This study was about the fashion model's images during the periods of time. Also, this was to know the model's role and fields they had worked in and to investigate the specializing courses to get advice from their diversities, specialties and activities. The method of the study was used the qualitative analysis from the relative books, theses from university graduates, the related society newsletters, fashion magazines that were printed periodical/non-periodical, and others. As a result, the glamourous image was the most famous in the twenties and thirties, and the elegant image mainly in the forties and fifths. The images were more diverse in the nineties through the girlish images of the sixties, and the sexy image with good health of the seventies and eighties. Baby faces became the ideal of models in the new century. The images of the models become popular and disappear rapidly due to the change of major trend with the change of the society's environment. Under the situation, they must take good care of their images and self-control themselves to keep a positive view of fashion models to the public, and they must have ambition as a fashion icon and make their own exclusive fields in various parts.

If one can say that 'Retro' is a revived mode of the style, which was popular in the past, it is confirmed that various complex social and cultural factors have been reflected to making the current and new mode by accepting the past style. By investigating the impact of hippie style, which was popular during the Vietnam War on cosmetics and beauty culture, and the retro-tendency NEO-Hippie style fashion phenomenon appeared at around the time of the US and Iraq War, a theoretical foundation of cosmetics and beauty culture in the 2000s was established, and periodical circulation of fashion was tried to be understood. The 9.11 terrorists' attack and US-Iraq War devastated the heart of modern people, and for this, a retro trend having a meaning to revive the past style with nostalgia of the old things started to be handled with major interests in cosmetics and beauty culture. The retro-style, which is revived in the 2000s, is not the unchanging imitation mode in the '60s and '70s during the Vietnam War, but a newly transformed type of style.

The purpose of this study was to understand fashion trend and characteristics by finding out the influences of crossover on modern fashion coordination through the identification of crossover coordination trend and characteristics. With a review of the literature, this study analyzed crossover coordination according to the types of expression methodology, periodical changes and designer's tastes that appeared through the collections of the six representative designers from 1996 to 2004. The results of this study were as follows. As a result of analysis of our sources, we realized that crossover coordination was shown most frequently in 1997 and Christian Dior was the designer who used crossover coordination most frequently. Among lots of crossover coordination cases, most of the cases are the coordination with different materials. In our results, trends of crossover coordination in materials appeared again about every five years cycle. Christian Dior combined different elements through silhouette and material, Dolce & Gabbana combined images and Jean Paul Gaultier combined different elements in the aspect of purpose and wearing configuration.

The long-term monitoring of the Soyang Lake's water quality, covering 25% of the North Han River watershed, is crucial for effective management of both lake water quality and pollution sources in the broader region. This study utilized continuous monitoring data from the front of the Soyang Dam spanning 2003 to 2022, aiming to analyze trends and provide foundational insights for water quality management. Results revealed a slightly poor grade (IV) for total nitrogen (T-N) in both surface and mid-depth layers, indicating a need for concentrated T-N management. Trend analyses using the Mann-Kendall test and Sen's Slope depicted a decreasing trend in total phosphorus (T-P) for both layers, attributed to non-point source pollution reduction projects initiated after the Soyang Lake's designation as a pollution control area in 2007. The LOWESS analysis showed a T-P increase until 2006, followed by a decrease, influenced by the impact of Typhoon Ewiniar in that year. This 20-year overview establishes a comprehensive understanding of the Soyang Lake's water quality and trends, allowing for a seasonal and periodical analysis of water quality changes. The findings underscore the importance of continued monitoring and management strategies to address evolving water quality issues in the Soyang Lake over time.

In many situations, the system failures depend on the operating environmental conditions that vary on time, usually with periodical manners. We use nonhomogeneous Poisson processes whose rate functions exhibit cyclic behavior as well as a long-term evolutionary trend to model the stochastic process of the failures when the rate of occurrence of the failures varies periodically, for example from day to day or between seasons. In this study, we compare optimal policies under the nonhomogeneous process with/without a cyclic component in the failure rate function. The analytical results for various situations are presented along with numerical examples using simulated data.

We intend to offer theoretical bases of earth construction technology through the analysis of cases of brickworks and plastering works in the city of Gumi, Kyeongsangbukdo. We search for those instances of earth buildings to confirm the trend that earth construction is recognized as environment-friendly, sustainable and newly spotlighted field to alternatives of building construction. We made a frame of analysis through theoretical consideration about earth construction and prior study. Then, we analyzed the selected buildings which is selected by priority in the city of Gumi as authorized preservation value, cultural assets and recently built modern constructions. We found out some problems in structural strength, durability and fire proofing and the invisible development of technologies of earth construction method in this case analysis.

The first introduction of reformed Korean traditional cloth in was started in the age of civilization and until liberation from imperialism it was made a reformation in faculty from Korean traditional clothing. And by 1980s western style costume took lead but after Asian Game in 1986 and Seoul Olympic in 1988 Korean traditional beauty was added to costume and there were various attempt to produce truly reformed Korean traditional clothing. The present condition of reformed Korean traditional clothing in 1990s are like this : 1) Most of reformed Korean traditional clothing ships could not fractionalize customers. So it needs to subdivide and specialize customer and investment to improvement of design. 2) A large percentage of reformed Korean traditional clothing is ordinary dresses. So it should develop various sorts and color, design and textile and be in harmony with international trend. 3) Most of shops handled a coordinate goods like a bag and shoes. 4) In the investigation customers they wanted various colors, high quality in design , logical price and a periodical sale. So four pieces of the reformed Korean traditional costumes were designed and produced based on the present condition.

Recently, the study of islanding phenomenon, maintains its operation even when the utility grid is removed has lead to the trend of utility interactive inverters in photovoltaic generation systems. In this paper, a novel Anti-islanding method is presented. the proposed method can keep the real average power component constant by MPPT control and cause the load current frequency with only change of reactive power component under the islanding condition. its periodical change of Reactive power component can decrease the NDZ(Non-Detective zone) so that the detection of various loads will be possible. the insufficient effect if additional reactive power component to the grid is proved theoretically and the islanding detection is also confirmed from a experimental result with a inverter for 3kW photovoltaic generation system applied the proposed Anti-islanding method.
