본 연구는 지속적인 증가를 보이는 인터넷이용자와 전국을 연결하는 초고속인터넷망의 구축과 같은 정보화 추세를 감안하여 볼 때, 이의 활용이 도시계획에 있어서 충분히 가치가 있는 것으로 생각되며, 특히 지리정보시스템의 활용은 도시계획과 관련된 계획정보를 전달하기에 적합한 최선의 수단으로 사료되는 바, 이를 활용한 주민참여시스템 개발을 연구의 목적으로 설정하였다. 본 시스템은 기본모듈과 주민의사모듈, 그리고 의사결정도움모듈로 나누어져 구축되어졌다. 기본모듈은 계획정보의 표현과 데이터베이스의 처리 등을 위해서, 주민의사모듈은 주민들의 의사개진의 편리성을 도모하기 위해서, 그리고 의사결정도움모듈은 계획결정권자와 행정의 편의성을 위해서 각각 설계 구축되어졌다. 이들은 각각 기본적이고 간단한 방식, 즉 JavaScript와 HTML로 서로 연결되어졌으며, 데이터처리와 mapping을 위하여 map데이터와 PostGIS, 그리고 PHP를 이용하여 시스템을 실현하였다. 끝으로 본 시스템을 인터넷에 시연하였으며, 이를 통해 시스템의 간편함과 이용가능성을 제시함으로써 앞으로의 도시계획과정에서 충분한 활용가치가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

초등학생들은 인식적 실행에서 인식적 감정을 경험할 수 있다. 본 연구는 인식적 실행의 일환인 6차시의 호흡 운동 모형 구성 과정에서 다소 내성적인 성향을 가진 초등학생이 어떠한 인식적 감정을 구성하면서 모형 구성에 참여할 수 있었는지를 탐색한 것이다. 이를 위해 감정 일지, 촬영된 비디오 녹화본, 사후 인터뷰와 같은 여러 데이터 자원을 통해 초등학생이 구성한 인식적 감정이 분석되었으며, 특히 학생이 어떠한 감정을 구성하면서 제한적 참여에 머물렀는지, 어떠한 인식적 감정을 구성하면서 참여했는지가 조사되었다. 연구 결과, 초등학생은 첫째, '아하'라고 불리는 인식적 감정을 구성하게 되면서 모형 생성 과정에 참여할 수 있었다. 둘째, 초등학생은 상대방의 반박을 통해 '추론의 잘못을 느낌' 이라는 인식적 감정을 구성했고, 이 감정 하에서 상대방의 반박을 수용하는 모형 수정 과정에 참여할 수 있었다. 마지막으로, 초등학생은 상대방의 감정적인 연속적인 반박으로 '지침'이라는 인식적 감정을 구성하게 되면서 모형 구성에 제한적으로 참여하였으나, '상대방의 아이디어가 싫음'이라는 인식적 감정을 구성하면서 모형 평가 과정에 참여할 수 있게 되었다. 이러한 인식적 감정의 탐색을 통해, 우리는 내성적인 초등학생의 모형 구성 참여를 위해 학생이 능동적으로 아이디어와 직접적으로 관련된 인식적 감정의 구성을 할 수 있도록 하는 것이 중요하며, 또한 학생이 과거, 현재, 미래 감정을 모두 고려하면서 느낄 수 있는 감정적 부담을 이해하는 것이 필요함을 논의한다.

The objectives of this paper are to introduce the PI(Public Involvement) in railway project and case study about public participation in decision making process for Ko-Yang light rail line development, besides to emphasize the importance of information considering the difference of resident location, regional character and so on are investigated before and after public participation. As the results, it was clarified about PI activities styles that consensus is not achieved in Ko-Yang public participation, the psychological factor such as the knowledge and satisfaction, receptivity about light rail project strongly is affected to making decision.

2007 Design Festival on Seongnam Living Design has been held with the theme of "You and I, We" on the basis of harmony through design. This kind of theme has the main concepts as follows: Harmony- the exhibition program that can capture our mind, Communication-the experience program not through personal work but through group work, Design Seongnam-joyful Sungnam which we have made together by regional participation design project. Especially, it also has encouraged active and voluntary participation based on the promotion of the event and design exhibition that are hosted by the universities, elementary and secondary schools that represent the downtown Seongnam. In understanding Seongnam City, it has applied the plan introducing emotional process. These are the programs, which are reading, thinking, listening, watching, touching, making, and dreaming. Through the processes of being with Seongnam by participants, it has helped people know more about Seongnam, and focused on being the exhibition understanding the members of the community Seongnam.

This study is based on the characteristics of the planning process and planning methods for a village settlement adjustment plan by means of direct community participation using the adversary system. The main idea is to make well-living village with the help of specialist after village people observe their own village and think "What kind of problem is there?", "What solution for these problems do we need?", "How do we make well-living area?".

The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of the elderly's motivation to participate in ball games In order to clarify the purpose of this study, leisure sports participants over the age of 20 residing in the Jeonnam region in 2020 were selected as the population. In addition, 150 males, 150 females, and 300 total subjects were selected using the convenient sampling method. In addition, as a survey tool, a questionnaire was used centering on the motivation for participation in leisure sports, exercise commitment, and quality of life, and the data collected using this was processed statistically according to the purpose of analysis using SPSS 20.0 version. The results obtained through this research process are as follows. First, it was found that the motivation to participate in leisure sports has a partial effect on exercise commitment. Second, it was found that the motivation to participate in leisure sports partially affects the quality of life. Third, it was found that the commitment to exercise in leisure sports has a partial effect on the quality of life.

This study, the meaning of historical and cultural content utilization in urban regeneration was examined and in the process, the causal relationship between each variable was verified through path analysis among physical, cultural, social, and economic factors. The purpose of this study is to find the main variables of historical and cultural content urban regeneration projects in which the moderating effect of economic factors and demographic characteristics, which are mediating effects, have a significant effect on resident participation and life satisfaction of local residents. Furthermore, by presenting a more integrated and effective urban regeneration policy plan, it is intended to ultimately contribute to the vitalization and direction of urban regeneration.

본 연구는 가족분만에 배우자의 참여정도에 따른 부부의 분만에 대한 태도를 파악하기 위하여 시도하였다. 연구대상은 가족분만전체과정에 참여한 27쌍, 가족분만부분과정에 참여한 27쌍 총 108명이었으며 1차 자료는 가족분만 전에 직접수집하였고, 2차 자료는 가족분만 후에 이메일을 통해 수집하였다. 연구의 결과는 임산부의 직업(Z=-2.012, p=.044), 가족형태(Z=-2.177, p=.029)에 따라 분만태도에 유의한 차이가 있었고 계획된 임신에 따른 임산부의 가족분만 전 가족분만에 대한 태도에 유의한 차이가 있었다(Z=-2.543, p=.011). 배우자의 가족분만 참여범위에 따른 가족분만 전과 후의 가족분만에 대한 태도는 배우자가 가족분만 부분 과정에 참여한 경우 유의한 차이를 나타냈다(Z=2.302, p=.024). 본 연구 결과를 토대로 배우자에게 일방적으로 가족분만에 전 과정에 참여할 것을 제안하기보다 가족분만에 대한 배우자의 의견을 존중하여 참여의 범위를 정하도록 하는 것이 바람직하고, 가족분만 관련 산전교육의 기초자료를 개발하여 가족분만 전에 임산부와 배우자에게 가족분만에 대한 교육을 충분히 제공할 것을 제언한다.

The conservation or practical use of a lot of closed schools which occurred from 1982 all over the country by governmental policy has been becoming important concerns to local resident and community with economical and administrative interest. A lot of examples, sold or rented to public institutions or a person, which have been using by welfare facilities for inhabitants, facilities for education, youth, company, culture and art, and other use, could be found. It could be said that the process of user's participation of these examples is very high, that is, a lot of examples of our surrounding is applied with ecological concept have participated by most users and local residents directly to architectural repair and renewal process, and practical use. In this background, I choose total five examples more than one by Chungbuk, Chungnam, Jeonbuk, Jeonnam district to investigate examples of closed schools applied ecological architectural concept and I researched reconfiguration of site, change of exterior or interior material, application of ecological system, and role as local community.

This paper attempts to analyze the institutionalization process of Environmental Impact Assessment(EIA) system within the context of Korean environmental policy. The implementation of EIA in the 1980's was not seriously considered by other government agencies and was sometimes degraded as mere formality due to the inherent problems of the system. With viewing the theory and practice of EIA in Korea, this paper argues that it is essential to reinforce ex post facto management incorporate the participation of residents of concerned areas, upgrade the validity of assessment by selecting a credible assessment-agenices and develop the required technologies. Finally, this paper acknowledge the necessity of devising the mechanism to reconcile the conflict between the regional interest and the national interest.
