나이브 베이시안은 기계학습에서 많이 사용되고 상대적으로 좋은 성능을 보인다. 하지만 전통적인 나이브 베이시안 학습의 환경은 두 가지의 가정을 기반으로 학습을 수행한다: (1) 각 속성들의 값은 서로 독립적이다. (2) 각 속성들의 중요도는 동일하다. 본 연구에서는 각 속성의 중요도가 동일하다는 가정에 대하여 새로운 방법을 제시한다. 즉 각 속성은 현실적으로 다른 중요도를 가지며 본 논문은 나이브 베이시안에서 각 속성의 중요도를 계산하는 새로운 방식을 제안한다. 제안된 알고리즘은 다수의 데이터를 이용하여 기존의 나이브 베이시안과 SBC 등의 다른 확장된 나이브 베이시안 방법들과 비교하였고 대부분의 경우에 더 좋은 성능을 보임을 알 수 있었다.

The DQMS (Defence Quality Management System) is a certification system that manages participating companies to improve the quality of munitions. Since Korean Defense Specification (KDS) for DQMS certification that was established by adding military requirements based on the ISO quality standard, many companies complain that they should pay too much effort into the preparation process. However, it is hard to find helpful information on the preparation process because we have been only interested in the effect of DQMS acquisition. The purpose of this paper is to provide helpful information to companies preparing for DQMS certification. We surveyed the degree of difficulty and importance of the DQMS requirements from the companies with certification experience, and performed IDA (Importance-Difficulty analysis) by dividing the companies into the main contractor and the subcontractor. The result of IDA shows that there is a different recognition to the DQMS certification between main-contracting and sub-contracting companies. Subcontractor has more difficulties than main contractor in preparing the DQMS certification. In addition, we are able to identify the difficult and important requirements in the preparation process to the DQMS certification. Both main contractor and subcontractor have difficulty to the requirements related to configuration or validation such as 'customer controls configuration', 'configuration review shall be implemented' and 'design and development validation documentation.' The requirements related to customers are important to main contractor but the subcontractor regards difficult requirements as important ones. The result of this paper would be helpful to both the company preparing for DQMS and the munitions quality assurance agency.

IEEE 802.11e standardized the EDCA mechanism to support the priority based QoS. And the virtual collision handler schedules the transmission time of each MAC frame using the internal back-off window according to the access category(AC). This can provides the differentiated QoS to real-time services at the medium traffic load condition. However, the transmission delay of MAC frame for real-time services may be increased as the traffic load of best effort service increases. It becomes more critical when the real-time service uses a compressed mode video codec such as moving picture experts group(MPEG) 4 codec. That is because each frame has the different importance. That is, the I-frame has more information as compared with the P- and the B-frame. In this paper, we proposed a buffer management algorithm based on the frame importance and the delay bound. The proposed algorithm is consisted of the traffic regulator based on the dual token bucket algorithm and the active queue management algorithm. The traffic regulator reduces the transmission rate of lower AC until that the virtual collision handler can transmit an I-frame. And the active queue management discards frame based on the importance of each frame and the delay bound of head of line(HoL) frame when the channel resource is insufficient.

This paper Is described for the maintenance and repair method for the pier structure currently under repair works in the Han river bridges. During the economic growth period from the year 1960 to 1980, our engineer was concentrated only for study of the construction method of bridge. We have neglected the importance for the maintenance & repair method of construction structure. Therefore this paper will give you some ideas of repair and maintenance method.

Aiming at importance of geodetic data standards in process of digitized geodetic production, application and service, this paper discusses the content framework of geodetic technical base standard, information system standard and data service standard. Hierarchy relation and category relation of geodetic data standard system are established in this paper.

Most studies on regional economic impact have utilized employment or employment income data. Recently, a few scholars have noticed the importance of nonemployment income sources in urban economies. Using decennial census data on Arizona towns from 1970 to 1990, this paper first examines the increasing importance of nonempolyment income sources in urban economies and the associations of nonemployment income sources with elderly population and metropolitan location. Then, this paper investigates the impact of nonemployment income on urban growth in the framework of economic base model. The regression results show that the impact of nonemployment income is significant in the increase of nonbasic income and becomes greater over time, and that the impact of transfer over time, and that the impact of transfer income on nonbasic income of transfer income on nonbasic income is stronger in smaller towns and the impact of investment income is stronger in larger towns.

A cell site lease is a legal agreement by which the owner of a building or a piece of land allows a wireless carrier to use part of it for a cell tower for a period of time in return for money. Wireless carriers spend significant money for cell site leases. This paper tries to find factors affecting cell site leases and management solutions to save lease costs. In other words, this research identifies any factor influencing cell site leases among age, gender, and geographical area in the first problem and determines management priorities using an importance-satisfaction model in the second problem. This paper can provide wireless carriers with effective decision making tools and a basis for negotiation of cell site leases, as they do not have enough bases for negotiation.

E-business might be characterized by open system through internet, fortification of relationship between the suppliers and customers in chain system of company, the collaboration among partners and the use of IT. For these characteristics, e-business companies are becoming to suffer such burdens as wide spread of global economy, industry deregulation, and the increasing number of new entrants. In this situation, e-business companies should maintain the flexible system to adapt fast changing environment. Information system planning has been the important research area for many years because of its strategic importance. Among various variables, organization and IS context have been researched for making successful ouput of ISP. In this paper, I studied the importance of flexibility in e-business environments. And further I examined the flexibility of IS, organization and ISP methodologies. The forthcoming paper, I expect to investigate the relationship between IS flexibility, organizational flexibility, ISP flexible methodologies and successful ISP.

The immediate purposes of this study is to establish the surface chemical principles associated with the flotation process of waste papers and to verify them by practical flotation experiments. To achieve this AKD sized hydrophobic microcrystallince cellulose (MCC) with different levels of hydrophobicity, and hydrophilic MCC dyed with black were prepared as model substances. The effects of surface characteristics on flotation efficiency were evaluated by measuing the brightness of the flotation rejects obtained after the flotation experiments carried out using MCC mixtures prepared with different ratios of hydrophobic and hydrophilic MCCs. Results showed that more than 90% of the flotation rejects consisted of hydrophobic MCC indicating the critical importance of the hydrophobicity of the materials in the flotation process. The proportions of hydrophobic materials in the reject remained constant when highly sized MCC was used as a model of hydrophobic substance.

This paper analyzed the degree of perception and performance of technology-humanities convergence in Korean SMEs. First, the meaning and activities of technology-humanities convergence were defined. Second, a survey data was collected from 277 Korean SMEs and analyzed from two perspectives-degree of performance and degree of perceived importance. Finally, based on the results, this paper signposted the important points to activate the technology-humanities convergence in SMEs.
