모바일 SFA(mSFA) 시스템의 수용 요인 및 도입 성과에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Adoption Factors and Performance Effects of Mobile Sales Force Automation Systems)

  • This study attempts to examine the acceptance factors of mSFA systems based on the innovation diffusion and technology acceptance model, and to measure the performance effects of mSFA systems using BSC metrics. Results show that (1) the characteristics of mobility and interactivity have positive impacts on perceived usefulness, ease of use, and professional fit. But the characteristics of personal identity were not perceived as useful due to users' negative feelings about privacy infringement and surveillance. (2) Job fit has positive impacts on perceived usefulness and professional fit. (3) Perceived usefulness, ease of use, and professional fit positively influence the degree of users' dependence on mSFA systems, which have positive impacts on users' performance measured by the personal BSC metrics including perspectives of finance, customer, internal process, and learning and growth.

웹드라마 PPL 효과에 관한 연구 -웹드라마와 브랜드의 지각된 적합성과 배우 인지도와의 상호작용 효과를 중심으로 (A Study on the Effect of Web Drama PPL Advertising -Focus on Actor Awareness and Perceived Fit)

  • 본 연구에서는 웹드라마의 PPL에서 배우의 인지도가 광고효과에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 알아보고 PPL브랜드와 드라마 간 적합성의 조절효과가 있는지도 알아보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 배우의 인지도, PPL브랜드와 드라마간 적합성의 고저에 따른 처치물을 통해 실험연구를 진행하였다. 실험연구에 총 452명이 참가하였으며 이원변량분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과, 배우의 인지도는 PPL의 광고태도에 영향을 주지 않았으나 브랜드 태도에는 영향을 주었다. PPL 브랜드와 드라마 간 적합성은 PPL의 광고태도와 브랜드태도에 다 영향을 주었다. 배우 인지도와 PPL 브랜드와 드라마간 지각된 적합성의 상호작용은 광고태도에서는 유의미하게 나타났지만 브랜드 태도에서는 나타나지 않았다. 또한 PPL의 광고태도와 브랜드태도가 긍정적일수록 구매의도가 증가하였다. 본 연구는 웹드라마 PPL에서 배우 인지도와 광고효과의 관계, PPL브랜드와 드라마간 적합성의 조절효과를 알아봄으로써 웹드라마의 PPL 수익창출전략을 세우는데 기여하고자 한다.

사회복지사의 직무적합성과 조직적합성이 직무상실감에 미치는 영향 및 조직공정성의 조절효과 (The Effects of Personal Job-Organizational Fit of Social Workers on Job Loss and Moderating Effect of Perceived Organizational Justice)

  • 본 연구는 사회복지사가 지각한 개인직무적합성과 개인조직적합성이 직무상실감에 미치는 영향을 파악하는 것이며, 이러한 관계에서 조직공정성의 조절효과를 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구는 광주지역 사회복지사를 대상으로 자기보고식 설문을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 주요가설을 검증하기 위한 분석방법으로 SPSS 24.0 프로그램을 이용하여 기술통계, 상관관계분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째로, 개인직무적합성과 조직적합성 정도는 보통 보다 조금 높은 수준으로 나타났다. 조직공정성은 두 가지 하위요인으로 조사되었으며, 보상 공정성은 보통 보다는 조금 낮은 수준, 절차 공정성은 보통 보다 높은 수준으로 분석되었다. 또한 종속변수인 직무상실감 정도는 보통보다 낮은 수준으로 조사되었다. 둘째로, 사회복지사가 지각하는 개인직무적합성과 개인조직적합성은 직무상실감에 부적(-)인 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었으며 그러한 영향은 조직공정성 수준에 따라서 달라지는 것으로 나타났다.

럭셔리 패션브랜드 확장시 지각된 적합성과 브랜드 가치전이 (Perceived Fit and Brand Value Transfer in Luxury Fashion Brand Extension)

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of perceived fit and brand transfer on extension evaluation in luxury fashion brands. The instrument for this research was a self-administered questionnaire based on a previously developed scale. The variables addressed in this scale included perceived fit, brand value for both parent brand (clothing) and extension brand (home line), extension brand association, and purchase intention of the product in extension brands. The participants in this research comprised of 215 female consumers between the ages of 19 and 51 demographically distributed nationwide. Data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, paired t-test, factor analysis, and regression analysis via SPSS 12.0. Findings showed that brand value consisted of two factors: cognitive and hedonic value in luxury fashion brands. Parent brand value was significantly related to perceived fit with a positive effect on brand association and hedonic value in extension brands. With respect to brand transfer, cognitive value of the parent brand increased the extension brand's cognitive value, while hedonic value of the parent brand increased the extension brand's hedonic value. In addition, purchase intention of the product in the extension brands was determined by the perceived fit and hedonic value of extension brands. This study also discusses the managerial implications for marketers in developing effective luxury brand extensions into new product categories, which leads to a synergy effect in building brand equity in the luxury fashion market.

Effects of Green Self-Expressive Motive and Fit on Intent to Purchase Bundle Product with Green Premium

  • Purpose - This study aimed at investigating the process of inducing the effect of green self-expressive motive and the fit between green premium and product on consumer's intent to purchase the bundle product with the green premium. Research design, data, and methodology - The questionnaire for on-line survey built at Google Forms was spread out via popular social media sites. 243 responses from the on-line survey were used for testing the hypotheses. Structural equation model of Amos 21.0 was used to verify hypotheses. Results and Conclusions - Green self-expressive motive positively influenced on not only the perceived value for green premium but also attitude toward the bundle. However, the fit between green premium and product had positive impact only on the perceived value for green premium. The perceived value was proved to positively influence on the attitude toward the bundle, which in turn increased the purchase intention, even with the positive effects of the product attitude as covariate on the intention. Therefore, marketers should choose target customers who have high level of green self-expressive motive and feel the fit, and pay attention to the green premium to help the customers perceive more values for the green premium. They should develop green premium product for conducting marketing effectively.

패션기업의 지속가능경영을 위한 CSR 활동의 평가 - 지각된 적합성과 동기의 조절효과를 중심으로 - (Evaluation of corporate social responsibility activities for fashion company's sustainable management - On the moderating effects of consumers' perceived fit and motivation -)

  • The social responsibility of fashion companies has become a crucial factor considering company image and awareness. Businesses have thus increased their CSR activities. However, few studies have shown clear and consistent results regarding the effectiveness of CSR activities. Therefore, this study focuses on the evaluation of the direct effect of CSR on trust and corporate reputation including its moderation by consumer's perceived fit and motivation. A total of 284 completed questionnaires were obtained from adult consumers in the fashion market with promotional leaflets for CSR activities as stimuli. The results were as follows. First, the dimensions for CSR activities were categorized as follows: Social welfare responsibility, environment protection, economic responsibility, social regulation compliance, customer protection, and culture and arts support. Further social regulation compliance, and economic and social welfare responsibilities positively affected corporate trust and reputation. Second, the main effect of perceived CSR activities and fit on corporate trust and reputation was significant, and the interaction effects of the social welfare, environment protection, and culture and arts support of CSR activities and fit were significant. Finally, the interaction effect of perceived CSR activities and motivation on corporate trust and reputation was not significant, but the main effect was significant. Implications of how to manage and enhance the effectiveness of CSR activities are offered.

20대 여성의 실제체형, 인지체형, 신체상 지각불일치, 신체만족도가 의복 맞음새 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 정장 재킷을 중심으로 - (Effects of Real Body, Perceived Body, Self Discrepancy and Body Satisfaction on Garment Fit Satisfaction of Women in Their Twenties - Focused on Women's Jacket -)

  • This study analyzed the relationships among actual body types, perceived body types, body-image discrepancy(difference between perceived and ideal body), and body satisfaction, and their effects on jacket fit satisfaction at 17 body parts of women in their 20s. To apprehend the actual body type of subjects, total 18 items were measured according to the anthropometric method of the 6th anthropometric survey project. The relationship between body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction was correlated in all body parts. Body-image discrepancy and body satisfaction were more affected by perceived body size than actual body size. The fit satisfaction level of the jacket was found to be lower as the discrepancy between the body type and the ideal body type was recognized. As the waist girth, hip girth, armscye girth, and upper arm girth were smaller, the height was taller, bust girth and breast size were larger, these body sizes were considered as closer to the ideal body shape and the jacket fit of the area was more satisfied. When the perceived body sizes and the actual body sizes were compared, the women in their 20s tended to perceive their waist, abdomen, and hip as larger, their shoulder length and front/back interscye as longer, their breast size as smaller, and their waist height as lower than the actual size.

스마트워크를 지원하는 클라우드 컴퓨팅의 사용의도 분석 : TAM-TTF 모델 관점 (The Effect of Smart Work and Cloud Computing Fit on Intention to use Cloud Computing Based on TAM-TTF Model)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically analyze the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment. This study is meaningful in that it examines the characteristics of smart work and the fit of cloud computing characteristics, and it is a study that reveals the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing by applying the integrated model of TTF and TAM. Design/methodology/approach In order to understand the factors affecting the intention to use cloud computing in the smart work environment, a research model that integrates TTF and TAM with the hypothesis was proposed. In order to verify the research hypothesis, this study conducted a survey on individuals with experience in smart work and cloud computing. And with the data 280 collected in the survey, path analysis was performed using the PLS structural equation. Findings As a result, it was found that task characteristics and technology characteristics had a positive (+) effect on task-skill fit, and task-skill fit had a positive (+) effect on perceived ease of use and usefulness. Also, task-skill fit, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness were found to have a positive (+) effect on intention to use.

고등학교 여학생의 교복 디자인에 따른 교복 만족도 및 맞음새 연구 (A study on students' satisfaction with and perceived fit of high school girls' uniform designs)

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate students' satisfaction with, perceived ease of movement of, and perceived fit of high school girls' uniforms according to the uniform design. "P" high school, with a one-piece dress-type uniform, and "H" high school, with a two-piece type uniform, were selected for this study. Sixty-five female students from each school participated in the study. The questionnaire was composed of 21 questions about the school uniforms' purchase behavior, design, fit, ease of movement, and modification and participants' demographic information. Students from both schools were generally satisfied with the uniform design. However, in the open-ended response section, many "P" high school students responded that the fact that the one-piece dress pulled up when sitting or raising the hand made it uncomfortable. On the other hand, "H" high school students responded that the skirt was uncomfortable, because it left the body or underwear exposed when the wind blew due to the many pleats in the skirt. In the assessment of the ease of movement, "P" high school students were more likely to describe the uniform as uncomfortable than "H" high school students. Many students responded that they modified their school uniforms, and the length of the skirt and one-piece dress was the main part that was modified. This study suggests that growing female high school students are unsatisfied with the school uniforms' design and fit. Additionally, the perceived fit and satisfaction levels depend on the uniform design.

개인-직무 적합성과 직무성과의 관계에 대한 직무열의의 매개효과와 일의 의미의 조절된 매개효과 연구 (The Effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Performance : Mediating Effect of Work Engagement and Moderating Effect of Work Meaning)

  • 본 연구에서는 개인-직무 적합도가 직무성과의 미치는 영향관계와, 그 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과, 직무열의의 매개효과를 살펴보았다. 이를 위하여 기업 조직에 근무하는 304명으로부터 설문 데이터를 수집하였고, 상관관계 분석 및 회귀분석을 사용하여 분석하였다. 연구 결과, 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지된 개인-직무 적합도 간에는 유의미한 상관관계가 존재하며, 인지된 개인-직무 적합도는 직무성과를 유의하게 예측한다는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무성과의 영향도 관계에서 직무열의의 매개효과가 존재하며, 개인-직무 적합도와 직무 열의의 영향도 관계에서 일의 의미의 조절효과가 존재하였다. 본 연구는 사실적 개인-직무 적합도와 인지적 개인 -직무 적합도의 상관관계를 실증하였으며, 개인-직무 적합도는 직무열의와 같은 정서적 변인을 매개로 하여 직무성과에 영향을 미친다는 것을 밝혔다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 조직 관리자의 입장에서는 채용된 직원의 특성에 적합한 직무환경을 제공하고, 직원들이 개인-직무 적합도에 대해 어떻게 인지하는지를 관리하는 방안이 필요하며, 특히 직원들이 일을 통해 자신의 성장이 촉진되고, 공공선에 기여한다는 인식을 가질 수 있도록 지원할 필요가 있음을 시사한다.
