for Major is placed at third with the weight of .174, competence for Studies & Liberal follows with the weight of .163, and competence for Sense of Challenge is placed with the weight of .137, competence for Creativity follows with the weight of .110.

Purpose: This study was to evaluate the strengthening process of advanced beginner's nursing competence through the concept mapping methods. Methods: This study was conducted with focus group study for 1 month from November to December 2012 (n=5). Data were analyzed through open coding, axial coding and selection coding stage. Results: Advanced beginner to represent the experience of nursing empowerment and the three categories of the nine concepts were derived. The first category is 'able to see the entire search.' This concept is to start a search query, the search process of thinking, behavior change is expected. The second category is 'behavior change through the acquisition of knowledge.', and this concept is the embodiment of knowledge, confidence rising, and action changing. The third category is 'nursing empowerment', the aesthetic, ethical, and personal knowledge acquisition, as well as self-growth. Conclusion: Advanced beginner saw the full flow through the concept mapping and obtained knowledge, and changed behavior. Thus, the concept mapping is effective to strengthen the nursing competence.

SNS is developing rapidly along with diffusion of smartphone. However as useage of SNS became excessive, SNS addiction became a social problem. Meanwhile the problem that users leavning SNS because of negative perceptions about SNS became issue. As both SNS addiction and continuance are important when using SNS, this study examines factors affecting Facebook addiction and continuance. We derive three personal traits, which is autonomy, competence, relatedness as variables that affect Facebook addiction and continuance to use Facebook. The authors' structural equation model using data, collected from 204 Facebook user, showed that autonomy and competence significantly affected Facebook addiction. Also, autonomy, competence and relatedness significantly affect Facebook continuance.
