In middle- and long-distance imaging systems, due to the atmospheric turbulence caused by temperature, wind speed, humidity, and so on, light waves propagating in the air are distorted, resulting in image-quality degradation such as geometric deformation and fuzziness. In remote sensing, astronomical observation, and traffic monitoring, image information loss due to degradation causes huge losses, so effective restoration of degraded images is very important. To restore images degraded by atmospheric turbulence, an image-restoration method based on improved compound multibranch feature fusion (CMFNetPro) was proposed. Based on the CMFNet network, an efficient channel-attention mechanism was used to replace the channel-attention mechanism to improve image quality and network efficiency. In the experiment, two-dimensional random distortion vector fields were used to construct two turbulent datasets with different degrees of distortion, based on the Google Landmarks Dataset v2 dataset. The experimental results showed that compared to the CMFNet, DeblurGAN-v2, and MIMO-UNet models, the proposed CMFNetPro network achieves better performance in both quality and training cost of turbulent-image restoration. In the mixed training, CMFNetPro was 1.2391 dB (weak turbulence), 0.8602 dB (strong turbulence) respectively higher in terms of peak signal-to-noise ratio and 0.0015 (weak turbulence), 0.0136 (strong turbulence) respectively higher in terms of structure similarity compared to CMFNet. CMFNetPro was 14.4 hours faster compared to the CMFNet. This provides a feasible scheme for turbulent-image restoration based on deep learning.

The presence of process related impurities in any drug or the drug product was associated with its safety, stability and efficacy. The overall literature survey proved that there is no method published on the assessment of process related impurities in brigatinib. In this study, a simple, reliable and stable HPLC qualitative method was reported for quantification of process related impurities with easy and quick extraction procedure. The impurities along with standard brigatinib was resolved on Lichrospher® C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm; 5 ㎛ particle size) column in room temperature using methanol, acetonitrile, pH 4.5 phosphate buffer in 55:25:20 (v/v) at 1.0 mL/min as mobile phase and UV detection at 261 nm. The method produces well resolved peaks at retention time of 4.60 min, 12.28 min, 3.37 min, 7.34 min and 8.39 min respectively for brigatinib, impurity A, B, C and D. The method produces a very sensitive detection limit of 0.0065 ㎍/mL, 0.0068 ㎍/mL, 0.0053 ㎍/mL and 0.0058 ㎍/mL for impurity A, B, C and D respectively with calibration curve linear in the concentration range of 22.5-135 ㎍/mL for brigatinib and 0.0225-0.135 ㎍/mL for impurities. The method produces all the validation parameters under the acceptable level and doesn't produces any considerable changes in peak area response while minor changes in the developed method conditions. The method can effectively resolve the unknown stress degradation products along with known impurities with less % degradation. The method can efficiently resolve and quantify the impurities in formulation and hence can suitable for the routine quality analysis of brigatinib in raw material and formulation.

Deformed fuel rods can cause a partial blockage of the flow area in a subchannel. Such flow blockage will influence the core coolant flow and further the core heat transfer during the reflooding phase and subsequent severe accidents. Nevertheless, most of the system analysis codes simulate the accident process based on the assumed flow blockage ratio, resulting in inconsistencies between simulated results and actual conditions. This paper aims to study the influence of flow blockage in severe accident scenario of the CAP1400 reactor. First, the flow blockage model of ISAA code is improved based on the FRTMB module. Then, the ISAA-FRTMB coupling system is adopted to model and calculate the QUENCH-LOCA-0 experiment. The correctness and validity of the flow blockage model are verified by comparing the peak cladding temperature. Finally, the DVI Line-SBLOCA accident is induced to analyze the influence of flow blockage on subsequent CAP1400 reactor core heat transfer and core degradation. From the results of the DVI Line-SBLOCA accident analysis, it can be concluded that the blockage ratio is in the range of 40%-60%, and the position of severe blockage is the same as that of cladding rupture. The blockage reduces the circulation area of the core coolant, which in turn impacts the heat exchange between the core and the coolant, leading to the early failure and collapse of some core assemblies and accelerating the core degradation process.
ABS/silicate composites with different clay types and compositions were prepared by in situ emulsion polymerization. The chemical structure of ABS was confirmed by the change of C-H stretching peak(near 3000 $cm^{-1}$) in fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR) spectrum. The thermal properties of the ABS/silicate composites were investigated by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC) and thermogravimetric analyzer(TGA). There was no distinct change in glass transition temperature of the ABS/silicate composites with different clay types. TGA curve indicates a dramatic increase in degradation temperature in case of ABS/20A composite with 3 wt% 20A. The silicate dispersion in the composites was measured by X-ray diffraction(XRD). The silicate dispersion in ABS/20A composites depended on the 20A composition. XRD results showed that the diffraction peak of the ABS/20A composite appeared when the content of 20A was higher than 5 wt%.

Metal-ferroelectric-insulator- semiconductor(MFTS) devices by using rapid thermal annealed (RTA) LiNbO$_3$/AIN/Si(100) structures were successfully fabricated and demonstrated nonvolatile memory operations. Metal-insulator-semiconductor(MIS) C-V properties with high dielectric AIN thin films showed no hysteresis and good interface properties. The dielectric constant of the AIN film calculated from the capacitance at the accumulation region in the capacitance-voltage(C-V) characteristics was about 8. The C-V characteristics of MFIS capacitor showed a hysteresis loop due to the ferroelectric nature of the LiNbO$_3$ thin films. Typical dielectric constant value of LiNbO$_3$ film of MFIS device was about 23. The memory window width was about 1.2 V at the gate voltage of $\pm$5 V ranges. Typical gate leakage current density of the MFIS structure was the order of 10$^{-9}$ A/$\textrm{cm}^2$ at the range of within $\pm$500 kV/cm. The ferroelectric capacitors showed no polarization degradation up to about 10$^{11}$ switching cycles when subjected to symmetric bipolar voltage pulse(peak-to-peak 8 V, 50 % duty cycle) in the 500 kHz.
The stability of triamcinolone in three kinds of oral liquid syrups at 4 and $25^{\circ}C$ was studied for 21 days. Twenty tablets of 4 mg triamcinolone were mixed with 100 mL of each oral liquid syrup, which is Levotuss$^{(R)}$Syrup (levodropropizine 6 mg/mL), Ucerax$^{(R)}$Syrup (hydroxyzine 2 mg/mL), and Xyzal$^{(R)}$Liquid (levocetirizine 0.5 mg/mL). The chromatographic analysis after deliberate degradation showed no evidence of any breakdown product likely to interfere with the chromatographic peak of the parent substance. The relationship between triamcinolone concentrations and peak areas was linear from 50 to 1000 ${\mu}g/mL$ ($r^2$ = 0.9998). The analysis method was precise, with coefficients of variation no greater than 5.4%. Triamcinolone was stable for up to 14 and 21 days in Levotuss$^{(R)}$Syrup at 25 and $4^{\circ}C$, respectively; in Ucerax$^{(R)}$Syrup and Xyzal$^{(R)}$Syrup, it was stable for at least 21 days at both temperatures. The percentages of initial triamcinolone concentration remaining after 21 days were $72.3{\pm}3.2$ and $94.9{\pm}6.0%$ and $93.2{\pm}4.9$ and $92.4{\pm}5.7%$, and $92.6{\pm}1.2$ and $92.7{\pm}2.2%$ in Levotuss$^{(R)}$Syrup, Ucerax$^{(R)}$Syrup, and Xyzal$^{(R)}$Syrup at 25 and $4^{\circ}C$, respectively. The pH variations of all test solutions were within 0.8. Based on the results, it was concluded that triamcinolone in three oral liquid syrups which are Levotuss$^{(R)}$syrup, Ucerax$^{(R)}$syrup and Xyzal$^{(R)}$syrup was chemically and physically stable in both states of refrigeration and room temperature for at least 14 days.

In this paper, we propose a new detection method called dual-cell combining (DCC) detection for the acquisition in time of spread spectrum codes in the presence of residual frequency offset (RFO). When the RFO exists, the correlation peak used for detection during the acquisition process is split into two neighboring peaks with smaller amplitudes, resulting in considerable degradation in the overall acquisition performance of conventional methods. In the DCC detection method, the decision variable for detection is formed by combining two consecutive correlator outputs so that the influence of the reduction in the correlation peak due to the RFO can be alleviated. Numerical results show that the DCC detection method can offer better mean-time-to-synchrouization performance than the conventional method based on the cell-by-cell detection.

In this paper, we propose a Single Carrier Frequency Division Multiple Access(SC-FDMA) scheme with greatly enhanced tolerance of timing offset among the users. The type of the proposed scheme is similar to code spread Multiple Carrier Direct Spread Code Division Multiple Access(MC DS CDMA). The proposed scheme performs partial Discrete Fourier Transform(DFT) in order to solve high Peak to Average Power Ratio(PAPR) of the MC DS CDMA before Inverse Fast Fourier Transform(IFFT). Exploiting the property Properly Scrambled Walsh-Hadamard(PSW) code has zero correlation despite ${\pm}1$ chip timing offset, the proposed scheme achieves Multiple Access Interference free performance with the timing offset up to ${\pm}1$ OFDM symbol duration with low PAPR. In contrast, the other existing schemes in comparison undergo severe performance degradation even with small timing offset in multipath fading channel.

In image signal processing, image signal is corrupted by various noises and caused the degradation phenomenon. And Images often corrupted by AWGN(additive white gaussian noise) and impulse noise which called mixed noise. In this paper, the algorithm is proposed to remove mixed noise while keeping edge information. The proposed algorithm first classifies the noise type, if the classify result is AWGN, then the mean of the output after using self-adaptive weighted mean filter and median value will be the outfiltering value. And if the noise type is impulse noise, then the noise is removed by a modified nonlinear filter. Also we compare existing methods through the simulation and using PSNR(peak signal to noise ratio) as the standard of judgement of improvement effect. The result of computer simulation on test images indicates that the proposed method is superior to traditional filtering algorithms.

Electroluminescent(EL) devices based on organic thin films have attracted lots of interests in large-area light-emitting display. One of the problems of such device is a lifetime, where a degradation of the cell is possibly due to an organic layer's thickness, morphology and interface with electrode. In this study, light-emitting organic electroluminescent devices were fabricated using Alq$_3$(8-hydroxyquinolinate aluminum) and TPD(N,N'-diphenyl-N,N'-bis(3-methylphenyl)-[1-1'-biphenyl]-4,4'-diamine).Where Alq$_3$ is an electron-transport and emissive layer, TPD is a hole-transport layer. The cell structure is ITO/TPD/Alq$_3$/Al and the cell is fabricated by vacuum evaporation method. In a measurement of current-voltage characteristics, we obtained a turn-on voltage at about 9 V. And we used other buffer layer of PPy(Polypyrrole) with ITO/PPy/TPD/Alq$_3$/Al structure. We observed a surface morphology by AFM(Atomic Force Microscopy), UV/visible absorption spectrum, and PL(Photoluminescence) spectrum. We obtained the UV/visible absorption peak at 358nm in TPD and at 359nm in Alq$_3$, and at 225nm and the PL peaks at 410nm in TPD and at 510nm in Alq$_3$ and at 350nm. We also studied EL spectrum in the cell structure of ITO/TPD/Alq$_3$/Al and ITO/PPy/TPD/Alq$_3$/Al and we observed the EL spectrum peak at 510nm from our cell
