In this paper, we studied on the effective structure of an e-Learning Korean Support System for foreigner based on computer systems which is to obey the rules of IMS/AICC International Standard regulations based on LCMS and SCORM. The most important task on this study is to support the function of self-study module through the review of the analysis and results of Korean learning and learning customs. We studied the effective PMS detail modules as well as the Standard Competency Module Management System, which related to LMS/LCMS, Learning an Individual Competency Management System, Competency Registry/Repository System, Knowledge Management System based on Community Competency Module, Education e-survey System and Module learning Support Service System. We suggested one of standard Effective Model of learning Korean Support System which is adopted in a various techniques for foreigner.

This paper focuses on the reverse blocking busbar protection scheme with aim to improve the speed of its operation and at the same time to increase operational reliability, flexibility and stability of the protection during external and internal faults by implementation of the extended functionality provided by the IEC61850 standard-based protective Intelligent Electronic Devices (IEDs). The practical implementation of the scheme by the use of IEC 61850 standard communication protocol is investigated. The proposed scheme is designed for a radial type of a distribution network and is modeled and simulated in the DigSILENT software environment for various faults on the busbar and its outgoing feeders. A laboratory test bench is built using three ABB IEDs 670 series that are compliant with the IEC 61850 standard, CMC 356 Omicron test injection device, PC, MOXA switch, and a DC power supplier. Two types of the reverse blocking signals between the IEDs in the test bench are considered: hard wired and Ethernet communication by using IEC 61850 standard GOOSE messages. Comparative experimental study of the operational trip response speeds of the two implementations for various traffic conditions of the communication network shows that the performance of the protection scheme for the case of Ethernet IEC 61850 standard-based communication is better.

침입방지시스템은 네트워크에서 공격 서명을 찾아내어 자동으로 조치를 취하여 비정상적인 트래픽을 중단시키는 보안시스템이다. 수동적인 방어를 하는 침입차단시스템이나 침입탐지시스템과 달리 침입경고 이전에 침입을 중단시키는 개념의 솔루션이다. 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능은 보안감사, 사용자 데이터 보호, 보안 인증 등에 좌우되며 성능은 탐지시간, 처리량, 공격차단 성능 등에 좌우된다. 본 연구에서는 이러한 침입방지시스템의 보안성 성능평가를 위한 모델을 구축하기 위해 CC(Common Criteria : ISO/IEC 15408)와 소프트웨어 제품평가에 관한 ISO 국제표준을 근간으로 하여 융합 성능평가 모델을 구성하였다.

Because Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet has good constructability, it has been widely used. Also Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet is researched based on variety of materials and various of forms. However, producers have recognized about only pass KS quality standard. So, Self-Adhesive waterproofing sheet has been limited about improvement of performance. Therefore, in this research, proposed guideline of Self-Adhesive Waterproofing sheet for disinterested performance grade using probability theory and quality management theory.

본 연구의 목적은 중소병원에 근무하는 간호사의 표준주의에 대한 지식, 인지도, 안전환경 및 수행도를 조사하고 의료관련 감염관리 표준주의에 대한 수행도에 미치는 영향요인을 확인하여 중소병원의 표준주의 수행도를 증진시킬 수 있는 방안을 모색하기 위함이다. 본 연구의 대상자는 경기도와 충남에 소재하는 300병상 미만의 6개 중소종합병원에 1년 이상 근무한 간호사 총 151명을 대상으로 하였다. 자료수집은 2018년 1월 15일부터 2월 15일까지 연구의 목적을 이해하고 참여에 서면 동의한 간호사에 한해 자가 보고식 설문지를 사용하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구결과 안전환경과 표준주의 수행도는 근무부서에 따라 유의한 차이를 보였으며 표준주의 수행도는 표준주의 지식(r=.19, p=.025), 표준주의 인지도(r=.27, p=.001), 표준주의 안전환경(r=.48, p=.000)과 유의한 양의 상관관계를 보였다. 표준주의 수행도에 영향을 미치는 주요 요인은 안전환경과 표준주의 인지도로 나타났으며 안전환경의 설명력은 21.6%였고 이 두 변수의 수행도에 대한 설명력은 23.3%였다. 이상의 연구결과로 볼 때 중소병원에서 간호사의 의료관련 감염관리를 위한 표준주의 수행도를 증진시키기 위해서는 안전환경의 개선 외에도 지속적인 교육프로그램과 행정적지지가 제공되어야 할 것이다.

The effects of the errors due to incorrect a priori informations on the noise model as well as the system model in the continuous state model based optimal FIR filter is considered. When the optimal filter is perturbed, the error covariance is derived. From this equation, the performance of the state model based optimal FIR filter is analyzed for the given modeling error. Also the state model based optimal FIR filter is compared to the standard Kalman filter by an example.

Korean Standard Certificate , suitable for the korean industrial standards is one which was designed not only to spread and utilize the industrial standard established for the industrial standardization but to protect the consumer In this study, the practical effects of the Korean Standard Certificate will be examined in various fields, based on the small medium enterprises which achieved the K.S. Certificate In order to look into how the system has effects on the performance of the management in a company, the method of the actual approach will be used. In the end, the purpose of this study is to find the plan in which KS Certificate can be helpful to the development of the company.

Deep learning models, especially those based on long short-term memory (LSTM), have presented their superiority in addressing time series data issues recently. This study aims to comprehensively evaluate the performance of deep learning models that belong to the supervised learning category in streamflow prediction. Therefore, six deep learning models-standard LSTM, standard gated recurrent unit (GRU), stacked LSTM, bidirectional LSTM (BiLSTM), feed-forward neural network (FFNN), and convolutional neural network (CNN) models-were of interest in this study. The Red River system, one of the largest river basins in Vietnam, was adopted as a case study. In addition, deep learning models were designed to forecast flowrate for one- and two-day ahead at Son Tay hydrological station on the Red River using a series of observed flowrate data at seven hydrological stations on three major river branches of the Red River system-Thao River, Da River, and Lo River-as the input data for training, validation, and testing. The comparison results have indicated that the four LSTM-based models exhibit significantly better performance and maintain stability than the FFNN and CNN models. Moreover, LSTM-based models may reach impressive predictions even in the presence of upstream reservoirs and dams. In the case of the stacked LSTM and BiLSTM models, the complexity of these models is not accompanied by performance improvement because their respective performance is not higher than the two standard models (LSTM and GRU). As a result, we realized that in the context of hydrological forecasting problems, simple architectural models such as LSTM and GRU (with one hidden layer) are sufficient to produce highly reliable forecasts while minimizing computation time because of the sequential data nature.

소방차에 설치되는 소방펌프에 대한 방수성능 기준이 현장에서 운용하고 있는 실태와 상이한 부분이 있고, 기준이 명확하게 규정되어 있지 않아 소방공무원이 화재현장에서 소방펌프의 사용시간, 최대사용압력, 사용 호스 직경 등 사용 실태를 분석하고, 그 결과를 토대로 소방펌프에 대한 압력별, 호스 직경별 수량별로 다양하게 성능시험을 실시하였다. 현장조사 결과, 소방자동차용 소방펌프의 성능에 관한 인정기준에서 규정하고 있는 규격방수압력(0.85MPa)과 고압방수압력(1.4 MPa)보다 현장에서는 더 높은 압력을 사용하고 있는 것으로 조사되었다. 또한, 펌프의 성능시험 결과는 방수량 및 방수압력 등이 호스의 직경, 관창에 따라 현재 규정하고 있는 인정기준과 매우 상이하게 측정되었으며, 본 연구 결과로 새로운 규격을 제안한다.

Markowitz's portfolio selection model is used to construct an optimal portfolio which has minimum variance, while satisfying a minimum required expected return. The model uses estimators based on analysis of historical data to estimate the returns, standard deviations, and correlation coefficients of individual stocks being considered for investment. However, due to the inaccuracies involved in estimations, the true optimality of a portfolio constructed using the model is questionable. To investigate the effect of estimation inaccuracy on actual portfolio performance, we study the changes in a portfolio's realized return and standard deviation as the accuracy of the estimations for each stock's return, standard deviation, and correlation coefficient is increased. Furthermore, we empirically analyze the portfolio's performance by comparing it with the performance of active mutual funds that are being traded in the Korean stock market and the KOSPI benchmark index, in terms of portfolio returns, standard deviations of returns, and Sharpe ratios. Our results suggest that, among the three input parameters, the accuracy of the estimated returns of individual stocks has the largest effect on performance, while the accuracy of the estimates of the standard deviation of each stock's returns and the correlation coefficient between different stocks have smaller effects. In addition, it is shown that even a small increase in the accuracy of the estimated return of individual stocks improves the portfolio's performance substantially, suggesting that Markowitz's model can be more effectively applied in real-life investments with just an incremental effort to increase estimation accuracy.
