최근 전자 기기의 크기가 줄어들고 PCB의 사이즈와 반도체 패키지의 크기가 소형화되어 플립 칩 본딩(Flip chip bonding) 기술을 적용한 반도체 패키지 방식이 점점 늘어나고 있다. 이에 따라 PCB와 반도체 칩 사이를 연결하기 위해 응용되던 BGA(Ball Grid Array)에 핀 배열 대신 사용되는 범프(Bump)를 50um 이내의 초미세 범프로 만들어 일정한 배열을 유지하는 것이 중요하다. 또한 초미세 범프의 모양과 품질이 패키지 수율과 밀접하게 연관되기 때문에 이를 검사할 수 있는 기술이 필수적이다. 이에 본 논문은 초미세 범프측정을 할 수 있는 시스템 개발을 위한 측정 대상의 특징과 사용할 수 있는 광학계를 분석하였고, 획득된 영상을 가지고 딥러닝을 적용하여 정확하게 불량여부를 판별할 수 있는 초미세 범프 측정 시스템을 고안하였다.

This paper presents an automatic proficiency assessment method for a non-native Korean read utterance using bidirectional long short-term memory (BLSTM)-based acoustic models (AMs) and speech data augmentation techniques. Specifically, the proposed method considers two scenarios, with and without prompted text. The proposed method with the prompted text performs (a) a speech feature extraction step, (b) a forced-alignment step using a native AM and non-native AM, and (c) a linear regression-based proficiency scoring step for the five proficiency scores. Meanwhile, the proposed method without the prompted text additionally performs Korean speech recognition and a subword un-segmentation for the missing text. The experimental results indicate that the proposed method with prompted text improves the performance for all scores when compared to a method employing conventional AMs. In addition, the proposed method without the prompted text has a fluency score performance comparable to that of the method with prompted text.

Objective: The purpose of this study is to report the case of a patient with recurring non-small cell lung carcinoma (NSCLC) taking Samchilchoongcho-Jung with Afatinib. Methods: An NSCLC patient diagnosed with multiple bone and pulmonary metastasis was taking Afatinib (20 mg/day) and suffering from stomatitis caused by the Afatinib. The patient was treated with Samchilchoongcho-Jung (1,500 mg/ day) for 3 months. The tumor size was measured with computed tomography, and laboratory findings, including tumor markers (CEA, Cyfra 21-1), were also followed up. Stomatitis was measured by a numeric rating scale, and adverse events were evaluated using the National Cancer Institute Common Terminology Criteria for Adverse Events (NCI-CTCAE), version 4.0. Results: After combined treatment, stable disease was shown on computed tomography. The tumor marker levels of CEA and Cyfra 21-1 were decreased, and the stomatitis significantly improved. NCI-CTCAE 4.0 showed no adverse events. Conclusion: This case study suggests that Samchilchoongcho-Jung may have a synergic effect, in conjunction with Afatinib, on the treatment of patients with recurring NSCLC.

The ultra high strength concrete classed 80 MPa for Lotte Town at pusan has many hydrated materials due to low water to binder ratio and high admixture contents and improved void structure caused by C-S-H gel corresponding to pozzolan and latent hydraulicity of FA and BS. Moreover, durability of the concrete is superior because there was no penetration of carbon dioxide, chloride and chloric ion caused by its fine internal constitution.

본 논문에서는 부하 변동에 따른 출력전압의 미세조정이 가능하며 정현적인 자속분포를 통한 출력전압 파형의 왜곡을 개선할 수 있는 하이브리드형 회전자를 갖는 새로운 동기발전기를 개발하였다. 개발된 동기발전기는 회전계자형으로서 영구자석과 계자권선을 함께 채용한 형태의 하이브리드형 회전자 구조를 가지고 있으며 전자기해석 툴을 이용한 시뮬레이션과 실험결과를 비교 분석하였다.

A 14-month-old, neutered female Miniature Pinscher was referred due to severe renal failure. The dog was treated with hysterotomy and followed by ovariohysterectomy (OHE) 6 days before the presentation. Excretory urographic and ultrasonographic studies revealed bilateral hydroureter and hydronephrosis. Postmortem necropsy revealed that ligatures were placed around the caudal portion of bilateral ureters in front of entrance into the bladder. This case shows that identifying and protecting the ureters are important during hysterotomy with OHE as well as OHE.

The improvement in the field emission parameters, luminescent uniformity, degradation rate and half life has been observed for the thin-multi wall carbon nanotube (t-MWCNT) composite, after incorporating the Zn nanoparticles. The Zn nanoparticles $(diameter\;{\sim}\;100\;{\pm}15\;nm)$ has been incorporated to synthesize the Zn-t-MWCNT composite.

Objective: The aim of this case study was to describe a case of iris diagnosis of primary hyperhidrosis and the use of Korean medicine. Methods: A patient with symptoms of hyperhidrosis was diagnosed as having Taeeumin after assessment using the four basic Korean diagnostic methods. Iris diagnosis was used for further examination. The images obtained showed a remarkably defined collarette and increased nerve rings, which suggested an overactive sympathetic nerve system. Under the diagnosis of Taeeum, a Korean herbal medicine was prescribed with additional herbs to help alleviate the hyperactivity of the sympathetic nervous system. Results: The patient had been receiving treatment for hyperhidrosis for >30 years, with various medical attempts to relieve her symptoms, which were ineffective. She showed signs of improvement from day 4 into the treatment, and 80% of her symptoms were improved after completing a 6-week treatment course. Conclusion: The herbal medicine prescribed to the patient proved effective for reducing her chronic symptoms that had been unresponsive to previous medical treatments.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to demonstrate Heart Rate Variability characteristics of menopausal patients with insomnia. Methods: From March 1, 2014 to June 20, 2017, Heart Rate Variability was measured in 102 menopausal patients who visited Cheonan Korean Medicine Hospital of Daejeon University. We compared accompanying symptoms and Heart Rate Variability values depending on sleep quality in menopausal women. Results: The accompanying symptoms of menopausal patients were as follows: hot flushes (45.1%), tiredness (25.49%), chest discomfort and palpitations (23.53%), headache (17.65%), arthralgia and muscular pain (17.65%), cold sensitivity of hands and feet (15.69%), urinary frequency (14.71%) and anxiety (10.78%). The frequency of chest discomfort and palpitation was significantly higher in the menopausal insomnia group than in normal sleep group. Comparing Heart Rate Variability between two groups, Standard deviation of the NN interval (SDNN), Total Power (TP), and Low Frequency (LF) values were significantly lower in insomnia group. Conclusions: Chest discomfort and palpitations were more frequent in insomnia patients in menopausal women than normal sleep group, and Standard deviation of the NN interval (SDNN), Total Power (TP), Low Frequency (LF) were significantly lower in HRV values.
