  • According to progressing the If(Information Technology), Mobile Commerce have been activated. Hut all kind of theses information is limited in thesis and report. Recently importance of Intellectual Property Right is emphasized and it's very demanded to study for it. Therefore, this thesis will investigate a tendency about Mobile Commerce and Intellectual property Right which is related it. Then it will be presented the way for ensuring the Intellectual Property Right in next generation through seeking a way for guaranteeing Intellectual Property Right of Domestic.

Technological Trends in the Automobile Recycling Technologies (폐자동차 재활용 기술의 동향)

  • This study deals with the technological trends in the automobile recycling technologies. It first discusses the importance and current situation of automobile recycling. And then it discusses the technological trends in automobile recycling industry classifying the technologies into three groups: disassemblying, recycling, and design. It deals with recycling of major parts of automobiles and the design of automobile for recyclability. This study also contains a patent analysis of the technologies. Different patterns in the trend of patents among various conn-tries are discussed with the context of legal and industrial situation of each country And finally it discusses the forecasting for the future technological and legislative trends.

  • 이차전지의 응용영역이 소형시장 중심에서 향후 대형 시장으로 확대될 것으로 예상되며, 한국, 일본, 중국, 미국 등을 중심으로 시장이 형성될 전망이다. 본 연구에서는 이차전지의 특허 정보를 이용하여 현재 우리나라의 기술적 위치를 파악하고 IPC 정보를 이용하여, 기술 분야 간 관계를 규명하여 향후 이차전지 분야에서의 기술 개발 방향에 대해 제시하고자 하였다. 그 결과 한국은 현재 이차전지 시장에서 기술적으로 비교적 우위를 점하고 있지만, 전기 자동차 등 중대형 이차전지 분야에 대한 기술 개발이 상대적으로 미흡하여 이에 대한 많은 연구가 필요하다고 판단된다.

  • 우리나라가 21세기 지식정보사회에서 지식정보강국으로 도약하고 세계 정보통신시장에서 주도적인 위치를 확보하기 위해서는 정보통신시장을 주도할 핵심원천기술을 개발하고, 기술개발과 연계한 표준화 추진전략 수립 및 체계적인 추진이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문에서는 핵심기술 개발과정에서 발생한 기술개발 성과물에 대한 지식재산권 확보 전략과 이를 표준에 반영하기 위한 표준화 기구의 지식재산권 정책분석을 통한 표준화 추진전략을 제시하여, 기술개발과 연계한 효율적인 표준특허 확보를 통한 기술개발 및 표준화의 경제적 효용성을 증대하고자 한다.

  • 최근 인터넷·정보 통신 기술이 크게 발달하면서 기술 발명의 권리 보장을 위한 특허 발명 수 또한 급격히 증가하고 있다. 또한, 특허 문헌에는 최신 기술 및 요소 기술들이 포함되어 있기 때문에 발명된 기술들의 분석을 통해 기술 가치 평가, 기술 분야의 동향 파악 및 기술 발전의 추이를 예측할 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시계열 분석 도구를 이용하여 최근 20년 동안의 특허 발명 추이를 분석하여 특정 기술 도메인에 대한 추이 분석 사례를 보인다.

A Study on AI Evolution Trend based on Topic Frame Modeling (인공지능발달 토픽 프레임 연구 -계열화(seriation)와 통합화(skeumorph)의 사회구성주의 중심으로-)

  • The purpose of this study is to explain and predict trends the AI development process based on AI technology patents (total) and AI reporting frames in major newspapers. To that end, a summary of South Korean and U.S. technology patents filed over the past nine years and the AI (Artificial Intelligence) news text of major domestic newspapers were analyzed. In this study, Topic Modeling and Time Series Return Analysis using Big Data were used, and additional network agenda correlation and regression analysis techniques were used. First, the results of this study were confirmed in the order of artificial intelligence and algorithm 5G (hot AI technology) in the AI technical patent summary, and in the news report, AI industrial application and data analysis market application were confirmed in the order, indicating the trend of reporting on AI's social culture. Second, as a result of the time series regression analysis, the social and cultural use of AI and the start of industrial application were derived from the rising trend topics. The downward trend was centered on system and hardware technology. Third, QAP analysis using correlation and regression relationship showed a high correlation between AI technology patents and news reporting frames. Through this, AI technology patents and news reporting frames have tended to be socially constructed by the determinants of media discourse in AI development.

A Study on the Research Trends in Unmanned Surface Vehicle using Topic Modeling (토픽모델링을 이용한 무인수상정 기술 동향 분석)

  • Because the USV(Unmanned Surface Vehicle) is capable of remote control or autonomous navigation at sea, it can secure the superiority of combat power while minimizing human losses in a future combat environment. To plan the technology for the development of USV, the trend analysis of related technology and the selection of promising technology should be preceded, but there has been little research in this area. The purpose of this paper was to measure and evaluate the technology trends quantitatively. For this purpose, this study analyzed the technology trends and selected promising/declining technologies using topic modeling of papers and patent data. As a result of topic modeling, promising technologies include control and navigation, verification/validation, autonomous level, mission module, and application technology, and declining technologies include underwater communication and image processing technology. This study also identified new technology areas that were not included in the existing technology classification, e.g., technology related to research and development of USV, artificial intelligence, launch/recovery, and operation, such as cooperation with manned and unmanned systems. The technology trends and new technology areas identified through this study may be used to derive key technologies related to the development of the USV and establish appropriate R&D policies.

A Study on Trend for Recycling Technology of Waste Wood and Its Utilization as Lightweight Fine Aggregate (폐목재의 활용을 위한 기술동향 분석 및 경량잔골재로서의 활용방안에 관한 연구)

  • Patents in Korea, Japan and the U.S. were searched at the Korea Intellectual Property Rights Information Service (KIPRIS) of Korea Institute of Patent Information using related keywords in order to analyze the trend of patents on the usage of waste wood. Materials on a total of 77 patents in Korea, 317 patents in Japan, and 316 patents in the U.S. that had been registered as patents as of Dec. 31, 2011 were collected. Among the collected materials, the patents rejected, expired, annulled, withdrawn and waived as well as those which had little relationship with waste wood were excluded and the 71 patents in Korea, 227 patents in Japan and 216 patents in the U.S. were finally selected for analysis. In addition, the properties of the mortar which used waste wood as an alternative for a part of the fine aggregate were tested as a basic study for the usage of waste wood as a lightweight aggregate for concrete. For the test, the waste wood of the pine tree was crushed, sifted through No. 8(2.4 mm) sieve, and then dried for 24 hours at $100{\pm}5^{\circ}C$. As it is known that some kinds of tree prevent the hardening of cement when the wood is mixed with cement, the crushed waste wood in this study was dipped in the water of $20^{\circ}C$, $50^{\circ}C$, $80^{\circ}C$ and $100^{\circ}C$ and then dried up before testing the properties of the mortar to examine the effect of the preliminary treatment of crushed waste wood.

  • The analysis of the similarities and redundancies among R&D projects is important for the efficient investment of government budgets. When government R&D projects are planned, the redundancies of research tasks are examined by institutions specializing in research management, relevant offices and departments, and the government to prevent redundant funding. However, as existing similarity analyses depend on methods wherein new task proposals and existing R&D project proposals are compared and looked up based on keywords. This results in vulnerability wherein similarity cannot be accurately measured in the event of partial modifications of the task name or technical substitutions. This study aims to use patent information as characteristics by which R&D project documents can be identified. The patent data used is based on materials officially published by the government's R&D patent trend survey project (http://ipas.rndip.re.kr). The study aims to propose a method by which patent information can be used to analyze the similarity and redundancy among R&D projects when new projects are entered. For this purpose, a similarity measurement model based on set theory and probability theory is presented. The presented measurement model is implemented into an actual system to identify redundant documents, and calculate and show their similarity.

Analysis of Generative AI Technology Trends Based on Patent Data (특허 데이터 기반 생성형 AI 기술 동향 분석)

  • This paper analyzes the trends in generative AI technology based on patent application documents. To achieve this, we selected 5,433 generative AI-related patents filed in South Korea, the United States, and Europe from 2003 to 2023, and analyzed the data by country, technology category, year, and applicant, presenting it visually to find insights and understand the flow of technology. The analysis shows that patents in the image category account for 36.9%, the largest share, with a continuous increase in filings, while filings in the text/document and music/speech categories have either decreased or remained stable since 2019. Although the company with the highest number of filings is a South Korean company, four out of the top five filers are U.S. companies, and all companies have filed the majority of their patents in the U.S., indicating that generative AI is growing and competing centered around the U.S. market. The findings of this paper are expected to be useful for future research and development in generative AI, as well as for formulating strategies for acquiring intellectual property.
