As consumer's desire becomes various, agility of mold manufacturing is most important factor for competence of manufacturer. In common works to use commercial CAM system to generate tool path, some decision making process is required to produce optimal result of CAM systems, The paper proposes a methodology for computer-assisted tool selection procedures for various cutting type, such as rough, semi-rough and finish cuts. The system provides assist-tool-items for machining of design model part of injection meld die by analyzing sliced CAD model of die cavity and core. Also, the generating NC-code of the tool size is used to calculate machining time. The system is developed with commercial CAM using API. This module will be used for optimization of tool selection and planning process.

From January, 1990 to December, 1994, we have operated 10 patients with cardiac rupture. The patients are divided into two groups according to their clinical manifestation ; five patients in each hemorrhage and tamponade group. The patients in both groups could maintain their vital signs with closed thoracostomy and fluid resuscitation. The effect of pericardiocentesis was especially dramatic in three patients of tamponade group. The average time from injury to admission was 101 minutes and that of the patients who came our hospital via one or two other hospitals was 170 minutes comparing 31 minutes of those who came directly. The average time from admission to operation was 211 minutes. Considering 98 minutes for the diagnosis and preoperative management and another 30 minutes for the preparation for operation, operations were delayed by 83 minutes to get permission. We conclude that this delaying time for transport and operation of heart-ruptured patients should be shortened in order to manage them more effectively.

Circuitry to be connected to a Telecommunication Network consists of SELV CIRCUITS or TNV CIRCUITS. So International Standards, like as ITU-T Recommendation K.11, UL 1950, CSA C22.2 950 have been taken to reduce the risk that the Overvoltages from the power lines and from electrictraction lines, that may be received from the telecommunication network. Legal requirements may exist regarding permission to connect equipment having PTC components to a telecommunication network. Surge suppressors that bridge the insulation shall have a minimum d.c. sparkover voltage of 1.6 times the rated voltage or 1.6 times the upper voltage of the tared voltage range of the equipment. If left in place during electric strength testing of insulation, they shall not be damaged. In this work, The Conception ＆ Fail-Mode Analysis of PTC components for Over-Current Protection is proposed. It guarantees the protection for PL Claim about this Subject.

The study is to research their parenting efficacy and parenting practices of a parent teacher as a volunteer(PTV) in the kindergarten. The subjects were mothers (N=127) in Choongbuk Province who had had volunteer education as a teacher assistant. The data were collected by their completing a questionnaire about Parenting efficacy and a Parent As A Teacher inventory (PAAT). The results include as follows: firstly, in PTV's parenting efficacy, 'the type of educational institution children are attending' is an important variable. Secondly, 'mother's educational background', 'father's educational background', and 'the type of educational institution children attending' are important variables in volunteer parents' parenting practices. Besides, 'mother's educational background' and 'participation motivation in volunteer activity' are important variables in parenting practices of 'control/permission' and of 'teaching/learning', and in general parenting practices. Finally, 'parenting efficacy', 'mother's educational background', and 'the sex of children' are important variables in volunteer teachers' parenting practices.

정보화 사회가 도래함에 따라 정보를 가공, 처리 유통하는 활동이 주를 이루고 정보의 가치는 경제적 가치를 창출하는 요소로 연결됐다. 이와 맞물려 ICT(Information & Communication Technology) 산업이 발전함에 따라 정보를 디지털 데이터 형식으로 저장관리 한다. 이러한 이유로 디지털 정보를 노리는 악성 행위들이 디지털 세상에서 문제가 되고 있다. 그중 사용자의 동의 없이 컴퓨터에 불법으로 설치되어 사용자의 디지털 파일(정보)를 인질로 잡아 금전적인 요구를 하는 악성 프로그램인 랜섬웨어의 피해는 날로 증가하고 있다.[1]. 본 논문에서는 운영체제의 시스템 콜 후킹을 통한 읽기/쓰기 권한을 제한함으로써 다양한 종류의 랜섬웨어 중 파일 암호화 기반 랜섬웨어로부터 사용자가 선택적으로 파일을 보호할 수 있는 방안을 제시하려 한다.

This study aims to present the effects of the introduction of the Compliance Program in Korea on real trade and its implication by empirical analysis. First, through regression analysis based on the data of the amount of permitted export by CP items (HSK10 units) during the period of 2010-2016 in Korea, it is revealed that the increase in export license of CP enterprises has a relatively greater effect on the increase in total imports by item. Second, since the introduction of the rating system under the optional CP in 2014, the increase in export licenses of CP companies has had a greater impact on the total export growth by items than before. Also, it is analyzed that the increase of export permission of CP companies has a relatively less effect on the increase of total imports by item than that of total exports. The results of this empirical analysis show that CP has a positive effect on exports and imports, but it needs to be supplemented in terms of efficiency.

Government tries to revise the article 25 in Korea Maritime Transport Act which describes subject of coastal carriage for exported-imported container cargoes. The subject of coastal carriage will be replaced coastal carrier by ocean liner carrier according to the revised article 25. By adopting the revised article, coastal shipping industry will be deteriorated in terms of returns on investment, sales and etc. Even though the revision is inevitable to harmonize the flow of exported-imported container cargo movement, coastal shipping industry should be developed and restructured to get competitive power and to set up an efficient international logistics system. To enhance competitive power of coastal shipping companies successfully, government must realize the importance of coastal shipping, and aid the industry through various methods such as arrangement of law and regulation, indirected financial assistance, decrease of tax rate, etc.

Copyright is challenged by the rapid development of digital technology. This study investigated a number of new copyright-related issues : electrocopying, digital transmission, legal definition of multimedia, moral right, fair use et al. To use copyright works we need licensing of rights and permissions. Then at this paper we examined the scopes and contents of permission with copyright owners or publishers, also considered relationships of copyright owners with distributors and end-users. Finally, to protect rights of copyright owners and use freely copyright works, we suggested introduction of 'collective management system of copyright' and construction of 'copyright management information system' .

스마트 폰의 사용이 증가하고, 광고, 개인정보를 QRCode에 삽입하여 제공하는 서비스 기술이 이슈가 되면서 프라이버시 침해의 위험 발생이 높아지고 있다. 본 연구는 개인정보 공개등급에 따른 서비스 제공을 위한 스마트폰 환경에서의 규칙기반 컨텍스트 모델링을 제안한다. 제안하는 모델은 스마트 폰 상에서 QRCode 스캔 시, 정보 주체자의 공개등급을 고려하여 등급별 서비스를 제공한다. 사용자는 스마트폰을 통해 QRCode를 스캔한 사용자이다. 공개등급은 개인정보를 사용자에게 보여주는 것에 대한 접근 권한이다. 컨텍스트 모델은 데이터로부터 컨텍스트를 추상화하고, 규칙을 정의하여 QRCode 사용자의 프로파일 정보를 토대로 특정인의 프라이버시 정보를 사용자의 등급에 따라 제공한다. 제안하는 방법은 오프라인 상에서의 학회 정보 서비스 도메인에 적용하여 본 시스템의 정확성을 증명한다.
