우편물류망 시뮬레이터는 집중국, 교환센터로 구성된 물류체계에서 각 물류거점에서의 소통계획에 따라 운송할 때, 어떠한 물류체계가 우편만족도와 비용측면에서 우수한가를 시뮬레이션 하는 기능을 가진다. 본 연구에서는 우편물 종류별 처리기준, 물류거점간 운행시간, 수송단위 등을 고려하여 각 물류거점간에 직송하는 방법, 모든 물량을 교환센터로 두는 방법, 교환센터와 직송을 혼합하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳을 사용하는 방법, 교환센터를 2곳 사용하면서 직송을 허용하는 방법에 대한 송달기준 만족도와 서비스 처리시간의 평가지표로 대안평가할 수 있는 우편물류망 시뮬레이터를 개발하였다. 우편물류망 시물레이터는 ARENA로 작성되었으며, 우편물류망 대안들에 대하여 시뮬레이터를 이용하여 시나리오 분석을 실시하였다.

It is hard to centrol the wheeled mobile robot because of uncertainty of modeling, non-holonomic constraint and so on. To solve the problems, we design the controller of wheeled mobile robot based on fuzzy-neural network algorithm. In this paper, we should research the problem of classical controller for path-tracking algorithm and design of Fuzzy-Neural Network algorithm controller. Classical controller acquired different control value according to change of initial position and direction. In this control value having very difficult and having acquired a lot of trial and error Fuzzy is implemented to adaptive adjust control value by error and change of error and neural network is implemented to adaptive adjust the control gain during the optimization. The computer simulation shows that the proposed fuzzy-neural network controller is effective.

This paper proposes a fuzzy linear programming based solution approach fur the long-term generation mix with multi-stages (years) considering air pollution constraints on $CO_2$ emissions, under uncertain circumstances as like as ambiguities of budget and reliability criterion level. This paper approaches to generation mix problem for 2030 year in Korea eventually. The proposed approach may give more flexible solution rather than too robust plan. The effectiveness of the proposed approach is demonstrated by applying it to solve the multi-years best generation mix problem on the Korea power system which contains nuclear, coal, LNG, oil and pumped-storage hydro plants.

현재 모형선을 이용한 선형성능 검증방법에는 크게 2가지 방법이 있다. 첫째는 예인수조에서 예인전차를 이용하여 정수중에 배를 예인시켜 그에 따른 저항을 시험하는 방법이 있고, 둘째는 회류수조에서 배를 고정하여 물을 회전시켜 모형선의 저항을 측정하는 방법이 있다. 이와 같은 방법은 저속 및 대형선박을 검증하기 위해 계발된 방법들로 소형 고속어선 및 고속레저선박의 저항성능 평가를 수행하기 어려운 것이 현실이다. 예인전차의 예인속도와 회류수조 물의 유속이 소형 고속어선 및 고속레저선박의 속력에 미치지 못하기 때문이다. 따라서 고속을 요하는 선박의 저항성능 평가를 위해 새로운 방법 연구가 필요하다. 이에 고속선의 저항성능 시험을 위해 실 해상에서 일반 선박을 이용하여 예인하는 방법을 적용하여 저항시험을 수행하였으며 그에 맞는 시스템을 설계하였다.

전력 수요가 기하급수적으로 증가함에 따라 발전설비들의 신설의 필요성뿐 아니라 효율적인 전력수송 및 배분을 위한 송전설비의 신설의 필요성 또한 높아지고 있다. 이에 송전설비의 신설에 대한 계획 단계에서 건설비용뿐 아니라 운영비용에 대한 경제적 효과를 고려하여야 한다. 경제적인 운영비용의 평가를 수행하기 위하여, PSS/E 최적조류계산(OPF)을 활용하여 제약비용, 혼잡비용, 손실비용을 산정하는 명확한 절차를 제시한다.

This paper presents design of auxiliary circuit to reduce loss of ZVT interleaved flyback converter. The ZVT interleaved converter using the conventional auxiliary circuit has a large conduction loss due to the constant circulating current in the auxiliary circuit. The auxiliary circuit proposed in this paper, which consists of the coupled inductor and DC-link capacitor, has linearly increasing or decreasing auxiliary current. Then, the conduction loss occurring in the auxiliary circuit is reduced. The validity of the proposed auxiliary circuit is verified with the prototype of 500W.

위치추정은 현재 이동로봇 분야에서 매우 중요하게 다루어지는 문제이다. RFID 위치추정 시스템은 저렴하고, 오차누적의 위험이 없고, map과 같은 사전정보의 제약이 없기에 범용적으로 사용될 수 있다. 하지만 RFID 위치추정에 있어, tag들의 서로 다른 인식거리 차이는 위치추정의 오차를 증폭시키는 역할을 한다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이를 극복하기 위해 tag들의 인식거리 정보를 활용하여 위치추정을 수행한다. 또한 보다 정확한 위치추정을 위해, 송신신호 전력조절을 통하여, 인식거리를 조절하는 방법을 사용한다. 이들의 성능은 simulation을 통해서 확인하였다.

In this study, the consolidation and casting processes of fine Si powders, by-products of making high purity Poly-Si rods in the current method, were systematically investigated for use as economical solar-grade feedstock. Morphology, size, and contamination type of the poly-Si fine powders were inspected by combined analysis of SEM, particle size analyzer, and FT-IR. Poly-Si powder compacts were tried to fabricate by a consolidation process without a binding agent and then their density ratio and strength were evaluated. Finally, the electrical resistivity of the specimens prepared by an electromagnetic casting method was examined for purity assessment.

The rpoS gene product is a global transcriptional factor, which is involved in bacterial survival under various stress conditions. An rpoS-homologous gene was cloned from a septicemia-causing pathogenic Vibrio vulnificus. Introduction of this gene as a multicopy plasmid into various E. coli strains displayed functional complementation, for examples, increased survivability of an rpoS-defective E. coli cell and induction of known $\delta^S$-dependent, stress-responding promoters of E. coli genes.

Furthermore, we prove the Hyers-Ulam stability of the above functional equation in Banach spaces.
