Objectives we intended to know how much did it relate with the results between the instruments of diagnosis by using methods of three factors - QSCCII, PSSC(Phonetic System for Sasang Constitution)-2004, and body measurement which are usually used in diagnosing the Sasang Constitution in clinics Methods We diagnosed Sasang constitution through QSCCII, PSSC(Phonetic System for Sasang Constitution)-2004, Body measurement as a dignosis factors and we used Kappa coefficient to estimate simularity between diagnosis factors, and SPSS 12.0K to analyze data Results and conchusions 1. The orders of agreement statistics are different in the currency of Sasang Constitution diagnosis, Soeum-in was highest and Taeum-in lowest in the the fricency of Sasang Conctitution Diagnosis in the QSCCII, Soeum-in was highest Soyang-in lowest in the PSSC and Taeum-in highest, Soyang-in lowest in the body measurement so, we analogized incorrection in Sasang Constitution Diagnosis 2. Among 443 subjects, 156 (35.3%) had same dignosis in three Sasang Constitution factors. It means agreement statistics among factors of diagnosis are very low, so it is absolutely nessessary to research connection among those, especially Soyang-in part 3. Totally, it is not robust to apply these factors on Sasang Constitution diagnosis, especially agreement statistics between two kinds of Sasang Constitution diagnosis as $0.358{\sim}0.380$. However, we can have a possibility the more we use Sasang Constitution dignosis factors, the higher the agreement statistics is, through the ascending of agreement statistics as $0.526{\sim}0.592$, among three kinds of Sasang Constitution diagnosis To evaluate accuracy of Sasang Constitution diagnosis, it is nessessary to collect data from the subjects who are dignosed through the evidences such as herb medicine, disease and normal symption observation, etc. Using these data, we have to evaluate correction of seperated Sasang Constitution diagnosis methods and to connect those.

The paper is presented experimental study results on bond stress between profiled steel and concrete in Profiled SPC(Profiled Steel Plate Concrete) rectangular steel tubes through an experimental program in which 13 pull-out specimens were tested. Advantages and class of composite members and current problems of construction work are noted, past research of PSSC is described. An experimental study is described and evaluated. The bond capacity is interrelated with slip at the steel concrete interface. The factors influencing the mechanism of bond stress transfer were the cross section shape, length/diameter, diameter/thickness and environmental parameters (temperature, moisture). The results of experimental program indicated that the force transfer could be characterized into two regions The first region was governed by bond with no relative slip between the profiled steel and concrete. The second region occurs after the chemical debonding. Bond stress transfer in this region was governed by frictional resistance between profiled steel and concrete and cross section shapes. The important factors influencing the magnitude of frictional resistance are the profiled steel shapes, length/diameter and environmental parameters. (temperature, moisture)

1. Objectives and Methods The purpose of this study was to objectify the diagnosis of Sasang constitution. It analyzed the adult male and female voices into 23factors using PSSC-2004. The study was conducted by subjects inputting 2.5-3 sec of [a] in 586 men and women's voices to PSSC-2004. The statistical analyses are applied to three groups: total group, male group, female group. The group with a total of 586 was composed of 155 Soyangin, 230 Taeumin and 201 Soeumin. The male group was composed with 61 Soyangin, 127 Taeumin and 87 Soeumin. The female group was composed with 94 Soyangin, 103 Taeumin and 114 Soeumin. Taeyangin were excluded for a more accurate statistical analysis. 2. Results (I) In total group, Taeumin's peak sum was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.021). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soyangin at the result of post mortem. (2) In total group, the Soyangin's rank6, rank7 and rank8 were significantly high compared with the others (P=0.050)(0.043)(0.034). (3) In total group, the Soyangin's rank9 was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.025). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soyangin at the result of post mortem. (4) In male group, the Soyangin's code3 was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.050). (5) In male group, the Soyangin's code1 was significantly low compared with the others(P=0.004). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soyangin at the result of post mortem. (6) In male group, the Soyangin's rank1, rank2, rank3 and rank4 were significantly high compared with the others(P=0.017)(0.008) (0.005)(0.002). They were significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soyangin at the result of post mortem. (7) In female group, the Taeumin's code1 was significantly low compared with the others(P=0.016). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post mortem. 3. Conclusion From above result, there is the possibility of efficiency standard gide for constitutional diagnosis by analyzation of the voices.

Extraction and bleaching of citric acid- and pepsin-soluble collagens (ASC and PSC, respectively) from shark (Isurus oxyrinchus) skin and muscle were investigated. The optimal sodium hydroxide concentration for extraction was 0.3 M and the optimal treatment time for removal of foreign material was 9 h. The optimal sodium hypochlorite level for bleaching of shark skin was 0.48% (w/v), and sodium hypochlorite was a better bleaching agent than acetone, hydrogen peroxide (10%, v/v), sodium sulfite (0.48%, w/v), sodium thiosulfate (0.48%, w/v), or sodium metabisulfite (0.48%, w/v). Optimal citric acid concentration and extraction time for ASC were 0.3 M and 72 h, respectively, whereas optimal conditions for extraction of PSC were treatment with 0.1 M citric acid containing 0.1% (w/v) pepsin for 24 h. Protein contents in ASSC (acid-soluble shark skin collagen), ASMC (acid-soluble shark meat collagen), PSSC (pepsin-soluble shark skin collagen), and PSMC (pepsin-soluble shark meat collagen) were 88.66%, 83.09%, 90.33%, and 84.81% (on a dry weight basis), respectively, similar to that of commercial marine collagen (88.86%). Net collagen contents of ASSC, ASMC, PSSC, and PSMC, calculated from hydroxyproline levels, were 70.31%, 25.70%, 83.09%, and 32.94%, respectively. The yields of freeze-dried ASSC, ASMC, PSSC,and PSMC were 57.22%, 53.85%, 23.28%, and 20.61%.

1. Objectives The purpose of this study lies on the objectification of the Sasang Constitutional diagnosis. This study was analyzing the constitutional characteristic of adult men voices by PSSC-2004. 2. Methods The study was conducted on the subjects inputted /a/ 2.5-3 sec of 231 adult men voices to PSSC-2004. The statistical analyses are applied to three groups: total group, under 55 year-old group, over 55 year-old group. The group of total 231 was composed with 5 Taeyangins, 32 Soyangins, 102 Taeumins and 92 Soeumins. The under 55 years old group was composed with 4 Taeyangins, 23 Soyangins, 83 Taeumins and 77 Soeumins. The over 55 year-old group was composed with 1 Taeyangin, 9 Soyangins, 19 Taeumins and 15 Soeumins. 3. Results 1) In total group, the Soeumin's mean value of center pitch(4)$(1,000{\sim}2,000Hz)$ was significantly high compared with the others (P=0.034). 2) In total group, the Soeumin's group 3 APQ was significantly low compared with the others (P=0.042). 3) In under 55 year-old group, the Soeumin's center value of center pitch 4$(1,000{\sim}2,000Hz)$ was significantly high compared with the others (P=0.025) 4) In over 55 year-old group, no statistical significance was found between the Taeyangin, Soyangin, Taeumin and Soeumin. 4. Conclusions In under 55 year-old group, Soeumin's voice showed high pitched sound (clearness) at the low frequency (1000-2000Hz). In over 55 year-old group, there is no significant differences. This fits in with that 'Soeumin's voice is 'Yu-tone' born by 'Shang-tone', very short and high.' 'Yu-tone' corresponds to 'Ra' and witch is highest among Gong, Shang, Gao, Chi and Yu. This is related with the appearance that the Soeumin's voice is weak, thin and high tone. Therefore it is supposed that Soeumin adult men's voices are thick, and there are vibrations of the ending. It is accepted one of the Soeumin's characters like as a mild tremor of limbs and deep breath caused by Soeumin's Qi-deficiency. This outcome accords with the theory that Soeumin's Qi is less than the Other constitutions.

Methods The study was conducted on the subjects inputted /a/ 2.5-3 sec of 217 adult women voices to PSSC-2004. The statistical analyses are applied to three groups: total group, under 55 year-old group, over 55 year-old group. The group of total 216 was composed with 8 Taeyangins, 60 Soyangins, 66 Taeumins and 83 Soeumins. The under 55 year-old group was composed with 6 Taeyangins, 53 Soyangins, 55 Taeumins and 76 Soeumins. The over 55 year-old group was composed with 2 Taeyangins, 7 Soyangins, 11 Taeumins and 7 Soeumins. Results 1. In total group and under 55 year-old one, Soeumin's center pitch were significantly high compared with the others(P=0.005)(P=0.019). It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post mortem. 2. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's center freq.(total) and center freq.(1) were significantly high compared with the others(P=0.024)(P=0.016). In under 55 year-old group, Soeumin's center freq.(4) was significantly high(P=0.025). While Taeumin's center freq.(3) in under 55 year-old group and center freq.(4) in over 55 year-old group were significantly high(P=0.049)(P=0.043). 3. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's APQ(center), APQ(2/5), APQ(3/5), APQ(4/5) and APQ(2/3) were significantly high compared with the others. It was significant for distinction between Taeumin and Soeumin at the result of post mortem(P=0.004) (P=0.003) (P=0.004) (P=0.013) (P=0.004). 4. In over 55 year-old group, Soeumin's APQ(1/3), APQ(1/2), APQ(2/2) and zeroover APQ were significantly high compared with the others (P=0.013) (P=0.003) (P=0.008) (P=0.012). 5. In over 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's octave 3 shimmer was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.000). 6. In under 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's total energy was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.040). 7. In under 55 year-old group, Taeyangin's zeroover energy sum was significantly high compared with the others(P=0.038). Conclusions From above result, there is the possibility of efficiency standard guide for constitutional diagnosis by analyzation of the voices.

The 1st and 2nd tension forces of the PSSC(Prestressed Steel and Concrete) grider constructed with commercial rolling beams and concrete are optimally designed. The design variables are the 1st and 2nd tension forces due to multi-step prestressing and live load. The objective function is set to the maximum live load. Design conditions are allowable stresses at the top and bottom of slab, beam and infilled concrete due at the several construction stages. A Matlab based optimization program is developed. The results show that the tendon position as well as concrete compression strength have significant influence on the beam strength.

Objectives: We intended to know sensitivity, specificity and relation of diagnosis methods of Sasang Constitution. Methods: We compared QSCC II, PSSC, Body measurement dignosis results with gold standard ones which were diagnosed by Sasang Constitution specialist, and analyzed by crosstables to get the sensitivity and specificity of those. Results and conclusions 1. Sensitivity and specificity of one diagnosis method were low, so call, in QSCC II, Taeumin is 49% in sensitivity, 97% in specificity, Soeumin is 67%, 69%, Soyangin is 59%, 75%, in Body measurement, Taeumin is 66%, 89%, Soeumin is 70%, 82%, Soyangin is 49%, 78%. in PSSC, Taeumin is 57%, 90%, Soeumin is 88%, 62%, Soyangin is 18%, 88%. 2. When two diagnosis methods are consistent each other, sensitivity and specificity are more higher than one diagnosis method. 3. When three diagnosis methods are all consistent, sensitivity and specificity are most highest, but in Soyangin, those are decreased comparing with the case of consistency between QSCC II and Body measurement.
