본 연구는 남북한 공유하천을 둘러싼 문제를 가장 근본적인 사항에서부터 재조명하고자 하는 시도로 이루어졌다. 우선 국제법상 논의의 대상이 되고 있는 국제적인 공유하천(international rivers)의 법리성을 살펴보고, 공유하천이 가질 수밖에 없는 특수성을 이해하고자 하였다. 공유하천의 상류지역에 접한 국가와 하류지역에 접한 국가의 법적 정치적인 입장 차이를 알아보고, 분쟁의 원인과 분쟁해결과정을 고찰하였다. 그리고 국제적인 법전화 노력이 지속적으로 추진되고 있음에도 불구하고 국가 간 합의를 이루지 못하고 있는 사안을 집중적으로 분석하였다. 공유하천의 문제는 비단 남북한에 국한된 문제는 아니다. 상당히 오랜 시간 국제사회에서 갈등의 원인을 제공하여 왔으며, 그 해결방법을 찾는 일은 현재에도 지속적으로 이루어지고 있다. 우리나라의 경우, 궁극적으로 공공관리를 위한 방안을 마련하여야 할 것이다. 그 전제조건으로 남북 공유하천의 법적지위를 명확히 할 필요가 있다. 본 연구는 국제적인 공유하천의 사례연구를 통하여 남북한 공유하천의 법적인 지위를 명확히 하고, 이에 따른 법적 정당성을 모색하고자 한다.

Ultrasonic Machining (USM) is widely used in cutting of non-conductive, brittle workpiece materials such as engineering ceramics. However, USM has a limitation in its application to micro machining because problems are occurred in attaching micro tools to the machine and maintaining high precision. Therefore Micro Ultrasonic Machining (MUSM) with WEDM is proposed in this research. The experiments are produced as the change of shaft diameter and abrasive size.

In this paper, we analyse the security of the variant of Self-Shrinking generator proposed by Chang et al. against a guess-and-determine attack. This variant, which we call SSG-XOR is claimed to have better cryptographic properties than the Self-Shrinking generator in a practical setting. But we show that SSG-XOR is weaker than the Self-Shrinking generator from the viewpoint of guess-and-determine attack.

Lobular capillary hemangioma (LCH) is a type of benign vascular tumor. It arises from vascular endothelial cells and contains capillaries arranged in a lobular pattern. In the head and neck, the most common presenting location of LCH is the lips, and presentation in the larynx is very rare. LCH might not be distinct from granuloma in macroscopic views. We report a 71-year-old female with LCH of the larynx that was totally resected via laryngeal microsurgery with a CO₂ laser and briefly review the literature.

Iliopelvic lymphoscintigraphy was performed to visualize the changes of the lymphatic system using Technetium-99m antimony sulfide colloid in carcinoma of uterine cervix. There were no differences between various indices and clinical stages, but comparison with computed tomographic and postoperative findings, there was meaningful difference in index of decrease and increase, respectively. And lymphoscintigraphy showed by pass way of lymphatic channel in 42 cases (16%) and this suggested the presence of normal shunts of lymphatic channels. Iliopelvic lymphoscintigraphy may be useful for evaluation of lymphatic system in carcinoma of uterine cervix, expecially for screening method.

Micro lens array (MLA) is widely used in information technology (IT) industry fields, for examples such as a projection display, an optical power regulator, a micro mass spectrometer and for medical appliances. Recently, MLA have been fabricated and developed by using a reflow method, micro etching, electroplating, micromachining and laser local heating. Laser local thermal-expansion (LLTE) technology demonstrates the formation of microdots on the surface of polymer substrate, in this paper. We have also investigated the new direct fabrication method of placing the MLA on the surface of a SU-8 photoresist layer. We have obtained the 3D shape of the micro lens processed by UV laser irradiation and have experimentally verified the optimal process conditions.

Objectives : This study was to investigate the correlation of subjective stress caused by traffic accident with patient's prognosis. Methods : We investigated 53 cases of in-patient with traffic accident. The patients answered that questionnaire about subjective pain and stress on hospitalization day and leaving hospital day. And we calculated statistically signification with this data. Results 1. IES-R-K score of female group was significantly higher than male group's. 2. There was statistically significant correlation between IES-R-K score and admission duration. 3. After hospitalization treatment, there was statistically significant reduction of VAS and IES-R-K score. Conclusions : There was significant correlation between subjective stress and prognosis.
