A various building certification systems are being enforced in Korea. However, the enforcement of many building certification systems has brought on the concerned people's confusion and the operation of various building certification systems which have similar assesment items causes much time and economical losses. Therefore, in this paper, the features of the GBCS(Green Building Certification System), Housing Performance Indication System, Building Energy Rating System, and Green Home Standard and Performance Evaluation System are compared and the correlations among each building certification system are analysed. As a result, it is presented that a considerable number of assessment items were so similar and identical that integration of building certification systems is needed for effective operation of these systems.

Performance-based Project Delivery System(PPDS) is one of Project Delivery System that when owner ask for performance than constructor feel free to choose materials, technology, an engineering method. PPDS rank higher position than Performance Warranty Contract and Technical Proposal Bid. This study aims to propose Improvement Idea for PPDS that based Housing Performance Grading Indication System. 'Request-performance Checklist' is used as communication means(between owner and constructor) and a kind of corroborative facts make the procedures achievement of project like contract easier.

In this paper, we propose a high speed preamble searcher feasible for RACH(Random Access Channel) preamble structure in WCDMA reverse link receiver. Unlike IS-95, WCDMA system uses AISMA(Acquisition Indication Sense Multiple Access) process. Because of the time limit between RACH preamble transmission and AI(Acquisition Indicators), and the restriction on the number of RACH signatures assigned to RACH preamble, fast acquisition indication is required for efficient operation. The preamble searcher proposed in this paper is based on 2-antenna system and has adopted FHT algorithm that has the radix-2 16 point FFT structure. The acquisition speed using FHT is 64 times faster than the conventional method that correlates each signature. Based on their fast aquisition scheme, we improved the acquisition performance by calculating the correlation up to the 4096 chips of the total preamble length. The performance is analyzed by using Neyman-pearson method. The proposed algorithm has been applied for the implementation of WCDMA reverse link receiver modem successfully.

The purpose of the study was to investigate the status of the nutritional education program on educational perception, facilities, contents and systems, which were focused on the school obesity education in the elementary school. A five point Likert scale was used to evaluate the importance and performance of each item in four sections of the survey and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA; gap between importance and performance) matrix analysis was applied to determine improvement priority. The findings from IPA matrix analysis are in the following. The items of the sections to be improved intensively are recognition of parents and in-charge teacher, availability of the education place, preparation of consulting room, preparation of various teaching media, interest of an education program, meal adjustment of overweight children, combination with education and exercise, education for psychological factors, development of scientific and systematic education program and reduction of meal service duty for education. Accordingly, the IPA matrix analysis suggested that an intensive improvement area should be excessively concentrated on for better performance. The regional gap between importance and performance showed significant difference for textbook and diet of overweight children in Kyunggi-Do. There were significant differences for the government perception, dietary habits and food-life education, fast-food education, education for breakfast importance, and education of school meal indication system and method to read food nutrition indication in Chollabuk-Do. As for the age gap between importance and performance, the twenties showed significantly bigger gaps in perception of school dietitians and linking between school meals and diet education. Therefore, more proactive efforts for the education for obesity prevention are necessary to prevent childhood obesity in elementary school and to help children to possess better health throughout their entire lives.

LPWAN(Low Power Wide Area Network) technology is M2M (Machine to Machine) networking technology for the Internet of Things. The technology is designed to support low-power, long-distance and low-speed communications that are typical of LoRaWAN(Long Range Wide Area Network). To exchange inter-object information using a LoRaWAN, the link performances for various environments must be known. however, active performance analysis research that is based on an empirical environment is nonexistent. Therefore, this paper empirically evaluates the performance of the LoRa (Long Range) link, a physical communication technology of the LoRaWAN for various variables that may affect the link quality in indoor and outdoor environments. To achieve this, a physical performance monitoring system was designed and implemented. A communication experiment environment was subsequently constructed based on the indoor and outdoor conditions. The SNR(Signal to Noise Ratio), RSSI(Received Signal Strength Indication), and the PDR(Packet Delivery Ratio) were evaluated.

실내에서 작업자의 위치 정보를 취득하면 사용자의 이동 경로 파악이나 물체의 지역화 및 상황인지 서비스가 가능하다. 최근, BLE(Bluetooth Low Energy) 비콘을 사용하여 작업자의 실내 위치를 파악할 수 있는 여러 가지 연구가 진행되고 있으나 BLE 비콘의 신호세기 강도와 RSSI(Received signal strength indication)의 정확도에 대한 에러율 증가로 인해 실내 작업자 위치 파악 연구에 어려움이 있다. 본 연구에서는 BLE 비콘에서 취득한 RSSI 정보에 대해 PCA, ICA, SVM의 패턴인식 알고리즘을 적용하여 인식정확도를 구하고, 여러 패턴인식 알고리즘 중에서 어떤 알고리즘이 인식정확도 측면에서 적용이 가능한지 제시하였다.

Fine needle aspiration cytology(FNAC) holds a main role in assessing thyroid nodules. But nonnegligible rate of thyroid cytology is reported as uncertain, indeterminate or inadequate for diagnosis. Recently, the microhistologic evaluation by core needle biopsy(CNB) under ultrasound sonographical guidance has been reported to show high accuracy for the diagnose of thyroid nodules. Aim of this review was to furnish the state of the art of this topic by summarizing previous published data about indication, diagnostic performance, and complication of CNB in thyroid lesions compared with FNAC

An expert system for the diagnosis and indication of hypertension is implemented through HTML-based backward inference. HTML-based backward inference is performed using the hypertext function of HTML, and many HTML files, which are hyperlinked to each other based on the backward rules, should be prepared beforehand. The development and maintenance of the HTML files are conducted automatically using the decision graph. Still, the drawing and input of the decision graph is a time consuming and tedious job if it is done manually. So, automatic generator of the decision graph for the diagnosis and indication of hypertension was implemented. The HTML-based backward inference ensures accessibility, multimedia facilities, fast response, stability, easiness, and platform independency of the expert system. So, this research reveals that HTML-based inference approach can be used for many Web-based intelligent site with fast and stable performance.

Applications of Sigma-Delta STAP, and a method of GMTI processing are presented for GMTI(Ground Moving Target Indication) mode of airborne radar with sigma, delta, and guard channels. We showed results of performance analyses of presented methods by clutter simulation with ICM(Internal Clutter Motion), signal processing simulation and MDV(Minimum Detectable Velocity). Presented methods for Sigma-Delta STAP and GMTI processing are easy to apply practically in GMTI mode of airborne radar without restriction by specific airborne radar system.
