Deep Q 학습 기반의 다중경로 시스템 경로 선택 알고리즘 (Path selection algorithm for multi-path system based on deep Q learning)

  • 다중경로 시스템은 유선망, LTE망, 위성망 등 다양한 망을 동시에 활용하여 데이터를 전송하는 시스템으로, 통신망의 전송속도, 신뢰도, 보안성 등을 높이기 위해 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 이 시스템에서 각 망의 지연시간을 보상으로 하는 강화학습 기반 경로 선택 방안을 제안하고자 한다. 기존의 강화학습 모델과는 다르게, deep Q 학습을 이용하여 망의 변화하는 환경에 즉각적으로 대응하도록 알고리즘을 설계하였다. 네트워크 환경에서는 보상 정보를 일정 지연시간이 지나야 얻을 수 있으므로 이를 보정하는 방안 또한 함께 제안하였다. 성능을 평가하기 위해, 분산 데이터베이스와 텐서플로우 모듈 등을 포함한 테스트베드 학습 서버를 개발하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 제안 알고리즘이 RTT 감소 측면에서 최저 지연시간을 선택하는 방안보다 20% 가량 좋은 성능을 가지는 것을 확인하였다.

  • This paper studies the problem of inverting minimal path sets to obtain minimal cut sets for complex system. We describe efficiency of inversion algorithm by the use of boolean algebra and we develop inclusion-exclusion algorithm and pivotal decomposition algorithm for reliability calculation of complex system. Several examples are illustrated and the computation speeds between the two algorithms are undertaken.

  • Determination of sample sizes and the inspection intervals for degradation tests is considered. The cases of degradation rate model and degradation path model are analyzed with some examples. Tightened critical value tests are also considered that are shown to be advantageous over non-tightened ones.

무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 QoS 보장 라우팅 (QoS-guaranteed Routing for Wireless Sensor Networks)

  • 무선 센서 네트워크는 응용에 따라 실시간 전송, 전송 보장 등의 QoS 요구 사항들을 필요로 한다. 동시에 무선 센서 네트워크의 에너지 제약을 감안한 에너지 효율성도 만족 시켜줘야 한다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 요구 사항들을 만족 시켜줄 수 있는 무선 센서 네트워크를 위한 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안한다. 제안 알고리즘은 주변 노드의 정보만을 바탕으로 싱크 노드까지의 에너지 비용, 지연 시간, 신뢰성을 추정한다. 이 추정을 기반으로 경로를 선택하는 확률을 계산한다. 노드에서 패킷을 전송할 때 계산된 확률에 의해 다음 노드를 선택한다. 선택 확률은 싱크까지의 경로에 소모되는 에너지 비용과 반비례하도록 계산되기 때문에 에너지 비용이 적은 경로일수록 더 자주 선택된다. 실시간 전송을 위해서 제안 알고리즘은 패킷이 제 시간에 싱크까지 갈 수 있는 경로들 중에 선택된다. 신뢰성 있는 전송을 위해서는 노드가 패킷의 소스일 경우 추가 패킷을 다른 경로로 보내도록 할 수 있다. 실험 결과를 통해 제안 알고리즘이 에너지 효율성을 고려하면서 실시간 전송 및 신뢰성 전송을 향상 시킬 수 있음을 알 수 있다.

  • This paper addresses an analytical approach to tolerance and reliability analysis of mechanical systems with uncertainty. Many mechanical systems consist of links and lubricated joints. The mobility method is applied to consider lubrication effects and the clearance vector model is used to stochastically define a mechanism for tolerance and reliability analysis. To show the validity of the proposed method, a four-bar path generator and a slider-crank mechanism are considered. The results obtained by applying the proposed method are compared with those by Monte-Carlo simulation.

  • In this paper, the development of probability distribution estimation program for fatigue crack growth lives was summarize. The probability distribution estimation program of life was developed to increase the reliability of life estimation. In this study, it is considered that the cause of scatter in fatigue crack growth data is due to material inhomogeneity. The material resistance to fatigue crack growth is modelled as a spatial stochastic process, which varies randomly along the crack path. We developed the GUI program to estimate the probability distribution and reliability using the non-Gaussian stochastic process method. This program can be used for the reliability assessment.

  • In this study, the collision free path planning method of the articulated manipulator using sequential search is proposed. This method is to find the joint path of the manipulator with many degrees of freedom from the distal joint to the proximal one. To do this, the initial work space of the gantry manipulator, which is a remote maintenance equipment of the radioactive environment, is defined from the condition that the distal joint configuration is determined by the posture of maintenance. Then, 2-dimensional configuration space with the obstacle area is represented and the collision free path of manipulator is searched in the configuration space. And, this method is verified using the graphic simulation in virtual workcell for the spent fuel disassembling processes. The result of this study can be effectively used in implementing the maintenance processes for the hot cell equipment and enhance the reliability of the spent fuel management.

스테레오 라인 CCD를 이용한 이동객체감지 및 경로추적 시스템 구현 (Realization for Moving Object Sensing and Path Tracking System using Stereo Line CCDs)

  • 본 논문은 스테레오 라인 CCD와 광원을 이용한 2차원 평면에서 이동객체를 인식하고 이동경로를 추적하는 시스템 구현이다. 시스템 구현은 카메라 이미지를 직접 처리하는 대신 두개의 라인 CCD 센서와 입력된 라인 이미지의 밝기를 비교하여 2차원 거리를 측정한다. 알고리듬은 이동객체감지, 경로추적과 좌표변환 기법을 적용한다. 객체의 이동경로를 효과적으로 감지하기 위하여 측정된 거리의 신뢰성을 평가하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 시스템을 구현하여 실험한 결과 5mm 인식율과 100ms 주기 이상의 이동객체경로 추적이 가능하였다.

온라인 패션쇼핑몰의 개인 상품 추천서비스가 인지적 태도와 감정적 애착을 통해 서비스 사용행동에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Personalized Product Recommendation Service of Online Fashion Shopping Mall on Service Use Behaviors through Cognitive Attitude and Emotional Attachment)

  • Personalized product recommendation service is receiving attention as a new marketing strategy while supporting consumer information search and purchasing decisions. This study attempted to verify the effect of self-reference on service use behavior through the dual path of cognitive attitude and emotional attachment. Using convenience sampling, an online survey was conducted with 324 women who were in their 20s and 30s. After collecting and compiling the survey data, the reliability and validity of variables constituting the conceptual research model were verified through confirmatory factor analysis using AMOS 22.0. Next, the significance of sequentially mediated pathways was verified using Process 3.5 Model 80. The results showed that self-referencing not only significantly affects service use intention by simply mediating cognitive attitudes but also sequentially mediates cognitive attitudes and additional information search. Furthermore, self-referencing was significant as an indirect path to service use intention by mediating additional information search. However, in the path mediated by emotional attachment, self-referencing was considered as a simple mediated path leading to service usage intention. These results indicate a dual path in the psychological mechanism, through cognitive and emotional evaluation, that prompts consumer behavioral responses to the personalized product information provided in the shopping process.

Leveraging Visibility-Based Rewards in DRL-based Worker Travel Path Simulation for Improving the Learning Performance

  • Optimization of Construction Site Layout Planning (CSLP) heavily relies on workers' travel paths. However, traditional path generation approaches predominantly focus on the shortest path, often neglecting critical variables such as individual wayfinding tendencies, the spatial arrangement of site objects, and potential hazards. These oversights can lead to compromised path simulations, resulting in less reliable site layout plans. While Deep Reinforcement Learning (DRL) has been proposed as a potential alternative to address these issues, it has shown limitations. Despite presenting more realistic travel paths by considering these variables, DRL often struggles with efficiency in complex environments, leading to extended learning times and potential failures. To overcome these challenges, this study introduces a refined model that enhances spatial navigation capabilities and learning performance by integrating workers' visibility into the reward functions. The proposed model demonstrated a 12.47% increase in the pathfinding success rate and notable improvements in the other two performance measures compared to the existing DRL framework. The adoption of this model could greatly enhance the reliability of the results, ultimately improving site operational efficiency and safety management such as by reducing site congestion and accidents. Future research could expand this study by simulating travel paths in dynamic, multi-agent environments that represent different stages of construction.
