In this paper proposal to access personality healing data Open Gateway Framework of Healing Platform Adaptor (HPAdaptor) ICT healing platform means Data relaying link to EMR(Electronic health record), korean medicine, life log, wellness, chronic pain, and fineness several personal health data provider and service provider personal healing data with software engine. After Design HPAdaptor can use for data and service provider record storage, mobile platform and analytics platform need data service or platform relying reference model.

Value Recognition and Intention to Adopt Smart City Services: A Public Value Management Theory Approach

  • Smart city, which employs information and communication technology (ICT) to resolve urban problems, is gaining more research attention in the innovation research. However, most previous studies regard citizens as merely passive accepters of the smart city services, focusing on individual private values. The present study aims to expand existing limited perspectives by applying public value management theory. Drawing from the literature review, we developed a dual perspective that a smart city service should encompass: private and public value. Then we set up a causal relationship between the value recognitions and intention to adopt smart city services. We further related antecedent variables to the dual value recognition in terms of citizens' characteristics: prior knowledge, personal innovativeness, and citizenship. Two case subjects among currently operating smart city services in South Korea were selected to empirically investigate our hypothesis. Results confirm the recognition of both public and private value is significantly related to the citizens' personal characteristics and resultant attitude towards acceptance and support for diffusion of the smart city services. This study is expected to provide useful implications for a new angle for the recipient of the smart city services, value orientation of the services, citizen's participation, and method selection for promotion.

  • Cloud computer technology currently provides diverse services based on a comprehensive environment ranging from hardware to solution, network and service. While the target of services has been extended from institutions and corporations to personal infrastructure and issues were made about security problems involved with protection of private information, measures on additional security demands for such service characteristics are insufficient. This paper proposes a multi-session authentication technique based on the characteristics of SaaS (Software as a Service) among cloud services. With no reliable authentication authority, the proposed technique reinforced communication sessions by performing key agreement protocol safe against key exposure and multi-channel session authentication, providing high efficiency of performance through key renewal using optimzied key table. Each formed sessions have resistance against deprivation of individual confirmation and service authority. Suggested confirmation technique that uses these features is expected to provide safe computing service in clouding environment.

  • Social network services are developed which is based on interaction and collaboration between users. This used to teaching-learning and integrate personal experience based on constructivism and social learning has developed into. In order to use which better to support the N-Screen communication model is needed. Communication model is to support the interaction between learner-instructor- the system. However, until now, There are a lot of web-based communications research. In this study, Social Learning Services environment to extended to N-Screen. For seamless service, Location information of individuals to use to learning activities. To support this, the communication manager is to design and implement. Communications manager for the N-Screen services draw students use cases and define the required functions. Based on this, Communication function is designed. In addition, Considering the characteristics of each device, personal location information to be reflected.

  • The marketing literature suggests that personal relationships between customers and service providers influence consumers' evaluation of goods and services. In this paper, we investigate the effects of service providers' conversation types (non-physical communication) on customers' evaluation and satisfaction in conversation with service providers. The empirical results show that the non-physical communication affect consumers' satisfaction in communication with service providers. This implies that the non-physical communication could be considered as a strategic tool when corporations need to differentiate their services from competitors to gain an advantage in competition.

  • Home networks consist of two or more home appliances or communication devices enabling the mutual data communication between appliances such as personal computers, refrigerators, phones, television sets, personal digital assistants(PDA), etc. There are three factors that create demand for the home network services. The first factor is development of technology. Second, on the demand side, consumer demand for the home appliances having access to the Internet is in the increase. Finally, producers need a strategy to deal with the problem of market saturation. Home networks are emerging markets. They are unique in that they unite information technologies with home appliances that provide new services. in this paper we study the main attributes of home network services and analyze consumers' preferences for them. However, it is not quite possible to use the revealed preference approach since the home network market is still at an incipient stage. We therefore use the conjoint analysis method using stated preference data. conjoint analysis has been widely use in the area of marketing for evaluating consumer preferences for new products and services. it presents a hypothetical product to the respondents along with the product's attributes and their levels. The respondents are asked to either rank each alternative or choose between several hypothetical products. By estimating consumers' willingness to pay for the attributes of the home network services and analyzing consumers' preferences, we predict the pattern of the development of the home network services and related technologies along various quality dimensions. Based on the estimation results, we draw policy implications for the national- and company-level strategy.

  • Recently, the application of internet services has been realized by effort for an offer of various informations and personalization services. So in this paper, we propose the web service application model for service integration and personalization based on internet multimedia subsystems. For this services integration and personalization, we need to establish a policy of supporting personalization service. And It's required to analyze information of service users and to extract the components for the personalization services. With the process, It will provide the efficient integration between the exist services and the external services and It can be realized detail services for personal with construction of new services model.

  • Recently, Internet web services including bulletin board of companies, public intuitions, or governments became the main ways of personal information leakage. However, it is hard to succeed to detect personal information and protect it from leakage manually by system administrators, because the number of web boards and attached files is so huge. Therefore, automatic scanning and filtering methods are needed to protect personal information like resident registration numbers from unexpected exposure. To do this, we developed a novel and advanced web security system for automatic personal information scanning and filtering.

  • The purpose of this study is to test the effect of personal communication activities using smart phone instant messenger during normal office hours on job performance in the workplace. To do this, empirical data were collected by conducting a field survey of smart phone users, and structural equation model was used for the purpose of analyzing the data acquired by the survey. A structural equation model was designed and constructed by such factors like personal instant messaging with the outside friends and co-workers on job performance. In addition, task characteristics set as a moderating effect between personal instant messaging with the outside friends/co-workers and job performance. The results of the analysis are summarized as follows; First, personal instant messaging with the outside friends generally has a negative effect on job performance, in addition in high task interdependence area the former has more effect on the latter. Second, personal instant messaging with co-workers has a positive effect on job performance.

  • Matters related to the right to be forgotten started the dispute Europe to introduce it first when Data Protection Directive established in 1995 proceeded revision. Relating to this, diverse disputes proceed on responding to personal information protection and internet laws in our nation. Especially as our National Assembly submitted the law regarding the promotion of information and communication network use and protection of information and amendment of copyright, it is necessary to look into the movement on introduction of law of right to be forgotten closely in detail. EU which attempted the institutionalization for the first time, relating to review of General Data Protection Regulation, proposed opinions such as the necessity to define subjects of personal information concretely and specifically and or protection target and balanced consideration on freedom of expression which is constitutional value. In the case of our nation, there was legislation attempt to introduce the regulation but it was limited in the form of fallen effectiveness without concrete and detailed review on internet law. To solve such problems, it is necessary to look into issues and matters to be considered required to accept right to be forgotten closely and discuss possibility of introducing right to be forgotten, conflicts between fundamental rights becoming issue, effect of goal achievement of personal information protection through the system introduction, and other rational acceptance method.
