This study examined how pre-service elementary teachers' perceptions regarding the learning environment (learning focus/ability-meritocracy/cooperative climate) and achievement goals (mastery/performance-approach/performance-avoidance) in science education courses jointly contributed to their science teaching efficacy beliefs (personal science teaching efficacy belief/science teaching outcome expectancy). A path analysis supported a causal model in which the perception of the learning focus influenced the mastery goal, which in turn influenced the personal science teaching efficacy belief and science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of learning focus also had a direct effect on science teaching outcome expectancy. The perception of ability-meritocracy influenced personal science teaching efficacy belief via the performance-approach (positively) or, conversely, the performance-avoidance goal (negatively). No link .was deduced from the perception of cooperative climate. The educational implications of these findings were also discussed.

본 연구에서는 초등과학교사연구회 활동이 교사 전문성에 미치는 영향에 대한 교사의 인식을 알아보기 위해 연구회의 운영 및 활동내용, 참여 동기는 무엇인지와 교사 전문성 신장에 대한 인식은 어떠한지 등을 살펴보았다. 연구대상은 경기도에 소재하고 있는 N 초등과학교사연구회와 소속된 교사이다. 자료는 참여관찰과 면담을 통해 수집하였고 수집된 자료의 종류는 참여관찰록, 연구회 활동사진, 문서자료, 면담자료 등이었다. 참여관찰을 하면서 본 연구회에 참여하고 있는 교사들의 인식을 면밀하게 살펴보기 위해서 연구회 참여 경력을 기준으로 5명의 교사를 선정하여 연구회 참여 동기, 개인적인 만족도, 전문성 신장에 대한 교사의 인식 등에 관한 심층면담을 실시하였다. 연구 결과, N 초등과학교사연구회는 운영 방식과 활동 내용에 관하여 회원들 간의 지속적인 협의를 통해 운영 체제를 확립해가고 있으며, 초등학생들의 수준에 맞는 과학 수업을 위해 고민하는 모습을 볼 수 있었다. 대부분의 교사가 과학 및 과학 교수법에 대한 관심과 열의로 연구회에 참여하게 되었으나, 연구회에 대한 만족도는 개인별로 차이가 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 그러나 교사들 모두 연구회가 교사로서의 전문성 신장에 도움이 된다고 생각하고 있었다. 본 연구 결과를 바탕으로 더 발전적인 초등과학교사연구회가 운영되기 위한 교육적 시사점을 얻고자 하였다.

The purpose of this study was to examine the Industrial High Schools Technical Subjects teachers' perceptions and attitudes toward sustainable development(SD). The instrument consisted of totally 12 items. The subjects of this study were 98 Industrial High Schools Technical Subjects teachers. The period of survey is from June 23 to July 15 of 2010. The questionnaire included items asking whether they heard about terms such as sustainability or sustainable development, the source of information on SD, the level of understanding or the urgent task 2 for SD in Korea. Result of survey is following. First, Teacher thought that urgent task for SD is conservation of natural environment. Second, Most of the teacher consider the concept SD as 'pursuing the balance between environmental protection and economic development, and some of the teachers recognized the concept of SD in the paradigm of continuous economic development. Third, half of teachers have not heard terminology of SD .and 80% of them have not conducted ESD. Fourth, a few of teachers replied that obstacle of ESD is shortage of teacher's professionalism.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the perception about STEAM education of primary teachers who have developed and applied STEAM education to their students through teacher training program. For this study, 101 among 172 attendance are responded to questionnaire of three categories consisting of development and application teaching material for STEAM instruction, and spreading STEAM education. The major findings are as follows: First, when primary teachers develop materials for STEAM education, they consider applicabilities in real classes. Second, they feel the burden of time when they develop STEAM material. Third, they think that their own program has significant educational effectiveness and that students enjoyed the program. Especially, they think that STEAM education program can raise students' interest about learning. Fourth, primary teachers point out the constraints for application of STEAM education program, which are lack of expertise and difficulty acquiring class time. Fifth, primary teachers evaluate the effect of STEAM education program on primary education is positive, and they answer that we need many teaching materials for STEAM education, operating as a regular curriculum, and securing budget. In order to spread STEAM education in field of primary education successfully, administrators have to consider and reflect the voice of teachers.

This study was conducted to investigate the status of food allergy knowledge and management of the teachers and operators of child care facilities in the Daejeon Area. Surveys of 262 teachers and 50 operators of child care facilities in Dong-gu and Jung-gu in Daejeon were conducted. The prevalence of food allergies was found to be 3.6% (102 children). The average score of teachers in the anaphylaxis knowledge survey was $0.18{\pm}0.22$. Additionally, the needs for food allergy education among teachers and operators was 88.2% and 98%, respectively. The survey revealed that all child care facilities in this study provide food service menus to parents, but only 14 facilities (28%) provided alternative food to children with food allergies, and some of these 14 facilities did not provide adequate alternatives. To ensure the safety and healthy growth of children with food allergies, it is necessary to provide food allergy education to teachers and operators, as well as to establish safe food service and allergy management systems in all child care facilities.

The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers on teacher-infant interaction, emotional labor and emotional intelligence. The survey was conducted on 173 Christian teachers of early-child classes who work in child care centers in Gyeonggi-do province. For the research analysis, frequency and Cronbach's ${\alpha}$ coefficient were calculated and regression analysis were conducted. The results are as follows. First, the affective and volitional factors from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a positive influence on the overall teacher-infant interaction. Second, the affective factor from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a negative influence on outward behavior, which is the lower variable of emotional work, and a positive influence on inner behavior. Third, the volitional factor from religious maturity of Christian teachers in child care centers have had a positive influence on perception of self-emotions, perception of others' emotion, emotional application, emotional control, and emotional intelligence overall.

본 연구는 3가지 산-염기 모델의 관계에 대한 화학교사들의 인식을 알아보았다. 또한 모델의 관계에 대한 인식이 각 모델에서 사용되는 개념에 대한 해석에 어떠한 영향을 주는지를 알아보았다. 교사의 인식과 해석을 알아보기 위해 24명의 화학교사를 대상으로 설문지와 면담이 진행되었다. 분석 결과, 대부분의 화학교사들은 3가지 모델을 확장적 포함 관계로 인식하였다. 이러한 인식은 교과서의 서술과 관련이 있다. 이러한 모델의 관계에 대한 인식은 각 모델의 산, 염기 개념을 해석하는 과정에 영향을 주었다. 본 연구를 통해 화학교사들이 다양한 모델의 역할을 아는 것이 필요하다고 주장하였다.

Objective: This study aims to investigate the perception and demand of child care teachers regarding the support project for part-time substitute teachers in Busan. Methods: A survey was conducted on 6,141 childcare teachers participating in the Busan part-time substitute teacher support project, and the data were analyzed using the SPSS 25.0 program. Results: First, an examination of the perception of part-time substitute teacher support projects based on the type of daycare center revealed significant differences in all aspects, except for whether they choose to reapply. Second, an analysis of the demand for part-time substitute teacher support projects, categorized by the type of daycare center, indicated significant differences. Conclusion/Implications: The findings of this study furnish valuable insights for the equitable and effective implementation of the part-time substitute teaching assistant support project, taking into account the distinct characteristics of various daycare centers. Additionally, the results offer essential foundational data to guide the strategic direction of the part-time substitute teaching assistant support project.

이 연구의 목적은 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가에 대한 예비체육교사의 인식을 탐색하는데 있다. 이를 위해 인간 내면의 감정, 의견, 인식 등을 탐색할 수 있는 Q방법론을 활용하였다. 분석결과 3가지 유형이 탐색되었고, 각 유형은 전문시설지원요구형과 전문기술지도요구형 그리고 평가방법개선요구형으로 명명되었다. 결론으로, 중등체육교원 임용고사 육상실기평가를 준비하는데 있어 예비체육교사들은 전문시설의 지원과 전문기술을 지도받을 수 있는 기회의 제공 그리고 평가 방법과 절차에 대한 구체적인 사전 안내 등을 희망하는 것으로 해석되었다.

The purpose of this study was to assess the practical nutrition counseling system by investigating job perception and satisfaction among school nutrition teachers in Kyungbuk area. One hundred and fifty school nutrition teachers were surveyed and 128 answered(85.3%). Data were analyzed by frequency(%), $x^2$-test, and pearson's correlation analyses. Nutrition teachers in elementary schools conducted nutrition counseling more than those in middle schools. In descending order, the reasons for not conducting nutrition education were lack of time, inadequate system for the nutrition counseling, lack of curriculum and lack of facilities. Respondents thought that reduced workload was important to conduct nutrition counseling. However, nutrition counseling should be actively utilized as teachers showed high satisfaction. Therefore, systematic support from related departments combined with effective nutrition counselling methods for nutrition teachers should be continuously provided.
