Since 1995, the small and medium enterprise introduced the Quality Innovation Program that is called 100PPM Quality Renovation Program. A point of 2000, the program's name was changed by Single PPM Quality Innovation Program in pursuit of defects below 10ppm in outgoing quality. Nowaday 1,651 companies is received Single PPM Quality Certification from government at the end of 2008. On the other side, the return or withdrawal of certification is going on because of various reasons. In this study, we analyse the status of certification's preservation and cancellation, and suggest the cooperation ideas between government and companies.

This paper first was focused on investigating the relative effect of each ISO 9001: 2000 certification factors on service quality and customer satisfaction in service industry. The empirical tests was conducted in service industry. The results are as follows. First, it shows that ISO 9001:2000 certification factors except requirements for quality management have a positive effect on service quality significantly. Second, it also indicates that service quality precedes customer satisfaction like other researches reported. Finally, different effects of ISO 9001:2000 certification factors on service quality are observed in the various industries.

New aircraft category such as Light Sport Aircraft is introduced to prevent Ultralight Vehicle accidents and to promote aviation sports. Therefore, a new rule for airworthiness standard, certification, operation and maintenance of light sport aircraft is being created. The present study deals with LSA concept, development trend of LSA, airworthiness standards and certification policy. In particular, an aircraft type analysis of FAA certified LSA is conducted to establish performance requirements of Light Sport Aircraft designs.

ISO 9000/14000 certification is increasingly becoming 'a passport for business' in the marketplace. However, its effectiveness of both internal and external performance is highly controversial. In this study, empirical research is performed to identify the main objectives and expectation of ISO 9000/14000 and evaluate the effectiveness of certification. Our empirical results show that there are big differences between small and medium companies and large companies for the effectiveness of ISO 9000/14000. Especially, ISO 14000 certification provides very low effectiveness for the small and medium companies in Korea.

This paper study is to identify the effect of quality certification incentives regulations to a firm. The pur purpose of this study is to propose the right way of improvement and policy by conduct research for quality certification incentives regulations, which applied by public procurement service for office furniture. For more accuracy, this study analyze the result of questionnaire, visiting, telephone survey conducted by office furniture manufacturer those are registered in MAS (Multiple Award Schedule System).

With the increase in the demand for sustainable and environmentally-friendly development, Green Building Certification System came into force in 2002, Evaluation parts of Green Building Certification System are divided into land use and transportation, energy, ecological environment, and indoor environment. Alloted point for the part of energy is larger than other part, thus we can say that this part is very important to increase the green building performance. This study aims to analyze the present condition of design and construction for the part of energy in the certificated green school building. Total 40 certificated school buildings were selected and average scoring rate of each item was evaluated. Key particular to be considered were suggested to improve the item of energy consumption.

Cloud services have become the core infrastructure of the digital economy as a basis for collecting, storing, and processing large amounts of data to trigger artificial intelligence-based services and industrial innovation. Recently, cloud services have been spotlighted as a means of responding to corporate crises and changes in the work environment in a national disaster caused by COVID-19. While the cloud is attracting attention, the speed of adoption and diffusion of cloud services is not being actively carried out due to the lack of trust among users and uncertainty about security, performance, and cost. This study compares and analyzes the "Cloud Service Quality and Performance Management System" and the "Cloud Service Certification System" and suggests complementary points and improvement measures for the cloud service quality and performance management system.

The international standard certification evaluates the extend to which the supplier satisfies the international standard certification standards of the supplier of the product and the service, recognizes the quality assurance ability and reliability of the supplier, thereby resolving the international trade regulation that can occur to various fields and strengthening the network of the global partnership it is making an important contribution. Therefor, in this study, the survey was conducted on 153 companies of Korean import and export companies. The research method was empirically analyzed by the structural equation model. The results of the hypothesis test of this study are as follows. First, resource management factors among the international standard certification factors in the global trade supply chain integration had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Second, the measurement, analysis and improvement factors of international standard certification factors had a positive effects on CRM satisfaction. Third, CRM satisfaction has a positive effects on business performance. Through this study, it is concluded that the Korean import and export companies have an important role in improving the business performance of the global trade partners.

Airworthiness certification of military aircraft is a government's certification that it must have airworthiness and ability to demonstrate its requested function and performance. NATO released STANAG-4671 to establish the minimum airworthiness requirements for UAVs between 150kg and 20,000kg MTOW in 2009. Up to now, there are no clear airworthiness certification criteria and guideline for small UAV which is less than 150kg. STANAG-4671 is used for military UAV airworthiness certification in Korea as Other Airworthiness Certification Criteria. However, since STANAG-4671 requires the same Target Level of Safety without regard to MTOW, excessive Target Level of Safety or design requirements could be applied to relatively small-medium UAV. In this paper, classification and criteria of airworthiness certification for military UAV were investigated and a Target Level of Safety was analyzed based on MTOW using ground victim criteria.
