The purpose of this study is to elaborate the request for proposal (RFP) for the localization parts development support project of core parts carried out by the Defense Agency for Technology and Quality. The RFP is the most important document throughout the localization parts project, including project announcement and developer selection, design and test of the development product, final evaluation, and standardization of the project. However, if the RFP is not established at the beginning of the project, there is an increased risk of business failure due to frequent changes by various reasons. In this study, we recognized the necessity of elaboration of RFP and applied the AHP method for quantitative elaboration. Eight requirements of the RFP related to the mechanical/electrical performance of localized development products and three elaboration methods for each requirement were designed in a hierarchical structure, and each weight was calculated by applying the 5-point scale AHP method. The AHP survey was conducted with 20 developers participating in the localization parts project, and the consistency ratio of the AHP survey result was less than 0.1. The elaboration method with the highest value among the calculated weights is classified, and the analysis results and future research directions of the elaboration method are presented.

In this paper, we introduce the results of investigating and overhauling bearing drawings in the defense field, and propose an effective bearing drawing management system. We identify the features and performance items that must be regulated in the bearing drawing. After reviewing the validity of the bearing drawings, we classify the incorrect drawings by factor. To achieve greater effect, standardized formats are needed to incorporate into the drawing in the early stage. We propose the introduction of a bearing drawing management system so that the developing bearing technology can be applied quickly to the defense sector. As other elementary parts of the machine have similar problems, we think this study will help develop improvement plans.

We consider the irrational part of the basic pattern drafting of the Geo-Ko-ri so that we want to design it more scientically. So there are problems which is found after we considered with comparison about the existingly basic pattern drafting of Geo-go-ri. (1) there is a difference between the practical and Calculation. (2) The part of the curved line was mad indistinctly There is a difference betweence the calculating expression and calculating value. (4) There are some parts which lack objectivity about the reference size. (5) The calculating method of Collar-width and Neck-Nidth are not formative and rational. These are items that we must consider and study further. Especially if we can make up of the scientific form in consideration of the formativeness focused on "git" I think it will make a great contribution to not only the standardization of the basic pattern of Geo-go-ri and the use of the use of education but also the manufacture of individual clothing the production by Auto CAD. When designing a gear drive, designers should specify tolerances reasonably considering accuracy, cost, and manufacturing capability. In field design, however, designers mostly assign adequate tolerance without correlations between parts and assembly, resulting in iterative design dependent on experts know-how. In order to resolve this, the tolerance design system for a cylindrical gear drive is developed both to support tolerance design automation and to synthesize design processes of part and assembly tolerances. In this research, part tolerances are designed with the databases constructed by ISO, Ks, JIS and bearing catalogue, Assemble tolerance, that is, backlash tolerance is designed by synthesizing part design tolerances stochastically using the formulated assembly relations. This system can include part tolerance and fitting accuracy of shaft adn bearing in practical design. In addition, this system provides field-designers with a synthetic guideline for tolerance design of a gear drive.

Mass customization meets various needs of customers as well as produces various products and service in low cost like mass production. However, low cost and product diversity have conflicting concepts. Therefore, in order to solve this problem, we need standardization methods. In this paper, we suggest a method for determining the product platform which is a set of common parts in a product family. To achieve the method, we used the Contradiction Analysis of TRIZ (Theory of Inventive Problem Solving), Using this approach, we found a model that obtains various products within limited resources and conditions. Also, we suggest another method that increases the flexibility of our method by Design Structure Matrix.

In this study, we conduct a case analysis on EZmedicom which is one of the leading companies in e-Marketplace for medical fields. By examining major business models of EZmedicom, we provide the success factors in launching the electronic commerce to the potential companies which are interested in participating in e-marketplace for medical fields. Especially, we deduct the solution, logistics field, and electronic group-purchasing as its major business model. Based on these factors, we also propose the MDvan solution which is one of the electronic purchase and supply system, Ezlogis that is the system supporting logistics parts in medical fields, VMI(vendor management inventory), standardization of item code and the linkage of SCM as its critical success factors of EZmedicom. The findings of this study suggest practical and managerial implications for e-Marketplace implementation in the medical field and further research.

The purpose of this study is to develop the standards for construction documents. The standards will facilitate efficient exchange and sharing of construction documents among the participants such as owners, designers, constructors and other related parts throughout construction work process. For this reason, this study is intended to define the requirements for establishing XML-based electronic document standardization system, and to prepare the plan for developing XML electronic document in a consistent way.

Wireless Internet is capable of transmitting data for voice, text and video by wireless network, and recently wireless internet industry is one of the most widely issued. This article is composed of three parts in this article. The first part reviews, in the general, condition on Chinese forest resource history and analyzes the change in different historical times. The present condition and existing problems are discussed in the second part, where analyzes the existing problems in different distribution areas. In the third part, the solutions are raised to solve the problems mentioned in the second part. Finally the objective and strategy for sustainable development of Chinese forest resources are put forward.
