The purpose of our study was to examine the effects of dietitians' sanitation training performance on the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. We developed a questionnaire to measure the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees and the sanitation training performance of dietitians. The questionnaire was completed by 53 dietitians and 337 culinary employees working in food service in the Chungbuk Province. We found that the sanitation training performance of dietitians had a significant positive affect on the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. There was also a correlation between sanitation knowledge and the management practice level of culinary employees. We conclude that sanitation training performance by dietitians is an effective method of improving the sanitation knowledge and management practice level of culinary employees. Thus, we suggest strengthening the sanitation training programs given by dietitians to improve food hygiene and safety in the foodservice industry.

Nowadays, IS projects are getting more complicated and large-scaled. Therefore, many researchers and practitioners have been interested in the IS development methodologies, automated tools, techniques, and TQM to improve IS performance. Latest Standish Group's research reported that after the PMO introduction, project scale became bulkier than 1 or 2 year ago, and that IS development project success probability was increased sharply by 62 percents from 37. The previous researches listed just various PMO functions. This research is to seize the core functions and management level of the PMO affecting on the IS project performance with banks which are the leading industry to accept the PMO in Korea. The activities in the categories of implementation management technology support management infrastructure management are the core functions of the PMO to affect the IS performance including schedule management quality management user and stakeholders' satisfaction. Also, the PMO management level is important for IS project success. Among the 5 levels PMI suggested, PMO can implement the project effectively at least at the third level. Korean companies which are about to introduce the PMO have to consider the PMO core functions and management level to increase the IS maturity.

The key aim of this research is to address the relationship between adoption level of e-commerce usage and performance based on Balanced scorecard perspectives. In order to identify the e-commerce adoption characteristics of small businesses, we carried out principal component analysis and cluster analysis by means of a survey with interview. The association of the e-commerce adoption level currently reached by a small businesses with internal process, learning/growth, customer perspectives performance is investigated and discussed.

Does servitization improve manufacturing firms' performance, and in what condition? Following the seminal work of Crozet and Milet (2017), this study analyzes disaggregated firm-level data that covers 40,000 South Korean manufacturing firms surveyed by the Survey of Business Activities of Korea. We compute firm-level servitization intensity with available sales data of each firm by two-digit SIC sub-sectors. We find two novel empirical regularities: Korean servitization intensity distribution shows a very different shape from the French benchmark; Servitized firms tend to perform higher profitability and higher productivity than non-servitized firms.

본 연구는 자원기반관점을 기초로 고성과작업시스템-종업원성과-운영성과 간 관계를 실증적으로 검증하고자 하였다. 조직수준의 고성과작업시스템과 개인수준의 종업원 태도 간 실증분석을 위해 위계적 선형모형(hierarchical linear modeling)을 활용한 다수준분석을 실시하여 인과관계의 정확성을 높였다. 이를 위해, 제3차 인적자원기업패널(HCCP: Human Capital Corporate Panel) 데이터 가운데 316개 기업과 7,872명(팀장 923명 포함)의 응답자를 대상으로, 고성과작업시스템이 개인수준인 종업원성과에 미치는 영향을 확인하였다. 이후, 분석수준을 일치시키기 위해 개인수준(종업원성과)과 팀수준(운영성과)의 패널자료를 조직수준으로 집산(aggregation)하여 타당화 검증을 실시하고, 조직수준에서 매개효과를 검증하였다. 그 결과, 고성과작업시스템은 종업원성과(직무만족, 조직몰입, 신뢰)와 운영성과에 각각 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 종업원성과 개별변수의 매개효과 검증에서는 직무만족과 신뢰가 고성과작업시스템과 운영성과 간 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 결론에는 연구의 결과, 이론적 시사점 및 한계점을 제시하고 있다.

The performance measurement of construction firms is considered as a competitive advantage to develop and improve their performance to have place in the market and stay able to face the continuous challenge. Egyptian construction firms (ECF) started recently to adopt quality management system (QMS) as a way to develop and improve their performance as previous studies showed. However, measuring that performance to include all the firm's aspects in a competitive way is a crucial process for the ECF's culture. The research is trying to indicate the role of the QMS implementation in measuring performance (MP) through developing a model for measuring performance on the organization level, and explore its impact on the organization that adopt quality management system. This model is based on specific elements and their related indicators which have been derived from national approaches and models of measuring performance (benchmarking, quality awards and six sigma).Elements determination and the status of their real practice has been investigated through a questionnaire to a representative sample of ECF. This model determines the performance level (PL) of the organization that measured by a mean of a point system. Weights of the elements in the point system considered both the elements' importance in the international models and its real practice in the Egyptian construction firms. So, the final outcome of the model reveals the level of firm performance that helps the firm to identify the weak points against the strong ones, Confirm the priorities and identify new opportunities for developing, and Check the position of the company in the market among the others. Another questionnaire has been developed to be distributed on a group of Experts on measuring performance for the purpose of model validation. The majority of surveyed experts agreed that the proposed model can be applied effectively.

In Korea, Housing Performance Rating Indication System was first adopted in 2006. Main purpose of the System is on developing criteria which can systematically measure the level of housing performance. Among the five categories of Housing Performance Rating Indication System, Repair Convenience is closely related to Remodeling which has been widely recognized as an alternative to the building reconstruction. Especially, as the actual housing supply level in Korea is reaching almost 100%, it is crucial to expand Long-life Housing through the effective maintenance and management. In addition, consumers should have an access to the performance ratings of apartment buildings on which they can rely on in choosing their own housings. And for construction companies, a performance code enacted by government will provide them with a standard that they can utilize in determining performance level of buildings that they build. This study examines data which has been obtained from the recent application of Housing Performance Rating Indication System and Repair Convenience category is main concern. Findings from the study will provide vital information in improving current Housing Performance Rating Indication System.

The aim of this study is to investigate the purpose of the performance assess-ment, to develop and to apply it's task. By reviewing previous study, I conclude that the performance assessment is sug-gested to evaluate mathematical thinking and attitude in the purpose of school mathematics. To develop the task to fit the purpose of the performance assessment, I refer to the middle and high level in Van den Heuvel's classification the task "Find the number in the star" and about the assess-ment of school mathematics. Then I apply the performance assessment task developed according to this level, analyse the responses of children to "Let's make the problem" and suggest it's assessment rubric and anchor papers for each level for illustrating the process of developing a rubric. Finally, considerations to improve the performance assessment are discussed.

The purpose of this study was to investigate whether there is a difference in self-reflection and insight according to the performance level of college athletes. A total of 395 (210 male, 185 female) college athletes from 6 universities were sampled. The level of performance was divided into upper, middle, and lower groups based on the results of matches played in the past 1 year. To measure self-reflection and insight, THE SELF-REFLECTION AND INSIGHT SCALE developed by Grant et al. [4] was used. As a result, there was a statistically significant difference according to the level of performance, and as a result of post-hoc(scheffe) analysis, the upper group of performance was higher than that of the middle group and the lower group.

This paper concerns the seismic performance index of highrise reinforced concrete shear wall buildings assessed by FEMA 273 and ATC-40 provisions. The applied buildings are 10 to 35 stories and the evaluation level is life safety level. The seismic performance index results of $1^{st}$ and $2^{nd}$ evaluations are as follows; (equation omitted)
