정보 시스템 성공 모형을 적용한 e-Book 성공 모형의 평가 (Assessing e-Book Success Model based on the Information System Success Model)

  • 최근 국내적으로 e-Book 산업에 대한 성장 전망을 실현화하기 위한 노력은 끊임없이 진보되어 왔다. e-Book의 경우 정보 시스템 영역에서 가치 시스템을 구현하고 있음에도 불구하고, e-Book을 정보 시스템 영역으로 확장하여 사용자 입장에서 성공 메커니즘을 살펴본 연구는 찾아보기 힘들다. 이에 본 연구에서는 e-Book의 성공 모형을 제안하고 평가를 수행하였다. 전체 241명의 e-Book 사용자들로부터 자료를 수집하여 구조방정식 모형을 통해 검증하였다. 그 결과 모든 구성개념들의 관계가 유의적으로 도출됨으로써 e-Book의 연구 영역을 정보 시스템 연구 영역으로 확장할 수 있는 이론적 토대를 마련하였다. 아울러 경로별 멀티그룹 구조모형 분석을 통해 개인의 지각된 효용 차이에 따라 e-Book의 성공 요소들이 서로 상이하게 영향력을 행사함을 밝힘으로써 e-Book 시장을 활성화 할 수 있는 실무적인 시사점을 논의하였다.

소비자의 예기된 죄책감이 녹색소비의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구: 80년대 이후 출생한 중국 소비자들을 중심으로 (The Effect of Consumers' Anticipated Guilt on Green Consumption Intention: Focused on the Post-1980s Generation of China)

  • 본 연구는 소비 트렌드를 선도하는 80년대 이후 출생한 젊은 층을 중심으로 소비자의 예기된 죄책감이 녹색소비의도에 미치는 영향을 지각된 효과성을 매개효과로 검증하였다. AMOS에 의한 가설점증 결과, 예기된 죄책감은 녹색소비의도와 지각된 효과성에 모두 정(+)의 영향을 미치며, 지각된 효과성은 녹색소비의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치고, 지각된 효과성은 예기된 죄책감과 녹색소비의도 간에 부분적인 매개역할을 하는 것으로 검증되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 죄책감이라는 친사회적 특징을 지닌 부정적 정서가 녹색소비의도에 미치는 영향을 분석하여 녹색소비를 유도하기 위한 이론적 근거와 정책적 시사점을 제시하였다. 본 연구는 이론적 및 실무적으로 기여하는 바가 있음에도 불구하고 일부 한계점이 존재한다.

패션상품 구매의사 결정과정에서의 상품유형별 채널평가가 멀티채널 이용도에 미치는 영향 (Influences of channel assessment on the usage levels of multi-channels by product category in decision making process for purchasing fashion products)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the influences of channel assessments on the usage of multi-channels by product types, and the differences in the usage of multi-channels among product types in buying decision making process for fashion products. Data were collected from 510 consumers in their 20s to 50s with purchasing experiences through multi-channel distribution system and living in Seoul and Kyunggi province; 491 were analyzed after deleting incomplete questionnaires. Factor analysis, multiple regression analysis and one-way ANOVA were used for statistical analysis by using SPSS 18.0. The results were as follows: 5 factors were extracted for channel assessment: utility, accuracy, risk, price benefit and sharing information. Price benefits, utility and sharing information for online channel tended to influence positively on the usage of online channel and online+offline channels. Accuracy and low perceived risk of offline influenced positively on offline and on+offline channel usages. The usage levels of on-line and off-line channels for cosmetics were significantly lower than the usage levels for clothes and accessories on information search, evaluation of alternatives, and purchase stages. Significant differences were also found in the usage levels of multi-channels (on+off-line) on information search and evaluation of alternatives stages. The usage levels of the multi-channels for clothes were the highest followed by those of accessories and cosmetics in order.

과학고등학교 학생들의 수학불안감소와 수학성취도 향상을 위한 인지/행동 훈련의 효과

  • 'I'his study investigated students' attitude toward mathematics. and how behavior/cognitive training affects level of math anxietv and level of math achievement. Subjects were all the freshmen attending Taejon Science High School, and they were given Mathematics Attitudes Scale and Attributional Style Questionnaire prior to and post training sessions. Twenty out of 84 freshmen voluntarily participated in nine sessions of training program. Participants were asked to do self-evaluation. Math achievement was measured prior to and post training. and was compared between two groups. Training program utilized behavior/cognitive approach. such as understanding one's feeling through muscle relaxation, breathing and meditation; modifying negative attributional style; imitating effective cognitive strategies for math problem solving, and so on. 'I'he result shows that students' math confidence in general was relatively low out of expectation, a nd they perceived teachers not supporting their math abilities :IS much as expected. On the other hand, students in general had strong math achievelment needs, and considered math utility very high. Sex difference was seen in the attitude toward female math abilities, to result that female students had more positive perception than male students. Female students of 'I'aejon Science High School seem free from conventional idea about female abilities including theirs. Participants' ~attitude change was compared with non-participants. and participants showed statistically significant change in their math confidence, and also in their math achievement. Participants had much higher math confidence and ~achievement than non-participants. And, they showed increased level of perceiving teachers' expectation. more realistic in needs, and more involvement in math. Math achievement was found positively related to math confidence, and participants' math achievement change was explained by their belief in math utility. Not only training program effect hut also participants' voluntary involvement and teacher\ulcorner' support of the program and participation seem to increase their math achievement. Based upon the result of study it was suggested that behavior-/cognitive training program be provided along with academic curricula for gifted students of Korea to help their emotional and psychological development enhance the efficacy of their cognitive learning.

아파트 로열층에 대한 선호도 변화 및 인식 특성에 대한 연구 - 서울 잠실재건축단지 거주자 및 부동산중개업자 설문조사를 중심으로 - (Resident Preference Trends and Perceptions Regarding Royal Floors in High-rise Housing - Questionnaire Survey from Residents and Realtors of One through Four of the Jamshil Redeveloped Apartment Complexes -)

  • Although the term royal floors is broadly used in high-rise housing, it is hard to find any clear scholarly definition of this term or any in-depth study exploring people's perceptions of it. This study reviewed ongoing discussions about concepts and definitions regarding royal floors, collected opinions from high-rise housing residents and realtors about the term, and compared the opinions of these two groups. First, the statistically analyzed results verified five main factors affecting people's perceptions of royal floors: locational characteristics (i.e., daylight, view, orientation), 2) price characteristics (i.e., premium, price increase level, number of houses on urgent sale), 3) best location of apartment building (i.e., location within a neighborhood, unit size), 4) architectural characteristics of apartment complex (i.e., size of complex, housing type, size options of units), and 5) personal characteristics of respondents (i.e., personal concepts of the meaning of housing, lifestyles). Results from the analysis showed that realtors perceived strong relationships between royal floors and 1) locational and 2) price characteristic factors, while residents perceived strong relationships between royal floors and personal preference as well as three factors from the five identified above: 1) locational, 2) price, and 4) architectural characteristics. Third, in defining royal floors in a building, the past rule of 1/4 is no longer effective. Instead, the rule of 1/n has become more prevalent (i.e., 1/6 to 1/8). Fourth, royal floors can be defined as the 15th to 25th floors in a 30-story high-rise housing structure based on the agreement of 50% of residents and 70% of realtors.

  • 우리나라의 주택용 전력요금체계는 전력 사용량이 증가함에 따라 가격이 상승하는 구간별 가격체계의 특징을 보이고 있다. 우리나라의 현행 요금체계는 선진국의 경우보다 과도한 누진체계를 갖고 있어, 누진제 완화에 대한 논의가 이어져오고 있다. 기존 국내의 주택용 전력수요함수 추정에 대한 연구는 구간별 가격체계 하에서 주택용 전력수요함수를 추정함에 있어 소비자의 예산제약선이 선형이 아닌 굴절되는 형태를 갖게 된다는 점, 구간별 가격체계 하에서 소비자가 인식하는 가격이 과연 경제학 이론대로 한계가격인가에 관한 점, 가격변수의 내생성에 대한 문제 등을 충분히 고려하고 있지 않은 경우가 많다. 이에 본 연구는 주택용 전력수요함수를 올바르게 추정하여 그 결과를 바탕으로 누진제 완화에 대한 시나리오 분석을 수행하고자 한다.

정보보호 관점에서의 오픈뱅킹 수용도에 대한 영향요인 (Factors to Affect Acceptance of Open Banking from Information Security Perspectives)

  • Joint financial network of Korea Financial Telecommunications and Clearings Institute, which is an essential facility with a natural monopoly, maintained its closedness as monopoly/public utility model, but it has evolved in the form of open banking in order to obtain domestic fintech competitiveness in the rapidly changing digital financial ecosystem such as the acceleration of Big Blur. In accordance with digital transformation strategy of financial institutions, various ICT companies are actively participating in the financial industries, which has been exclusive to banks, through the link technology called Open API. For this reason, there has been a significant change in the financial service supply chain in which ICT companies participate as users. The level of security in the financial service supply chain is determined based on the weakest part of the individual components according to the law of minimum. In addition, there is a perceived risk of personal information and financial information leakage among the main factors that affect users' intention to accept services, and appropriate protective measures against perceived security risks can be a catalyst, which increases the acceptance of open banking. Therefore, this is a study on factors affecting the introduction of open banking to achieve financial innovation by developing an open banking security control model for financial institutions, as a protective measures to user organizations, from the perspectives of cyber financial security and customer information protection, respectively, and surveying financial security experts. It is expected, from this study, that effective information protection measures will be derived to protect the rights and interests of financial customers and will help promote open banking.

인공지능 기반 제품 수용 정도에 인공지능 속성이 미치는 영향 연구 (An Influence of Artificial Intelligence Attributes on the Adoption Level of Artificial Intelligence-Enabled Products)

  • 최근 인공지능(AI) 기술의 신장을 바탕으로 스마트폰, 스마트 스피커, 챗봇 등과 같은 AI 기반 제품(AI-Enabled Products)의 출시가 점차 증가하고 있다. 이에 따라 AI 기반 제품이 지닌 편익을 중심으로 소비자의 수용의도를 밝히고자 하는 많은 연구가 진행되고 있지만, AI 기반 제품이 지닌 특징을 고려하여 속성을 분류하여 각 속성에 대한 소비자의 지각된 효용 가치에 대해서는 연구가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 본 연구는 DeLone과 McLean의 IS Success Model을 바탕으로 AI 제품 속성을 AI 속성과 Non-AI 속성으로 구분하고, 컨조인트 분석을 통해 각 속성이 지닌 효용 가치를 기반으로 제품 개발의 방향성을 제안하고자 한다. 또한, AI 제품의 수용 시점에 따른 AI 제품 속성의 상대적 중요도에 차이가 나타나는지 살펴보고자 한다. 더 나아가 컨조인트 분석을 통해 도출된 각 응답자의 효용 가치를 기반으로 군집 분석을 통해 시장을 세분화하고, 각 세분시장을 구성하고 있는 소비자들의 특징과 니즈를 이해하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 AI 기반 제품의 특성과 속성에 대한 개념적으로 구조화된 틀을 제시하는 이론적 시사점과 각 세분시장에 따라 최적화된 AI 제품 개발 방향을 제안한다는 실무적 시사점을 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

컨조인트 분석을 활용한 양식장 HACCP 인증 선호도 분석 (Consumer's Preferences for Fish Farm HACCP Certification : An Application of Conjoint Analysis)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze consumer preference for fish farm HACCP certification using conjoint analysis. This study used raw flatfish product to evaluate the fish farm HACCP. In this study, 500 consumers were surveyed using panel survey and stratified sampling. In the recognition analysis, the farm HACCP certification system was found to be highly recognized by consumers. It can be seen that the brand assets accumulated by existing food and agricultural HACCP certification were transfered to the fish farm HACCP and absorbed. Consumers perceived fish farm HACCP certification as similar one with existing food and agricultural HACCP. Conjoint analysis evaluated three levels factors. The attributes and levels evaluated were : price(25,800 won, 28,400 won, 31,000 won), certification(fish farm HACCP, seafood traceability, and non certified), and origin(domestic, JEJU, and WANDO). The important levels were in order of price(40.8%), certification(30.2%) and origin(29.0%). We found that consumers give higher utility to fish farm HACCP certification compared with non certified and seafood traceability certification. Market simulation results showed that the fish farm HACCP product has 12%p higher market share than non certified products. Seafood traceability certification showed 4.6%p higher market share than non certified products.

한국형 오픈하우징 시스템 개발을 위한 우리나라의 주생활 행태에 관한 연구(I) - 3침실형 30평형대를 대상으로 - (The Behaviors of Spatial Usages in Korean Apartment for Development of Open Housing System(I) - with special reference to 30s pyong apartment with 3 bed rooms -)

  • The purpose of this study was to explore behaviors of spatial usages such as patterns of spatial usages, perception on residential spaces, and furniture arrangement. A questionnaire survey and interview were adopted in this study, and 146 residents living in apartment with 3 bedrooms, stairway access, and 3-bay style in the City of Gwangju. The major findings of this study were that 1) dining-kitchen (DK) was conceived and used as a space not only for dining but also family gathering and guest reception. Dining table without refrigerator was frequently found in furniture arrangement of DK, and refrigerator has been relocated in utility room facing DK. The results imply the need for social interaction that has been growing. Anbang (master bedroom) has been perceived and used as couples' private area, aside from the traditional function of family interaction. A coordination of both bed and wardrobe out of different furniture arrangements was popular in anbang. Living room was used as a multi-purpose room carrying out various activities such as family gathering, guest reception, and housekeeping. Sofa and cabinet were the most common furniture arrangement in living room. The research results are a basis for development residential open housing system.
