The purpose of this study is to research and develop solid polymer electrolyte(SPE) for Li polymer battery. This paper describes temperature dependence of conductivity, impedance spectroscopy, electrochemical properties of PAN/PVDF electrolytes as a function of a mixed ratio. PAN/PVDF based polymer electrolyte films were prepared by thermal gellification method of preweighed PAN/PVDF, plasticizer and Li salt. By adding PVDF and as a function of plasticizer mixed ratio to PAN-LiClO4 electrolyte, its conductivity was higher than that of PAN-$LiClO4_4$ electrolyte. The conductivity of PAN/PVDF electrolytes was $10^{-3}S/cm$. $10PAN10PVDFLiClO_4PC_5EC_5$ electrolyte shows the better conductivity of the others. Steady state current method and ac impedance used for the determination of transference numbers in PAN/PVDF electrolyte film. The transference number of $10PAN10PVDFLiClO_4PC_5EC_5$ electrolyte is 0.45.

1. "GuGeupGanIBang(救急簡易方)" is a Korean annotation emergency treatment book made by scholars that were learned in medicine such as Naeuiwon(內醫院) head Yoo n Ho(尹壕) Seo Ha gun(西河君) Im Won jun(任元濬) GongJoChamPan(工曹參判) Park An sung(朴安性) Hanseongbu Jwayun(漢城府左尹) Gwon Geon(權健) SungRokDaeBuHaengByeongJoPanSeo(崇祿大夫行兵曹判書) YangCheonGun(陽川君) Heo Jong(許琮) following instructions of King Sungjong. This book was made by supplementing "EiBangRyuChwi(醫方類聚)", "HyangYakJeSengBang(鄕藥濟生方)" and "GuGeupBang(救急方)". When Yoon Ho presented it the king in May 1489(the 20th year of Sungjong), the king made the governors of each province publish it in large numbers, allowing common people to have this book and find the treatment immediately and save lives. 2. "GuGeupGanIBang(救急簡易方)" consists of 8 volumes, 127 chapters. Contents on stroke is the largest section. Separate chapters for gynecology and pediatrics let children that are easily ill and women that cannot get treatment freely be taken care of. It is an first aid medical book covering all ages, fulfilling its original purpose.

The purpose of this study is to research and develop PAn-Carbon composite electrode for Supercapacitor. Supercapacitor cell of PAn-Carbon composite electrode with 1M $LiClO_{4}/IPC$ brings out good capacitor performance below 4.0V. The radius of semicircle of PAn-Carbon composite electrode adding 30wt% Acetylene Black was absolutely small. The total resistance of Supercapacitor cell mainly depended on internal resistance of he electrode. The discharge capacitance of PAn-Carbon on composite with 30wt% Acetylene Black in 1st and 50th cycles was 29 and 31F/g at current density of $1mA/cm^2$. The capacitance of PAn-Carbon composite with 30wt% Acetylene Black capacitor was larger than that of PAn capacitor without Acetylene Black. The coulombic efficiency of supercapacitor at discharge process of 1 and 50 cycles were 94 and 100%. respectively. PAn-Carbon composite Supercapacitor with 30wt.% Acetylene Black content showed good capacitance and stability with cycling.

The Mycobacterium bovis BCG panB gene, encoding ketopantoate hydroxymethyltransferase (KPHMT), was cloned from a ${\lambda}gt11$ genomic library and sequenced. The DNA sequence encodes a protein that contains 281 amino acid residues (M, 29,337) with a high similarity to the KPHMTs. Subcloning of a 846 by open reading frame (ORF), but not a 735 by ORF, into the vector pUC19 led to complementation of the panB mutant of Escherichia coli. The BCG pang gene was overexpressed in E. coli and the KPHMT purified to homogeneity The recombinant protein was further confirmed by an enzymatic assay.
