Pancratistatin is a highly oxygenated phenanthridone alkaloid. exhibits a high level of in vitro and in vivo cancer cell growth in inhibitory activity. and antiviral activity. The asymmetric synthesis of this alkaloid has been. accomplished from the commercially available (R)-(＋)-3-Butyn-2-ol. We utilized the Claisen rearrangment and metathesis to install stereogenic centers in the cyclohexene ring that has absolute chemistry. (omitted)

Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) is the first chinese specialized book of diagnostics written by Wang Hee(Wang xi, 王熙) from Seo Jin(xi jin, 西晉). He assorted the contents with pulse and medical examination from Nae Kyoung(nei jing, 內經), Nan Kyoung(nan jing, 難經), Sang Han Ron(shang han lun, 傷寒論) and Jung Jang Kyoung(zhong cang jing, 中藏經). And united with his own research, he explains medical examination and the way of talking the pulse by classifying into entrance and class. Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) was imported Korea by Ji Chong(zhi cong, 知聰) AD 561, and he passed through Ko Ku Ryeo(gao gou li, 高句麗) with Nae Wei Jeon(nei wai dian, 內外典), Yak Seo(yao shu, 藥書), Myung Dang Do(ming tang tu, 明堂圖) and Maek Kyoung(Mai Jing, 脈經) to be naturalized in Japan. This treatise make a special study of the second volume of the Maek Kyoung. It consists of the four chapters: Pyoung Sam Kwan Eum Yang E Sip Sa Ki Maek Je II(平三關陰陽二十四氣脈第一), Pyoung In Young Sin Mun Ki Ku Jeon Hu Maek Je E(平人迎神門氣口前後脈第二), Pyoung Sam Kwan Byoung Hu Byoung Chi Eui Je Sam(平三關病侯幷治宜第三), and Pyoung Gi Kyoung Pal Maek Byoung Je Sa(平寄經八脈病第四). Bi Geup Choun Geum Yo Bang(備急千金要方) and Eui Hak Ip Mun(醫學入門) quoted from the contents in the second volume of Maek Kyoung, and Bin Ho Maek Hak(瀕湖脈學), Gi Kyoung Pal Maek Go(奇經八脈攷) and Maek Eo(脈語) extracted from contents in the second volume of the Maek Kyoung and requoted from this contents. Contents in the second volume of the Maek Kyoung have very valuable data like that, but the literature on this subject in the form of a treatise has not been yet in Korea. So I hope this study will be useful to develope Diagnostics by correcting translation and interpretation and fixing wrong translation.

Vanilloid receptor I (VR1) is a nonselective cation ion channel placed in the plasma membrane of peripheral sensory neurons that is potential target for analgesia A series of N-4-substituted-benzyl-N'-tert-butylbenzyl thioureas were prepared for the study of their agonistic/antagonistic activities to the vanilloid receptor in rat DRG. Their structure-activity relationship in reveals that not only the two oxygens and amide hydrogen of sulfonamido group but also the optimal size of methyl in methanesulfonamido group play an integral role for the antagonistic activity on vanilloid receptor.

Higher Fungi were collected. twice a month from May to September 2004 during field survey trips to Seoraksan and Odaesan National Parks. All the collected specimens were investigated for the morphological characters of carpophores and other features, and deposited in the herbarium of the Entomopathogenic Fungal Culture Collection (EFCC), Kangwon National University, Chuncheon. Among the identified specimens, three genera Rhodotus, Hotermannia and Sebacina and four species Rhodotus palmatus, Gomphus clavatus, Holtermannia corniformis and Sebacina incrustans were confirmed as new to Korea and reported here with descriptions.

최근 스마트폰이 대중화되면서 대부분의 일상생활을 스마트폰을 이용한다. 그리고 많은 매장에서도 POS(Point of sales)를 사용하고 있다. 이 둘의 공통점은 사용자가 간편하고 빠르게 사용할 수 있다는 장점이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 이러한 장점을 살려 휴대용 POS 애플리케이션을 개발하였다. 휴대용 POS 애플리케이션은 서버와 클라이언트로 구성되며, 서버는 매출 정보, 메뉴 정보, 주문 정보 등으로 구성되어 있다. 휴대용 POS 애플리케이션은 매장에 있지 않아도 스마트폰을 이용하여 서버에 저장된 정보를 확인할 수 있어 실시간으로 매장 및 매출 현황을 알 수 있어, 판매 전략을 신속하게 세워나갈 수 있다.

고용량/대면적/초정밀 제품을 지향하는 개발추세에 따라 고진공 펌프중 하나인 크라이오펌프의 활용도가 크게 증가하며 첨단 공정장비인 LCD 분야 등과 같이 수소 분자와 물 분자 등의 배기가 중요한 응용분야에 크라이오펌프의 수요가 대부분을 차지하고 있다. 그러나 크라이오펌프의 운전성능에 대한 표준절차에 따른 실질적인 측정은 빈약한 편이다. 이에 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 기술 개발을 통해 실질적인 크라이오펌프의 운전성능을 제시하고자 한다. 본 연구에서는 고진공 펌프중의 하나인 크라이오펌프의 종합 성능평가 표준절차 및 표준시스템에 대해 소개하며, 상용화 제품에 대한 각 회사에서 제시하고 있는 성능지표에 대해 실질적인 측정에 대한 비교분석을 하고자 한다. 또한 가장 중용한 성능지표 중의 하나인 배기속도 측정에 대해 물리적 특징과 구조적 오차에 대한 보정 식들을 제공하고자 한다.
