수도권 초대형병원의 브랜드 가치와 시장점유율 분석 (The Analysis of Brand Value and Market Share at the Largest Hospitals the Metropolitan Area)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate Brand Value by using the K-BPI(Korea Brand Power Index) of Korea Management Association which is based on consumer awareness, as well as to identify how Brand Value which is composed of top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, possibility of purchasing, preference, affects on the Market Share perceived by consumers. This research subjects were 10 hospitals with more than 1,000 beds in Seoul and Gyeonggi-do, and survey subjects were 20 or older adults living in the metropolitan area of Korea. Using K-BPI for measuring Brand Value and used calculation of Market Share according to consumer preference model for measuring Market Share. The major results of this research are as follows: First, this research identified that the top 5 hospitals of largest hospitals in metropolitan area measured by using K-BPI and Market Share were same hospitals as Big 4 hospitals of previous research evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness of hospitals and also same as hospitals that appeared recently. Second, Big 5 hospitals ranked first to fifth in both Brand Value and Market Share. To identify the relationship between K-BPI items(top of awareness, unaided awareness, aided awareness, image, availability, preference) and Market Share, multiple linear regression was used by dividing 5 upper and 5 lower group of hospitals per each. The group of 5 upper hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share, with 'top of awareness', 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The group of 5 lower hospitals had a significant effect on Market Share with 'unaided awareness', 'aided awareness'. The results of this study and hospitals of the first to third hospitals published in the K-BPI press release reported by KMAC in 2017, and the previous studies evaluating the comprehensive competitiveness hospitals, all had one thing in common that Big 4 hospitals ranked high position. This suggests that evaluation of Brand Value also can be a evaluation measure of hospital. A new competitiveness of hospital is expected by managing brand awareness to have a brand competitiveness and by securing intrinsic Market Share of consumer to reach hospital use ultimately.

역사테마파크 공간스토리텔링 구성인자가 이용만족도 및 재방문의사에 미치는 영향 - 군위 삼국유사테마파크를 중심으로 - (The Effect on Use Satisfaction and Revisit Intention of Spatial Storytelling Components in Historical Theme Park - Focused on Samgukyusa Theme Park in Gunwi-Gun -)

  • 스토리텔링은 다양한 매체를 활용하여 이야기를 표현하고 전달하는 의사소통 기법으로 청자는 이야기를 수용하며 주제를 재해석하고 화자와 상호작용한다. 역사테마파크에 적용된 스토리텔링 기법에 대한 이용자의 중요도와 인지가 테마파크의 이용만족도와 재방문의사에 영향을 미칠 것이라 가정하였다. 본 연구에서는 역사테마파크 공간스토리텔링 구성인자를 도출하고 이용객의 인식과 구성인자가 이용자 반응에 미치는 영향을 파악하는데 목적을 두었다. 선행연구를 근거하여 테마성, 체험성, 비일상성, 교육성, 통일성, 표현성, 상호작용성, 흥미성의 역사테마파크의 공간스토리텔링 구성인자를 도출하였으며, 이에 대한 이용자의 인식을 조사하였다. 설문조사는 경상북도 군위군에 위치한 삼국유사테마파크 이용객을 대상으로 실시하였으며, EXCEL2020, SPSS 21.0 통계프로그램을 활용해 수집된 데이터를 분석하였으며 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 삼국유사테마파크 주제 전달 방식으로 적용된 공간 스토리텔링 기법이 이용자의 만족도와 재방문 의사에 영향을 미치며 스토리텔링 구성인자에 대해 대부분 중요하다고 응답하였다. 둘째, 삼국유사테마파크 공간 스토리텔링 구성인자 중요도 인식 중 비일상성과 교육성 중요도가 이용만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치며, 비일상성, 상호작용성, 교육성, 흥미성 중요도가 재방문 의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 삼국유사테마파크 공간 스토리텔링 구성인자에 대한 이용자의 인지에 따라 흥미성, 테마성, 통일성 인지가 이용만족도에 유의미한 영향을 미치고 있으며, 상호작용성, 체험성 인지가 재방문의사에 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 역사테마파크 특성 요인과 공간스토리텔링 구성인자를 탐색적으로 분석하고 역사테마파크 공간스토리텔링 구성인자를 도출하여 스토리텔링이 역사테마파크 이용자 반응에 미치는 영향력을 정량적 분석과 해석하여 그 의의가 있다.

병원 간호사의 주요 피부소독제 인지도와 수행도에 영향을 미치는 요인 - 알코올, 클로르헥시딘, 베타딘을 중심으로 - (Affecting Factors on Hospital Nurses' Practice of Disinfection: Focused on Alcohol, Chlorhexidine Gulconate, and Povidone Iodine)

  • Purpose: This study was performed to identify the affecting factors on hospital nurses' practice of disinfection focused on alcohol, chlorhexidine gluconate (CHG), and povidone iodine (PVI). Methods: The participants in this study were 196 nurses of 3 general hospitals and 2 upgrade general hospitals in 5 cities in Korea. Data were collected through self-reported questionnaires in January, 2011. The collected data were analysed by ANOVA, Pearson correlation and stepwise multiple regression using SPSS/WIN 18.0. Results: The subjects used alcohol and PVI daily for intravenous site care and surgical wound dressing respectively. The mean percentage of awareness in practicing main disinfectants were 80.0% and 72.5% respectively. The awareness and practice were highest in alcohol, but lowest in CHG. The mean percentage of practice of disinfectants was 72.5%. There was positive correlation among awareness and practice of main disinfectants. The awareness and nurses' salary explained 34.6% of variance in practice of disinfectants. Conclusion: An educational program focusing on strategy to enhance hospital nurses' awareness would be effective in improving their practice of disinfectants.

일개 상급종합병원 간호사와 의사의 암성 통증관리 지식 및 인식도 (Knowledge and Awareness of Nurses and Doctors Regarding Cancer Pain Management in a Tertiary Hospital)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to compare and check the levels of cancer pain management knowledge and awareness between doctors and nurses in a tertiary hospital and to develop an intervention program. Methods: Participants were 725 nurses and 95 doctors working in a hospital from May 2 to 29, 2009. Data were analyzed using t-tests, ${\chi}^2$-tests, and ANOVA with SPSS WIN 18.0. Results: In a comparison of the pain management score, nurses showed significant results for age (p<.001), carrier (p<.001), education (p<.001), workplace (p<.001), and doctors showed significant results only for age (p=.032). Doctors' marks were significantly higher than nurses' in pain management scores (p<.001). Knowledge about analgesic medication (t=-5.38, p<.001) and analgesic drug effect (t=-8.59, p<.001) were significantly different in the pain management subcategory score between nurses and doctors. There were four items with different awareness levels related to analgesics between nurses and doctors. Conclusion: The findings of this study demonstrate that it is possible to develop pain education content for nurses and doctors. The findings of this study are useful when seeking to change the awareness level of a medical team regarding opioid analgesics.

병원 간호사의 근거중심 노인통증관리 지침에 대한 인지도와 수행도 (Nurses' Awareness and Performance about Evidence-based Pain Management in Older Adults)

  • Purpose: This study was to explore the gap between awareness and performance toward evidence-based pain management in older adults for the purpose of establishing baseline data for evidence-based pain management protocol development and dissemination. Methods: The subjects were 290 staff nurses from three general hospitals. Self administered questionnaires were used to collect the data and the results of the study were analyzed with descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA and Pearson's correlation. Results: There were statistically significant differences between awareness and performance in pain assessment (t=17.31, $p$ <.001), patient and family education (t=17.33, $p$ <.001), pharmacologic management (t=12.99, $p$ <.001), non pharmacological management (t=16.28, p<.001), and evaluation of effectiveness (t=11.70, $p$ <.001). There were also statistically significant differences in awareness and performance according to the workplace, knowledge, and usual performance. Conclusion: The study showed that the hospital nurses' performance about evidence-based pain management in older adults was lower than their awareness level thus indicating significant gaps between evidence and actual practice. To ensure effective pain care, the factors contributing to these gaps need to be analyzed to identify the barriers. In addition, the evidence-based pain management guideline suitable for various clinical settings needs to be developed and disseminated.

일부 임상치과위생사의 치과보철물 제작 과정에서의 감염관리에 대한 교육경험, 인식 및 실천도 (Correlations of education experience, awareness and practice of infection control during the prosthodontic treatment in clinical dental hygienists)

  • Objectives: The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between education experience, awareness and practice of infection control during the prosthodontic treatment in clinical dental hygienists. Methods: A self-reported questionnaire was answered by 255 clinical dental hygienists in Seoul and Gyeonggi areas from October 10 to December 30, 2016. The questionnaire consisted of general characteristics of the subjects (8 items), dental prosthesis infection education experience (5 items), dental prosthesis infection awareness (5 items) and dental prosthesis infection practice (14 items) based on Likert 5 point scale. For statistical analysis, SPSS Statistic 22.0 was used. Results: A significant association was shown among education experience, awareness and practice of infection control during the prosthodontic treatment of clinical dental hygienists (p<0.001). Dental hygienists count, dental prosthesis infection education experience and awareness had positive influences, but the age group from 26 to 30 had negative influence on dental prosthesis infection practice. Conclusions: The study confimed that the dental prosthesis infection education program and continued education is necessary for the safety and health of patients, and to prevent the cross-infections of the clinical dental hygienists.

일 지역 성인의 호스피스 인식과 사전의료의향서에 대한 지식과 태도의 관계 (A Correlation Study of Perception to Hospice and Knowledge and Attitude to Advanced Directives in Adults in a Local Community)

  • Purpose : This narrative research study aimed to identify the degree of correlation between hospice awareness and knowledge of and attitude toward advance directives. Methods : A survey was conducted from July 5 to July 15, 2018 with 210 adults in C city, Gyeongsangnam-do. Using the SPSS 21.0 program, the data analysis methods utilized were the independent t-test, one-way ANOVA, Scheffe, and Pearson's correlation coefficients. Results : The degree of hospice awareness was measured according to the general characteristics of the subjects, which were as follows: heard about economic level, importance of religion, heard of hospice, heard about advance directives, and intention to execute advance directives. The knowledge of advance directives had significant differences by age, hospitalization experience, religion, and being the final decision maker for a family problem. The attitude toward advance directives differed significantly by marriage status and the intention to write an advance directives. The relationship between hospice awareness and knowledge and attitude toward advance directives showed a positive significant correlation (r=.47, p<001). The relationship between knowledge of and attitude toward advance directives also indicated a positive significant correlation (r=.20, p=.005). Conclusion : This study provided basic data to inform promotion of hospice awareness and an educational intervention about advance directives.

경북 일부지역 축산(한우) 농업인의 인수공통감염병 인지도 (Awareness on Zoonoses among Livestock(Korean Native Cattle) Farmers in Gyeongsangbuk-do)

  • Objectives: General livestock farmers are known as a high riskgroup for zoonoses, but studies of general livestock farmers in regard tozoonoses have been rare in Korea. We surveyed awareness of zoonoses amonggeneral livestock farmers to suggest directions for education. Methods: A questionnaire was developed examining the workbehaviors and risk factors of general livestock farmers. We conducted a questionnairesurvey on awareness on zoonoses among 265 general livestock farmers. Results: The awareness rates for zoonosis itself,brucellosis, and q-fever were 13.0%, 65.0%, and 2.3%, respectively. The awarenessrate of zoonoses and brucellosis tended to increase with sex. Conclusions: Livestock is the principal reservoir ofzoonoses. Therefore, effective working guidelines for preventing zoonoses amonggeneral livestock farmers must be developed and an educational program onzoonoses is needed for general livestock farmers. Furthermore, publicityactivities on the prevention of zoonoses are needed for high-risk groups.

대학생들의 관여도에 따른 외식 브랜드 인지도와 활용 정보 매체에 관한 연구 - 영남 지역 대학생을 중심으로 - (A Study on Foodservice Brand Awareness and Information Sources based on the Involvement of College Students - Empirical Evidence from Yeungnam Area -)

  • Knowledge of involvement, brand awareness, and their roles in shaping consumer behaviour are crucial for designing marketing strategies for an organization. The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences in foodservice brand awareness and information sources based on the involvement level of college students. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, 300 college students who live in Yeungnam area were selected as its samples using quota sampling. A final sample of 282 responses was deemed usable and analyzed. The findings are as follows. First, the results indicated a significantly higher foodservice brand awareness of high involvement subjects than of low involvement subjects except fast food brands. Second, it was found that high and that of low involvement subjects utilized different information sources to satisfy their information needs regarding foodservice brands.

A Study for Impact of Color Marketing in Traditional Markets

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study is to measure the effect of brand awareness by color marketing to purchase and revisit intentions in Traditional Markets. Research design, data, and methodology - For this study, 5 point Likert-scale was used based on previous research. Used SPSS ver.22, factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha, regression and correlation were tested. 254 samples were used for the analysis. Results - The three attributes of color marketing(symbolism, identifiability, association) exerted significant effects on brand awareness of traditional marketing explained 38.7% of the variance. Thus, , , and were supported. However, was not supported. Conclusions - Colors play important roles in establishing new images in consumers' minds. The visual sense affects emotions and attitudes and most of the visual sense is affected by colors. Colors that we see move people's heart and induce atmospheres thereby greatly affecting humans' physical and mental activities. To increase traditional market brand awareness, it is necessary for traditional markets to display a level of attractiveness through the use of colors and visuals. So to use color marketing in traditional market is very important for brand awareness which can cause purchase and traditional market revisit intension.
