  • 본 논문은 의존 문법에 기반만 한국어의 구문 분석 시스템을 제안한다. 일반적으로 올바른 구둔 구조를 얻기 위해서 많은 가능한 구문 구조를 생성하고 이 중에서 가장 좋은 것을 선택하는 방법을 사용한다. 이를 위하여 가능한 모든 구문 분석 구조를 생성하는 기법을 제안하였다. 이것은 모든 가능한 구문 구조에 관한 정보를 응축한 자료 구조를 구축한 다음 여기에서 구문 트리를 하나씩 추출하도록 하였다. 이 과정에서 의존 문법이 만족하여야 하는 모든 기본적인 제약 조건을 만족하는 트리 만이 효과적으로 추출되는 기법을 제안하였다. 그 결과 생성되는 트리의 수를 줄이게 되어 효율적인 구문 분석을 달성할 수 있게 되었다. 추출된 많은 트리 중에서 하나를 선택하는 작업에서 상호 정보가 이용되었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 상호 정보를 구문 분석 중의성 해소에 효과적으로 사용하는 기법을 제시하였다. 제안된 기법의 타당성을 입증하기 위하여 구문 분석 시스템을 개발하고 여러 문장에 대한 분석을 실험하였다.

  • 최근 웹 환경은 홈페이지 단위로 구축되는 사례가 보편화 되어 있으며, 사용자가 단순한 웹 문서가 아닌 홈페이지를 요구하는 경우도 빈번하다. 그러나 기존의 웹 환경 검색 시스템의 결과는 이러한 질의에 대한 결과로는 적절하지 않기 때문에, 본 논문에서는 홈페이지 검색을 위한 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 웹 문서 검색을 위하여 먼저 기존 검색 방법을 이용하여 결과를 얻은 후 웹 문서에 포함된 링크가 주는 정보를 추가하여 결과를 확장하는 두 가지 방법을 제시한다. 확장된 결과에서 홈페이지의 엔트리 포인트에 해당하는 웹 문서를 출력 리스트의 상위에 위한 순위 재조정 알고리즘을 소개한다.

The Underwater Wet Welding Characteristics of SWS490 Steel (SWS490강의 습식수중용접특성)

  • The characteristics of underwater welding of SWS490 steel were investigated. The bead-on-plate type welding with one or three pass using ilmenite and water-proofed type electrodes was performed by varying welding currents and the sizes of electrodes used. The amounts of hydrogen absorbed inter the weld metal were measured according to the JIS Z 3118 specification and the results were interpreted in terms of the cold cracking behaviours of the welded steel. The microstructural changes as well as the microhardness distribution after underwater welding were also investigated using Vickers microhardness tester and S.E.M (scanning electron microscopy) and O.M (optical microscopy). The results indicated that the cold cracking could be avoided by three pass welding under low current with an electrode with a small diameter.

  • A new Bacillus thuringiensis strain (Kl), having high toxicities to Plutella xylostella and Spodoptera exigua was isolated from Korean soil sample. It was determined to belong to subsp. kurstaki (H3a3b3c) and produced bipyramidal inclusion. PCR-RFLP analysis showed that this isolate contains three novel cryl-type crystal protein genes in addition to crylAa and crylE genes. (omitted)

  • In order to keep the zero defect of production in press working process. The optimum design of the production part, strip process layout, die design, die making and try out etc. are necessary the analysis of effective factors. For example, theory and practice of metal shearing process and it's phenomena, die structure, machine tool working for die making, die materials and it's heat treatment, metal working in field, their know how tc. are included in those factors. In this study, we analyzed whole of data base, theoretical back ground of metal working process, and then performed the progressive die tryout with the screw press. Part 2 of this study reveals with precision progressive die design, its making and tryout.

  • In this paper, we designed and implemented a high power amplifier(HPA) to achieve the high Power Added Efficiency(PAE) over 40% at the 90W output power for the ISM-band(fo=2.45GHz). HPA presented in this paper has 3-stage drive amplifier and 1-stage final amplifier. In the final amplifier, we utilized balanced amplifier configuration with GaAs FET and each of two amplifiers has the push-pull configuration to increase PAE. From the measurement results, we obtained PAE of 42.95% at the 90.57W output power.

  • 가스절연개폐장치에서 발생하는 고장을 조기에 예방하기 위해서는 방전신호를 분석하여 방전을 일으키는 결함을 유추하는 것이 핵심 기술이다. 본 논문에서는 UHF 대역에서 알고 있는 결함에 의한 방전신호를 측정하여 다양한 가시화 방법으로 방전유형을 분류, 정리함으로써 미지의 방전신호로부터 방전원인을 추정할 수 있도록 하였다.

  • Utilization of renewable energy is becoming increaingly important from the viewpoints of environmental protection and conservation of fossil fuel. However, the generating power of renewable energy is always fluctuating due to the environmental status. This paper presents a scheme for supervisory control of wind generation system with the energy storage and STATCOM to reduce the power variation. In this paper, we especially concentrate on constant power output control of wind generation system. In order to achieve this purpose, the coordinated control strategy between different types of energy storage system and reactive power compensation device. The proposed control scheme has been validated by PSCAD/EMTDC simulation. As a result, the proposed scheme can handle the power output of wind generation system with a constant value.

  • Recently as a progress of electric technology, modern electric systems become more and more complicated. Thus, it is difficult to use a classical method to analyze responses of the systems in complicated electromagnetic environments because there are so many coupling phenomena. The electromagnetic topology (EMT) is a helpful solution to analyze electromagnetic interference / electromagnetic compatibility (EMI/EMC) of the large complex system. In this paper, EMT is applied to analyze an active element. And then to prove the validity of this analysis, a detector circuit including Schottky barrier diode is analyzed by EMT when input power is given directly.
