Reliability of fatigue strength on Aircraft Composites(GFRP) Structures was assessed in this paper. Fatigue strength of GFRP was used through the existing fatigue test data with Monte Carlo method. The S_a-N_f curve of composites fatigue strength was assumed as normal distribution and reliability was analyzed using SSIT model. Fatigue stress was designed IAW ASTM F3114-15 with special safety factor of S_sf=1.2~2.0. Reliability was calculated by analytic method and FORM. Sensitivity for the effect of mean and standard deviation of fatigue strength as well as fatigue stability was evaluated. This result can be usefully applied to reliability and fatigue design for composite structures of light weight aircraft.

Whole airplane recovery parachute system(WARPS) is a auxiliary safety system to protect occupants in emergency situation where recovery to normal flight condition is impossible. In this paper, application and certification cases of WARPS for Part 23 small airplane is introduced and considerations in certification of the WARPS installed airplane are provided in terms of performance of parachute, function and operation, loads and strength and protection of occupants.

In this study, in order to secure the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for the assembled temporary equipment and materials, the feasibility of the introduction was analyzed through literature review, structural analysis, and actual experiments and surveys related to the assembled temporary equipment and materials. In the previous studies, it was found that the research on the assembled temporary equipment and materials was insufficient, and it was possible to grasp the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for the assembled temporary equipment and materials. In addition, in the results of the serious accident analysis, it was found that the soundness of the temporary equipment and materials is determined by the structural characteristics after it was assembled. As a result of the feasibility analysis of the introduction of the safety certification of the assembled temporary equipment and materials through structural analysis, it is possible to effectively and rationally reflect the main geometrical influence factors, and to introduce the safety certification system that can test the procedures and procedures of the assembled temporary equipment and materials and based on it. It was found that there is a need. As a result of feasibility analysis on the necessity of introducing the safety certification system for assembled temporary equipment and materials through actual experiments, the existing single member performance evaluation has limitations in evaluating the structural performance of the assembled temporary equipment and materials. It was found that there is a need to introduce a safety certification system. As a result of gathering opinions on the feasibility of introducing the safety certification system for assembled temporary equipment and materials of manufacturers and users through the survey, it was found that the overall positive response result was high and the effectiveness was high.

New and Renewable Energy Equipment Certification program has been integrated into the KS(Korean Industrial Standards) certification system as of July 29, 2015. This study is to determine whether the KS certification requirement has had a positive effect on corporate performance (e.g. quality improvement, financial result, customer satisfaction) within those that had already acquired the New and Renewable Energy Equipment KS certification. As a result, among the requirements for the KS certification, quality management, product management, and product testing have a positive impact on product quality improvement, and product testing has shown a positive influence on customer satisfaction. Although requisite for the KS certification did not have a significant effect on financial outcome such as increase in revenue, it has shown to have positive consequence to some extent on those firms that newly obtained the certification.

Secondly, each process of ISO/TS 16949 standard is classified and deduced the key performance indicators followed process access method. Finally, get a enterprise survey data related to improvement of Performance Indicator and analyzed by SPSS statistical software.

Purpose - This study analyzed the effect of obtaining international products and qualification certification on exports according to the suitability evaluation system. Recently, non-tariff barriers have emerged as technical barriers, and the Biden administration is trying to achieve export growth and economic growth by utilizing the demand for conformity assessment following the Fourth Industrial Revolution and the free trade system from the perspective of Korea. Design/methodology - This study analyzed the effect of a manufacturer's product certification acquisition on a company's export performance using Resource-Based View-based multiple regression analysis. To this end, concentration validity was confirmed through Factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, and correlation analysis was performed to verify discriminant validity. Findings - Product certification and qualification have a positive impact on the company's export performance. In particular, technological dynamism and relationship control have had a significant impact. Originality/value - Considering that the Conformity Assessment Management Act will take effect in earnest in 2022, this study is believed to suggest that companies that have been certified to meet international standards may improve their export performance and increase their value in the future. This research analyzes how operation system and method of barista private certification implemented in Korea influence on the academic satisfaction of coffee work skills and how such system and method has an effect on the economic effectiveness to utilize for the improvement of work performance skills and for job seeking and changing. For this purpose, author conducted a survey to coffee specialists who had obtained barista certification and who have been working in coffee related industry. The result shows that the operation system and method of coffee certification verification system has a partially positive effect on the academic satisfaction of work performance skills and economic effectiveness. The contents of the coffee related certification verification system as well as specialized and reliable systematic operation of such verification system have an influence on the academic satisfaction of work performance skills and have further influence on the economic effectiveness such as seeking or changing jobs. Therefore, the research on the professionalism and reliability of the qualification verification system must be continued.

Since 2002, information security management system has been implemented (ISMS) certification scheme whilst providing telecommunications services to enhance the level of enterprise information security was ongoing and Prevent accidents and avoid spread of infringement, such as rapid response and there is a lot of it came true. This study briefly compares the first-cycle certification of nursing hospitals with the second-cycle certification, reviews the changes and achievements of the second-cycle certification and the third-cycle certification, and examples of challenges and solutions in the process of preparing the third-cycle certification. In this study, it is suggested as follows. First, in order to see the practical effect of certification intended by the government, the exhibition is prepared in a short period of time before certification. Second, after the implementation of the nursing hospital certification system, research on the hospital performance of the medical institution certification system is insufficient in terms of quality and quantity. Therefore, in order to see the effect on the certification system, various research support is also required so that research on this can be actively conducted. Third, design certification standard guidelines from a long-term perspective so that the standard guidelines for certification do not change significantly, and certify not only the guidelines but also individual standards and forms that can be used by medical institutions. Fourth, in the four-cycle certification, accurate and realistic guidelines for infection control and quarantine ward operation support should be developed. The importance of managing infectious diseases will be highlighted in the future due to COVID-19. Fifth, medical institutions can improve the quality of medical care in nursing hospitals and have competitiveness if their daily activities, not short-term certification preparation, are carried out in accordance with certification standards, which affects performance. Sixth, when preparing for certification, nursing hospital officials have problems in organizing documents or processing administratively in the short term as in the past. This is also based on the certification criteria for the usual business process.
