해외 온라인 개인 구매대행 서비스의 지속적 이용에 대한 영향 요인 연구 : 중국 소비자를 중심으로 (The Factors on the Use of Online Overseas Purchasing Agent Service in China)

  • As the number of people going aboard is growing and technology is developed rapidly, Chinese customers are also getting better understanding about overseas products, and they hope to get less expensive and better ones, which leads to the growth of the online overseas purchasing agent service. In this paper, we tried to analyze the factors that impact the usage of online overseas purchasing agent service using the survey data. We found that customers pursue not only the reasonable prices but also enjoyment of shopping in the online overseas purchasing agent service. In addition, product scarcity and the information literacy of a customer were positively related with the use of online overseas purchasing agent service.

중국 소비자의 패션상품 선택기준과 정보원 이용에 따른 한국 패션상품 온라인 구매대행 서비스 만족도: 상해지역 20-30대를 중심으로 (Chinese Consumers' Satisfaction with On-line Purchasing Agent Services of Korean Fashion Products according to Their Selection Criteria and Information Source)

  • Purpose - In order to collect information needed for the establishment of more effective marketing strategies of on-line purchasing agent services targeting Chinese consumers, the study investigated the relationship among Chinese selection criteria. They included fashion products, use of information source, and satisfaction with on-line purchasing agent services. The study also identified the differences in the Chinese selection criteria of fashion products, use of information source, and the satisfaction level with on-line purchasing agent services according to their age and gender. Research design, data, and methodology - The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey method using a self-administered questionnaire. Data were collected from February 9 to 28, 2016, and analyzed by factor analysis, ANOVA and Duncan test, t-test, and multiple regression analysis. Results - Differences were found in selection criteria of fashion products and use of information sources among groups. Thirty's age group was concerned about price/brand more than the twenty's were. Twenty's were concerned about practicality/quality of the products more than the thirty's. Hallyu/broadcasting was used by men more than by women as an information source of Korean fashion. SNS/WOM(word of mouth) was used more by women than by man. Twenty's showed lower level of satisfaction with customer services/credibility than other factors. The thirty's showed lower level of satisfaction with informational role of the service than other factors. Those who utilize each type of fashion information source more showed higher satisfaction level with on-line purchasing agent service of Korean fashion products.. In general, according to the selection criteria and use of information, there were differences in satisfaction with on-line purchasing agent service of Korean fashion products. Conclusions - Considering the findings of the study, as well as age, gender, selection criteria and use of information source, Chinese consumers could be used as a criteria of market segmentation for on-line purchasing agent services of Korean fashion products. The results manifested that there is a need to differentiate marketing strategies according to the satisfaction levels with each satisfaction factors of on-line purchasing agent service of Korean fashion products.

  • It is not easy for business workers to find proper information for his job, because of the following problems:(1) information exist in various information system both internal and external with diverse formats(2) he cannot estimate relevance of all the information and (3) he cannot select proper information among large volume of information. The requirements for the systems are the following things:(1) search of relevant information from various internal and external information systems(2) proving an integrated view of information for workers, and (3) information processing and decision-making are seamlessly integrated fro business workers. We proposed an agent system to fulfill the requirements. We focus on the purchasing job, and developed a prototype system. PIPA(Purchasing Information Process Agent). The PIPA performs not only information processing jobs(information search gathering, display, business form -making)but also decision-making support job (evaluation of supplier candidates, and apply of sourcing policy) for sourcing manager. The framework of the PIPA can be appled to other information processing and desision-making jobs.

  • 정보통신기술의 발달과 전자상거래의 성장으로 국가 간 B2C 거래의 규모가 확대되고 있으며 향후 온라인 플랫폼을 통한 해외직구 규모는 더욱 성장할 것이다. 하지만 해외직구의 성장으로 부정수입 발생 규모도 성장하고 있어서 사회적 문제가 야기되고 있다. 현행 관세법상 구매대행업체가 과세가격을 거짓으로 제공하여 부족 세액이 발생하는 경우 구매대행업자와 수입신고하는 때의 화주인 소비자가 연대납세의무를 지도록 규정하고 있어서 소비자의 선의의 피해 방지를 위한 법제적 개선이 필요하다. 본 연구는 구매대행업체로 인한 소비자 피해의 문제점과 이를 해결하기 위한 관세법상 제도적 개선에 관한 의견을 제안하였다.

Difference of Risk-relievers between High Risk and Low Risk in Online Purchasing

  • The Online business model for purchasing agent service is getting more popular. However, consumers perceive more risk when buying products from foreign online purchasing agents (FOPA) than from common online sellers (COS). This study focuses on finding out how consumers manage risk when they perceive risk and what different risk-reliever strategies they use when buying from high-risk FOPA and low-risk COS. This study has proved the following two. First, when consumers perceive risk at online purchasing, they tend to select risk-reliever strategies, such as the use of communication media, online assurance mark, seller's record, and secure payment to mitigate risk. With the application of those risk-reliever strategies, they built trust with the seller. Second, risk-perception of FOPA influences usage of communication media and check of online assurance mark more strongly than that of COS. On the contrary, risk-perception of COS influences the check of seller record more strongly than that of FOPA. This study helps to explain why FOPA is proliferating, despite its inherent high risk due to the fact that buyers and sellers are separated in time and space and that buyers and sellers have different social and cultural backgrounds. This study also helps managers of E-commerce to relieve consumer's risk-perception and to build trust.

  • The emergence of the Internet shopping agent enabled consumers to enjoy Internet shopping more easily and quickly. Especially, the role of Internet shopping agent is becoming more important following the information overload trend on the Internet in that the consumers can promptly obtain information about a certain product and its price among countless items on the Internet. As a result, consumers can now enjoy shopping more easily, compared to the offline shopping which requires a lot of efforts in comparing the products and purchasing them. Since the Internet shopping agents collect extensive information about the products' price, delivery period, detailed characteristics, etc., and present a comparison table containing the information to the consumers, the consumers can shop more quickly at lower price using such shopping agents. However, it has not been sufficiently studied about how the various functions of shopping agents actually support consumers' purchase decision making procedure in everyday life, and if they do, in which stages they play a supporting role in consumers' purchase decision making system. Therefore, this study conducts an empirical analysis on the role of the Internet shopping agents in the purchase decision making process of the consumers, considering the Internet shopping agent as a decision making supporting system. Moreover, it analyzes how the effects of the Internet shopping agent differs according to the consumers' knowledge level about the products.

  • In the operating of electronic commerce system, the information about consumer purchasing intention to product through e-mail has caused the problems in the management aspects. These are the using of information again and response to the situations promptly in consumer purchasing intension, etc. Moreover, it has brought out the issues timely to operate the electronic commerce system strategically with reapplication of consumer intention information. In this studies, the agent system AWEC(Agent Windows for EC) was proposed as an alternative paln, which charges of he getting and transmitting information of consumers intension in the electronic commerce system. In this proposed AWEC, the functional structure and working allocation were executed. And also eh performance of the proposed system is analyzed and evaluated through experiment.

  • 전자상거래 시스템의 보급이 활성화되기 시작하면서 사용자의 구매 행위에 적응형으로 대처하는 지능형 전자상거래 에이전트의 필요성이 증대되고 있다. 이와 같은 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트는 사용자의 구매 행위를 모니터하면서, 각 분야별 고객의 구매 행위를 자동 분류하고, 분류된 각 클러스터로부터 사용자의 취향을 학습하는 하는 기능을 필요로 한다. 이러한 기능을 가지는 적응형 전자상거래 에이전트를 구축하기 위해서 본 논문에서는다음 3가지 부분에 중점을 두고 시스템을 설계하였다. 첫째, 사용자의 구매 행위를 포괄적으로 모니터하여 사용자 행위로 추상화하는 모니터 에이전트, 둘째, 고객 구매 행위 데이터로부터 유사한 분야 구매 데이터들로 클러스터 하는 개념적 클러스터 에이전트, 셋째, 각 클러스터로부터 사용자 프로파일을 구축하는 사용자 프로파일 에이전트를 중심으로 설계하는 방안을 제안하고 있다 특히, 본 논문에서는 보다 정확한 고객 구매 행위를 학습하기 위해서 개념적 클러스터링 방식과 귀납적 기계학습 방식을 적용하는 2단계 구조를 제안하고 있다.이와 같은 구조는 여러 분야의 상품을 구매한 정보로부터 사용자의 다중 취향을 학습할 때발생하는 문제를 해결함으로, 사용자 프로파일을 정확하게 구축할 수 있는 장점이 있다. 이러한 정확한 사용자 프로파일을 기반으로 사용자에게 보다 적절한 정보를 제공하는 적응형 전자상거래 시스템을 만들 수 있다.

  • The objective of this research is to construct and build a software platform to enable collaboration among enterprise headquarters, product designers, software engineers, manufacturing plants, and suppliers which are locate at different remote locations via internet. In specific, agent technology is adopted as a software vehicle to automate demand and supply process in the internet environment. Agents are programs that act on behalf of their human users to perform laborious tasks such as information locating, accessing, filtering, integrating, adapting and resolving inconsistencies. Global competion is forcing the present day industry to produce high quality product more fast and inexpensively. In Korea, most labor-intensive industries have moved to China and other Asian countries for cost reduction. The need for fast information exchange has increased among the remote locations for the cooperation and coordination. In this research, a virtual global purchasing and ordering system will be constructured that distributes production schedule among remote places, acts as a bridge between the headquarters and manufacturing plants, distributes tasks and collates different solutions between demand and supply using agent. The external communication protocol takes HTML format, internal message handling requires SGML for document exchange, and KQML for agent implementation. The expected benefits will be : reduced cost of real-time information exchange, realization of global manufacturing environment, the maximum utilization of internet for the enterprise data exchange.

  • The rapid increase of E-commerce market requires a solution to assist the buyer to find his or her interested items. The intelligent agent model is one of the approaches to help the buyers in purchasing items in outline market. In this paper, the user query processing model in the item recommendation agent is proposed. In the proposed model, the retrieval result is affected by the automatically generated queries from user preference information as well as the queries explicitly given by user. Therefore, the proposed model can provide the customized search results to each user.
