Widget 인터페이스 영향요인 분석 : 속성을 고려한 확장된 기술수용모형 (An Empirical Analysis of Influential Factors for Widget Interface : Extended TAM Including Attributes)

  • Widget은 Web 2.0 및 모바일 컨버젼스 패러다임을 주도하는 차세대 지능형 플랫폼으로 평가 받고 있다. 향후 이러한 widget의 발전을 예상할 때, 현재 사용자들의 인식에 대한 분석은 앞으로 widget의 방향성을 결정하는데 무엇보다 필요할 것이다. 따라서 본 연구의 목적은 widget의 사용에 영향을 주는 인터페이스 요인을 규명하여 인터페이스 요인에 따른 widget의 사용의도를 설명함으로써 widget 활성화를 위한 전략적 방안을 모색하는 것이다. 분석 결과 일관성, 직관성, 최소한의 조작, 개인화가 인지된 용이성에 정의 영향을 주며, 개인화와 시각적 매력은 인지된 즐거움에 영향을 줌을 확인하였다. 또한 인지된 용이성은 인지된 즐거움에 영향을 주며, 인지된 즐거움은 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 주었다. 그러나 인지된 용이성이 사용의도에 직접적인 영향을 준다는 가설은 기각되었다.

과학영재교육에서 비유 만들기 활동의 활용에 대한 초등학교 교사들의 인식 (Perceptions of Elementary School Teachers on the Use of Analogy Generation in Scientifically-gifted Education)

  • In this study, we investigated the perceptions of elementary school teachers on the use of analogy generation in scientifically-gifted education. The relationships among the perceptions and the self-perception as teacher for scientifically-gifted students were also investigated. A survey was administered to 119 elementary school teachers, and in-depth interviews with some teachers were conducted. The results revealed that the teachers had a relatively good understanding of the advantages/disadvantages of analogy generation in cognitive, affective, and learning environmental aspects. Their perceptions on the usability of analogy generation and their willingness to practice of it in scientifically-gifted education was also positive. They highly perceived on the various factors related to effective uses of it in scientifically-gifted education. Their self-perception as teacher for scientifically-gifted students was comparatively low, and significantly related with the perceptions on the advantages of it, the usability, the practical methods to use, and the various factors related to effective uses in scientifically-gifted education. Educational implications of these findings are discussed.

Preliminary Results-Nature as Metaphor : Innovative Visualization of Accounting Information with Lotus Plants

  • Learning accounting has always been a challenge for non-accounting students and managers. Understanding accounting information requires more than a numerical description of financial and income statements. Current accounting practice presents accounting reports in the form of tables with values or in two or three dimensional graphs generated by a spread sheet program. The present study proposes an alternative visualization with metaphor from nature as a learning device for novice users and managers. After surveying various kinds of plants, the lotus flower was chosen as an attractive analogy because every part of the plant from leaves to roots is usable and can have economic value. Moreover, lotus flowers, whether man-made or natural, can easily be part of a familiar, natural ecology representing both beauty and serenity. Results from online survey respondents (n = 220) showed that there was no significant difference on overall usability of the Lotus visualization between expert users and novice users. However, verbally-oriented users differed Significantly from visually-oriented users in their usability assessment, perceived usefulness, and intention to use the Lotus visualization.

대학 e포트폴리오 성공모형의 검증에 관한 연구 (A Study of Verifying e-Portfolio System Success Model in a College Education)

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to empirically verify an ePortfolio success model which shows the structural causal relationships among the basic modeling constructs. We developed the success model based on DeLone and Mclean(2003) from IS perspective and on Balaban et al(2013) from ePortfolio perspective. And we are focused on the success of ePortfolio system designed for college students and professors. Design/methodology/approach Structural equation modeling techniques were applied to data collected 375 users of the ePortfolio system, K-Folio, at least one semester during one academic year. The structural model was analyzed using a Lisrel 8.54 statistical program. Findings The followings are the findings of the study. First, the constructs of IS success model are well applied to ePortfolio for college education. Second, the proposed model which has direct causal relationships from ePortfolio's quality to performance is more significant than the D&M and Balaban's model(2013). Third, the information quality among ePortfolio quality constructs does not have effect on system usability and performance. It means that information contents' quality issued by professor or system manager is not satisfied with the students yet. Finally, by using indirect analysis of structural equation model, we found that the ePortfolio operation manager should focus on ensuring system maintenance activities and providing fast and accurate services for improving ePortfolio performance.

가상모델하우스의 유형에 따른 사용자 평가에 관한 연구 (A Study on the User's Evaluation for the Visual Types of Virtual Model House)

  • In Korea, the construction company has provided houses through apartment sales system. Residents have obtained a variety of information about their future house by visiting a sample house called "the model house" before they purchase home. Advanced technology such as web-based VOD or Virtual Model in recent years has gradually replaced those built environment. In 2009, the Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs announced the restraint to the construction of sample houses. Instead, they highly recommended a Virtual Model House as an alternative solution. This study aimed to propose how to design the user-oriented virtual model house through the experiment and survey research. The 3D virtual model house of 85m$^2$ apartment was built and presented by two types (Type A: Bird's Eye View, Type B: Walk through View) on the web page. The subjects evaluated presence, spatial perception and cognition, and usability of each type after exploring them. The results are as follows. (1) The subjects' evaluation of presence showed Type B has more negative effects than Type A such as feeling dizzy or tired even if their values were not so high. (2) The subjects perceived and cognized both types of virtual model house more realistic for the expression of volume of space, the size of opening, and the arrangement of furniture than that of wall finishes and materials. (3) The usability of Type A was significantly higher than that of Type B.

360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on The Effect of 360 Product Photography Characteristics and Internal Innovation on Intention to Continuous Use)

  • 360 제품 사진은 실사를 기반으로 하는 VR 제작 방식의 하나로 피사체를 다각도에서 관찰할 수 있는 실감 미디어 기술 중 하나이다. 본 연구는 기술수용모델을 통하여 360 제품 사진의 특성과 내적혁신성이 지속이용의도에 미치는 효과를 살펴보았다. 온라인 설문조사 결과, 360 제품 사진의 특성인 정보성은 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성에 모두 영향을 미치고 있는 반면, 신뢰성과 오락성은 지각된 유용성에만 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 내적혁신성은 지각된 용이성에 영향을 미치고 있었지만 지각된 유용성에는 영향을 미치지 않았다. 매개변인인 지각된 용이성과 지각된 유용성은 모두 지속이용의도에 정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과는 아직까지 미흡한 360 제품 사진 관련 분야에 다양한 연구를 위한 참고자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다. 더불어, 360 제품 사진의 실무 제작에 전략적인 시사점을 제공할 수 있다.

공공기관 근무자의 스마트 모바일기기 사용과 업무성과의 관계에 관한 연구: TAM 모형을 활용한 업무성과와의 관계 검증을 중심으로 (A Study on the Relationship Between Smart Mobile Devices Use and Work Performances of Public Agencies: Focused on verification of the relationship between performances using TAM)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 모바일 기기를 업무에 활용하는 공공기관 근로자 집단을 대상으로 사용자의 사용자요인과 수용요인이 업무성과에 미치는 영향을 검증하고, 스마트 모바일 기기 활용과 업무성과의 긍정적 관계를 확인함으로써 스마트 모바일 기기의 직무적합성을 향상하기 위한 전략적 제언을 하는 것을 목적으로 수행되었다. 연구결과, 스마트 모바일 기기의 수용자 혁신성은 인지된 유용성에 B=.296, p=.000, 사용용이성에 B=.326, P=.000의 영향을 미치고, 직무적합성은 인지된 유용성에 B=.261, p=.001의 영향을 미치고 있었으며, 인지된 유용성 및 인지된 사용용이성은 각각 B=.382, 488, p=.000으로, 업무성과를 긍정적으로 개선하고 있었다. 또한 이러한 관계를 인지된 유용성과 사용용이성이 매개하고 있음을 결론적으로 확인할 수 있었다.

기술 융합형 웹툰 이용자의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들에 대한 연구 (A Study on the Factors Affecting the Usage Intention of the Technology Convergence Webtoon User)

  • 본 연구는 기술 융합형 웹툰 이용자의 수용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 알아보기 위해 확장된 기술수용 모델을 통해 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구를 위해 기술 융합형 웹툰 이용 경험이 있는 설문 응답자 114명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였다. 이후, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하여 변인 간 관계를 분석하였다. 총 13개의 가설, 1개의 연구문제를 설정하여 연구를 진행하였다. 연구 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 실재감의 하위 요인인 상호작용성, 몰입은 인지된 유용성에 정적인 영향을 미쳤다. 둘째, 인지된 유용성은 기술 융합형 웹툰 이용 의도에 정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 기술 융합형 GUI 척도를 탐색적 요인분석한 결과 하위 요인으로 효율성, 간결성, 일관성이 추출되었다. 마지막으로 실재감의 하위 요인인 시각적 생동김은 인지된 용이성에 유의미한 영향을 주는 것으로 확인되었다. 이 같은 연구 결과는 기존의 멀티미디어 기술적 요소만을 검증하는 연구가 아닌, 인간의 감정이나 심리적 요인을 통해 기술 융합형 웹툰의 이용의도에 영향을 미치는 변수를 파악하였다는 점에서 학술적 의의를 찾을 수 있다.

e-Learning 서비스 이용자의 수용요인에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Factors for Acceptance of e-Learning Service Users)

  • As the development of information technology, the biggest change in educational paradigm is apparent in the shift that the emphasis of education is layed on from teachers to learners. E-learning education service through the internet is less restricted in the respect of time and places in comparison with off-line education. Therefore e-Learning is spreaded rapidly and the educational effectiveness of that is needed to be investigated. In this study theoretical research was performed firstly and framework of the study was constructed. After establishment of hypotheses the survey data were collected by the learners of e-Learning and the hypotheses were verified by the SPSS version 12.0. The results are as follows : First, the quality of e-Learning service influences significantly to the technology acceptance of users. Secondly, perceived usability and perceived easiness of technology acceptance model influences significantly to the intention of reuse of users of e-Learning services. Lastly, the playfulness of the Flow theory influences significantly to the intention of reuse of users of e-Learning services. Although there are some limitations in the respect of the numbers of variables, parameters, or samples, this study will contribute for enhancing the effectiveness of education in e-Learning service by providing the acceptance factors of e-learners.

Job Training and Safety Education for Modular Construction using Virtual Reality

  • This study investigates the virtual reality (VR) simulation to train construction workers for modular construction. Recently, the construction industry has been experiencing a growing demand for modular construction due to a shortage of labors and an increasing social need for safety. While the demand for modular construction has been increasing, construction labors suffer a basic knowledge regarding modular construction. The users of the simulation, developed by Unity program and Oculus Quest 2, experience the removal of hazardous elements at the location whether the modular unit suspended by a crane is lowered, the lowering and assembly of units through crane operation, and the fall from the roof which is the most frequent accidents in modular construction. The simulation was tested by 15 subjects. The effectiveness of the education was measured through a survey on self-efficacy, perceived usefulness, usability, and presence. It was found that the VR training is suitable for educating on the modular construction activities and safety issues related to them. This study also found that perceived usefulness is the factor that has the greatest impact on self-efficacy. This study can contribute to resolving the labor education issues for the deployment of modular construction.
